I used to work in this shopping center so I've been here quite a few times. I've had their donuts, bagels, and some sandwiches and have never had a bad experience. Their grilled cheese and tomato soup has been my go-to and is amazing. I have no idea how theirs is so much better than when I make it at home. They advertise vegan options which isn't much more than oats and salads but at least it's something. I think the prices are a little high and they use way too much plastic for my taste, but I think they are better than their reviews suggest. read more

I come to this Panera a few times a week at least. I'm a sip club member. I'm here often. There used to be amazing staff or an amazing manager and now it's trash. The manager (tall white guy, long messy blonde hair that's just flying around everywhere) is awful. He completely mishandled an instance where their system went down and dozens of people showed up for pickup orders that were never made. Fast forward, they're routinely messing up orders now and require you to ask for a cup at the food counter. "It's a trial we are testing out" I was told. Ok, it's silly. Stop. Then, I order a sandwich with the condiment on the side and a second one than usually comes on it. Different cheese and no peppers. The first sandwich comes off menu. They offer to remake it. The second comes off menu with the condiment on the side. Covered in peppers. Same cheese. Ridiculous. I genuinely don't know what's happening because we come here at least weekly for dinner and a few times a week for lunch or drinks. I'll go to another location next time I think. read more

Ok so their salads and soups are tasty..sandwiches, not so much. I ordered $40 worth of food last night. Now we enjoyed it but here's my beef with Panera. It's so overpriced!!!!! I ordered my husband a turkey avocado panini. Well it was nothing but bread and a teeny tiny bit of filling. See pic. The soups come in the smallest containers with the heftiest price. A large cookie will set you back $4. The food is mostly good and fresh but the prices are ridiculous. Therefore I recommend visiting the Pompton Queen diner right up the highway where you will get a huge salad or sandwich with a side. Usually enough to bring home... for a price that matches the portion!... Panera, get with the program and put some meat on your sandwiches and don't be so stingy with the bread. Sometimes you need it cause you're still hungry! Dropping my review to one. Today I was charged on the kiosk but told it didn't go through so went to register where they ordered the food again. Within seconds I had two charges for different amounts but the same amount of food. Wtf? Then I get my "bowl" of soup. Yesterday my friend and I went to Panera bread and we both got chicken noodle soup. Soon after we fell very ill and had diarrhea. This morning I was hospitalized due due to excruciating stomach pains. I had puke and shit coming out of both ends. My friend and I looked at the chicken and noticed it was extra purple and veiny and was extra soft so the chicken was probably expired or not cooked. When I called the place this morning they were nasty to me and didn't believe me. Unbelievable. Never go to this location unless you want to pay A visit to the hospital and end up in medical debt. My family ordered at a kiosk. We waited 20 minutes. For some reason the order canceled itself. The only way I was able to prove it went through was by pulling up my credit card transactions on my phone. They did not offer to help, look something up and nastily asked us to move and offered to help someone that had just arrived before taking our reorder. I was getting my car maintenance down the highway at the Acura Stealership. I did notice how this Panera is lacking compared to the other Paneras. The gripes I've read from the other reviewers is due to the ghettoness of the staff. The green or beige polo and apron does not hide the fact that they do not want to be there. Overall, the bathroom was clean. My order was on time and not messed up. The Asian sesame did not have the wonton skins just the way I asked for it. read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Ordered through the Panera app for delivery. Received a large catering order that was not ours. Called the store 3+ times to let them know we received the wrong order and wanted the four things we ordered instead. No one answers the phone. Called customer service, we were directed to keep the food as since it had been in our home it poses a health issue. Again, we tried to return it from the beginning. The store then calls us and yells at me and my mom for opening it, saying we need to return it, and it isn't our order. Extremely rude and demanded it be returned. It is not our fault we opened it, we did as directed after multiple attempts to return it in the first place. When they came to pick it up and gave us our order, our order itself was missing ingredients. Extremely disappointed with this experience as we love Panera. Sadly we will never order again. The food was good, extremely hot when it was served would be the only negative. Otherwise, you could never go wrong with this Panera. It is also very new and clean! The service was also outstanding, it was faster than most other Panera Breads. My broccoli cheddar soup was absolutely amazing. Finally, if they offer you the 99 cent pastry, get the chocolate pastry... as soon as you bite into it, your mouth will start to water. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION...check your order before you drive away. On Wednesday, Nov 4, 2020, I ordered a Tuna sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onion. There was no tomato, half a sliver of onion and a small piece of lettuce on one half and barely any tuna fish. The tuna fish was spread on as if it were butter. I've never been to a Panera Bread before, and after an experience like this I doubt I'll return. Located on scenic Route 23, this establishment is basically an overpriced sandwich shop for hipsters. I arrived around lunch hour on a sunny summer day with my girlfriend, the place was busy and we stood online for a few minutes. The cashier yelled "NEXT" at the top of her lungs when I was clearly right in front of her. She asked me what I would like, I ordered a steak panini, and with the price of 16 dollars for that, a small drink, and a bag of air, (chips) you'd hope it would be decent. My girlfriend ordered one of the generic 15 dollar paninis with chicken, and in replacement for the bag of air, you can opt in for a bakery good instead for a fee. So, they cut a full size brownie about 3 times in half until it was the size of a lego and gave that to us. Thanks. My total comes to about 30 something dollars, I could have gotten a full course dinner at Outback for two at that price, but instead I received two credit-card sized paninis, a bag of air, and a lego. Do they spread gold on the bread? I sat down with my tray at a filthy napkin covered, soup spilled infested table and lifted my bread off the steak panini to check the food, I wanted to make sure the "steak" or whatever it was, to be cooked properly. The bread felt warm, but upon examining the steak; It was pinker than a pair of ballet shoes, and about as cold as the Arctic ocean. So I went up to the kitchen window and showed them what they had just given me, and asked if they could cook it properly or make me a new one. The man working the kitchen was goofing around with his co-worker, after desperately trying to get his attention, he looked at the panini and back at me and shook his head like I had just showed him a dead body. I explained to him what the problem with the sandwich was, but he replied; "I'm not going to touch that after you did". No apology, no nothing. I asked for a new sandwich or some kind of compensation, but again, nothing. He assured me it was cooked to perfection even after showing him how raw the meat was, and how dangerous it was to serve raw meat to a customer. He didn't care, I mean what does a 15 year old kid know about cooking steak? From his eyes it was a perfect panini, and he said to me and I quote, "If you aren't happy with the temperature there's a microwave right over there". Are you kidding me? I should mention, my girlfriend's panini tasted like a foot with melted cheese. This place can care less about its customers, or their food. They just want a paycheck. Overpriced, tasteless, dirty atmosphere, and rude co-workers. Just go to your local deli and order yourself a turkey sandwich. Enter at your own risk. read more
