My review is specifically about catering through this location of Panera. I catered an event last weekend for about 20 people. I chose pick up because I was also picking up things from another business but I know they offer delivery as well. The website was easy to use. We did box lunches. Most of the boxed lunches were "you pick 2" which was great to allow a lot of variety. It is easy to make changes/add to your item & you can even note who each box is for. I requested pick up time between 4:00-4:15pm. I arrived at 4:10pm and everything was nicely packed up, each box clearly labeled with what was inside as well the names I had specified. I had to sign a form saying that I picked it up (I had already paid online) & the staff member helped me bring the bags to my car & load them up. I asked for utensils/napkins & each box had what they needed inside. So simple, so easy. I had budgeted about $20 per person to include all cost, tax, fees, & 15% tip. It fit perfectly into my budget. Everyone was fed on time, exactly what & how they ordered & things were very efficient. Katrina, the catering manager, followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was happy with how everything went & even offered a discount for future catering with them, which I will surely be doing! read more

Portions are horrible for the price. They have raised the prices and cut the portions back. I ordered the "pick two" soup and salad and was shocked at the small little bowl of soup and the salad. My family decided to just eat Panera with me so we all went in and I told them I would like a new sandwich because the bread is soggy. He was nice to my face but while one of my kids was getting her drink she heard him shit talking me. Same kid had mac and cheese that was swimming in cheese sauce. My wife and I stopped for lunch on the way to early voting. As we ordered, Amber, a 'Team Leader', performed only the most basic functions of order taking. She did not smile, nor did she greet us. She balked at my wife's request for the Baja Bowl, suggesting that it was no longer available. It was available. And in spite of Amber not even suggestive selling, our order, plus the added drinks, was over $40. At these prices, we deserved a better customer experience. After our lunch, we wanted to pick up a loaf of Country Rustic Sourdough, our favorite. As we ordered, Amber engaged in conversation with her teammates, largely ignoring us. She complained about one team member getting off work early. She said that she could just "sob" about staying longer at work. Amber put the loaf in the slicer then pushed so rapidly on the control bar that the loaf squished and buckled. Its slices were uneven with undulations and zigzags. I spoke with the manager on duty, Josh. I showed him the loaf and described the very poor customer experience. He was understanding and made an effort to make things right. I ordered from this place for the first time about 3 weeks ago. The delivery was made and the sandwich looked like it had been sat on and they forgot the chips! I let them know on their website and they gave me a $16 credit. I tried again last week being optimistic. I ordered a sandwich and a brownie. No brownie was delivered! I let them know right away because I actually paid for the brownie as the credit didn't cover it. I have not heard back from anyone. I certainly will not be going back to that location. my daughter and I stopped in for an early lunch today and looking at what we ordered and then the cost of it I thought there was a mistake of some kind I had a you pick to but she only had a bowl of chicken noodle soup when we went to our table and I looked at her soup in the bowl was probably a third of the way full. So then I thought maybe they gave her a cup by mistake it was the smallest bowl of soup I had ever seen so I asked somebody who worked there to look at it and her comment was short and kind of rude she's like we only put a certain number of ounces in the bowl and she walked away that is terrible service and that was a terrible small bowl but I would still call it a cup of soup no way was it worth six dollars try about two PS if a bowl of soup is actually that small you probably are counting the number of noodles you put in it too what a shame we won't be coming back read more

