I tried there new chicken bites with spicy barbecue sauce and it really didn't stand out for me. The sauce was not at all spicy and it just wasn't great barbecue. The chicken had pieces of cartilage and was very chewy. The fries were OK. I did also try one of their tenders, and I didn't like that most of the "spicy "seasonings were truly just powder rather than having seasoned the meat before cooking it. It's nice that you have the option to either go up to the register or order on the screen, it allows more people to put an order at the same time. There is a lot of seating inside and plenty of parking since it's in a strip mall

But then, the food itself was also prepared extremely well and with care. I got the chicken shawarma accompanied by baba ganoush and the freekah soup. Our server was excellent and checked in on us quite a bit to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and pleasant music playing in the background. Upon packing our leftovers, we were even given some additional pita and olives to-go, which was an extra friendly touch to our wholesome meal. Would highly recommend this place, and we'll be back again soon!

I got two meals out of mine. I got the gyro platter and it probably was one of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time. I thought the chicken was seasoned and flavorful. But by far, the best part was the white sauce. I would pair it with the mango lassi and it was such a great explosion of flavors - both savory and sweet. I will say they ask whether you're okay with onions and raisins in your platter. I liked them but I know raisins might not be what most people prefer to add to their rice. Service was fast. You can either order at the front table or at your seat. They got the food in a reasonable amount of time. The place looks small from the outside, but when you walk in, there's a back room worth of 30 people worth of seating. It's extremely cozy inside. There's also a parking lot right next to the restaurant and also across the street. The lot right next door is kinda small though, so you might need to loop around. Parking shouldn't be a problem and you can get a really good stop if you're lucky.

The floors are sticky and the area around the garbage has pieces of food because no one has cleaned it. I saw the hand sanitizer, but the bottle looked dirtier than the floor. A gentleman screamed from the back. How can I help you while he's on the phone and doing God knows what. After he put his phone down and decided to take my order it was insane how three mixed platters and six falafel's came out to $50. Of course I've been to other Halal places one very famous in Fairlawn and I never experienced like this. Mind you I still haven't ordered my food. Why my order was being prepared. The gentleman had his body and neck at a 90° angle chitchatting on the phone over the food. I was wondering if I should've brought an umbrella for this event. Their platter looks nothing like the picture mind you the chicken was kind of yellowish, but in the right light it looks like human flesh. The chicken was cold so was the beef. The beef tasted just like every other Halal place you've ever been to matter fact the meat used is from a larger chunk of meat that was brought to the store in a bag later thawed out and cut into little cubes. What is in it? Who knows? The chicken tastes nothing that you would buy in an Arabian country. Maybe that's why it was called Halal. And the guy who prepared my food did bless it with his mouth open. Do I recommend this place? I recommend for someone to come and clean it and teach these gentlemen how to be a little bit more sanitary. I don't wish this place harmed. They've been around for a long time, but they need to be a little bit more sanitary. Someone needs to grab a mop and a rag and wipe things down. I gave them three stars cause they could do a lot a lot better. Well, I returned to this place maybe when they clean up. Let me tell you about the enthusiasm in that place., practically zero. Oh and before I forget their white sauce couldn't get any watery. Someone is seriously being cheap over there. AND WHY THE HELL DOES THE CHICKEN TAIST LIKE TUNA WITH HOT SAUCE?! This ain't it!!

The deal never applied, so I called the restaurant to get it corrected. Instead of helping, they insisted they were not offering any such promo--even after I explained that it was clearly shown on Uber Eats and confirmed by Uber support. He then called a manager who ultimately doubled down and said they had no responsibility to honor the promo. If you're going to partner with delivery platforms, maybe learn how to advertise correctly so you don't deceive and mislead your customers. Completely unacceptable experience. We ordered the mixed grill for one, which was just about enough for the two of us; the meat was done perfectly, and seasoned to perfection. The musukhan rolls were new to us, and we liked those a lot, too. The sujuk was flavorful and not too greasy. The biggest surprise to me, as someone who's not a rice person, was the kidrah rice, which tasted like it had minced meat and slivered nuts (I'm guessing almonds) in it. Think pilaf, maybe? Anyways, loved that, too. And did I mention that it comes with three or four pieces of warm, pillowy pita bread? Like I said, slightly pricey; after delivery fees and tip and whatnot, it came to about eighty bucks all in. But let me tell you, it was worth every penny. The only regret is that I didn't think to order some knafeh to go with it, because if it's as good as the rest of what we had, I'm sure I missed out on something great. Oh well. Next time. And yes, there will be a next time.
