I used to work in this shopping center so I've been here quite a few times. I've had their donuts, bagels, and some sandwiches and have never had a bad experience. Their grilled cheese and tomato soup has been my go-to and is amazing. I have no idea how theirs is so much better than when I make it at home. They advertise vegan options which isn't much more than oats and salads but at least it's something. I think the prices are a little high and they use way too much plastic for my taste, but I think they are better than their reviews suggest. read more

I come to this Panera a few times a week at least. I'm a sip club member. I'm here often. There used to be amazing staff or an amazing manager and now it's trash. The manager (tall white guy, long messy blonde hair that's just flying around everywhere) is awful. He completely mishandled an instance where their system went down and dozens of people showed up for pickup orders that were never made. Fast forward, they're routinely messing up orders now and require you to ask for a cup at the food counter. "It's a trial we are testing out" I was told. Ok, it's silly. Stop. Then, I order a sandwich with the condiment on the side and a second one than usually comes on it. Different cheese and no peppers. The first sandwich comes off menu. They offer to remake it. The second comes off menu with the condiment on the side. Covered in peppers. Same cheese. Ridiculous. I genuinely don't know what's happening because we come here at least weekly for dinner and a few times a week for lunch or drinks. I'll go to another location next time I think. read more

Ok so their salads and soups are tasty..sandwiches, not so much. I ordered $40 worth of food last night. Now we enjoyed it but here's my beef with Panera. It's so overpriced!!!!! I ordered my husband a turkey avocado panini. Well it was nothing but bread and a teeny tiny bit of filling. See pic. The soups come in the smallest containers with the heftiest price. A large cookie will set you back $4. The food is mostly good and fresh but the prices are ridiculous. Therefore I recommend visiting the Pompton Queen diner right up the highway where you will get a huge salad or sandwich with a side. Usually enough to bring home... for a price that matches the portion!... Panera, get with the program and put some meat on your sandwiches and don't be so stingy with the bread. Sometimes you need it cause you're still hungry! Dropping my review to one. Today I was charged on the kiosk but told it didn't go through so went to register where they ordered the food again. Within seconds I had two charges for different amounts but the same amount of food. Wtf? Then I get my "bowl" of soup. Yesterday my friend and I went to Panera bread and we both got chicken noodle soup. Soon after we fell very ill and had diarrhea. This morning I was hospitalized due due to excruciating stomach pains. I had puke and shit coming out of both ends. My friend and I looked at the chicken and noticed it was extra purple and veiny and was extra soft so the chicken was probably expired or not cooked. When I called the place this morning they were nasty to me and didn't believe me. Unbelievable. Never go to this location unless you want to pay A visit to the hospital and end up in medical debt. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Ordered through the Panera app for delivery. Received a large catering order that was not ours. Called the store 3+ times to let them know we received the wrong order and wanted the four things we ordered instead. No one answers the phone. Called customer service, we were directed to keep the food as since it had been in our home it poses a health issue. Again, we tried to return it from the beginning. The store then calls us and yells at me and my mom for opening it, saying we need to return it, and it isn't our order. Extremely rude and demanded it be returned. It is not our fault we opened it, we did as directed after multiple attempts to return it in the first place. When they came to pick it up and gave us our order, our order itself was missing ingredients. Extremely disappointed with this experience as we love Panera. Sadly we will never order again. I was getting my car maintenance down the highway at the Acura Stealership. I did notice how this Panera is lacking compared to the other Paneras. The gripes I've read from the other reviewers is due to the ghettoness of the staff. The green or beige polo and apron does not hide the fact that they do not want to be there. The service was also outstanding, it was faster than most other Panera Breads. My broccoli cheddar soup was absolutely amazing. There was no tomato, half a sliver of onion and a small piece of lettuce on one half and barely any tuna fish. The tuna fish was spread on as if it were butter.