On September 12, 2022, I placed a carryout order with this location. It was the second time I had ordered from them. The first time was fine. This time was not. I ordered dinner for my family; I also ordered three frosted cookies. When I arrived at the café, the person who was in charge of packaging our order was just closing the bag. She handed it to me and I headed home. As I opened the bag, I looked at the receipt; I saw all the checkmarks next to each item, indicating that everything I ordered was there. Unfortunately, there wasn't even one cookie in the bag. I called as soon as I discovered this, and I was told I would get a credit on my card and a coupon for a Take Two meal combo. After 10 days, I called Panera again to find out when my credit would be issued and when I would get my Take Two coupon. I was informed that I was mistaken and would receive either a credit on my credit card or a coupon, not both. I was also told that they could not give me a partial credit now since it was too late-it had to be done on the same day as the original purchase. The excuse for my not getting the coupon was that they were out, but I was told they ordered more and would send me one. When I first called about the order from the 12th, I was not given a choice between the two options. I was told that I would get both, and that is what I fully expected. If the person on the phone had communicated more effectively, I would not have had to call back and straighten this mess out. I would have immediately verified my information so I could get a credit on my account. We went back-and-forth about this issue for a few minutes, and I expressed my disgust with Panera. I'm disgusted because this marks the third time that a Panera location has not given me the cookies I ordered. If you have ever even looked at the menu, you know that these cookies are $3.89 apiece, plus tax. I have been shorted by about eight cookies since the summer, so it does add up. I felt that I really did not want to give Panera another chance, but the manager offered to give me not one but TWO Take Two coupons. I was glad that I would get a little something extra, and I was looking forward to receiving the coupons. It has been a week since my last call to Panera. I finally got an envelope from Panera today. I opened it and there was only one Take Two coupon in it! After all the trouble I have experienced, I was let down yet again. I guess I should not be the least bit surprised. I am really not sure why the low amount of stars for this Panera location. I have great had great service here the few times I have been within the last couple months. There was a short line and even though we could have stuck to one register another person was happy to jump at a register and let the next person in line get their order in. Ordering was pretty easy. I was able to ask what all the ingredients were on a specific item and she was able to list all of them to me with ease, while first being able to access the food item ingredients list pretty quickly. The food came out in a very timely manner. We sat in a booth by the fire which was very welcomed on a cold wet day last week. Our meals came out correct and the food was delicious. A couple times an employee walked by asking if we needed anything and took the things we were done with away which was super helpful. The restaurant was clean and well kept, as well as the bathrooms. My only downer that there seems to be a lack of plugs, so if you are looking to come to this Panera to work come with a fully charged computer! read more

This place really blew the socks right off me feet. I found myself walking into this Panera establishment thinking I was just getting lunch and leaving. After walking through the doors I began to wonder if I accidentally stumbled into a Benihana's based on the finesse and aesthetics of this restaurant. After ordering my food I was given a number and was asked to place it on the table I would like to sit at, which astonished me. Immediately after acquiring my beverage and sitting down, my food had been delivered and ready. Along with the bread bowl, they also served me the bread hole, which was as fluffy as a freshly bathed Pomeranian. In other words, I could only wish my bed was as soft as Panera's sourdough baguette. The Caesar salad was so darn yummy, the lemonade: phenomenal, the overall experience was life changing. I had never been treated with so much respect and courtesy from people who never met me. I met a man who was sitting to the table next to me, and he hired me as a general manager for his family business. I'm expected to make six figures by the end of this quarter. I went here randomly one afternoon after receiving my paycheck to treat myself. I hadn't been to a Panara Bread in years and had all but forgotten what they even served. When I got there, the menu was kind of daunting for me for some reason, but the employee I talked to was able to guide me to some comfort food that I could enjoy. The food was slightly better than mediocre and the pricing was slightly higher than I would have liked to pay, but I was treating myself, so splurging wasn't an issue for me. Quality ok, prices a little high.. It's their backwards management style that will close them down.. Lets talk Soufflé, there's only 4 flavors to choose from. The problem is they will only bake 4, (1ea.), at a time.. They won't preload the oven so there's a supply, a flow of product available. So, if you want 2, four cheese Soufflé's, and there's 1 there, you will have to wait 10 to 15 minuets, or longer, for the second one, depending on when they want to start another group of 4.. If there's no four cheese, you have to wait for one to be baked, and wait again for the second group of 4 to be baked. Da!!! read more

Went here for lunch yesterday to get homework and studying done. The selection of menu items is good. Had the Caesar Salad and the Ham and Swiss Sandwich as part of the U Pick Two Menu Option. The food came out really fast and the service was great. Some of the tables were dirty since they had crumbs on it. The cleanliness of the restaurant can be better but I would go back here again. 11:00 am Tuesday morning 10/16. Best Panera I've ever been to. Greeted by smiling and friendly young woman who took my order. Was given my number and as I passed the food prep area I saw what was probably my order. I asked if it was mine and the equally nice young woman told me she wanted to check it for accuracy and would bring it out to me. When she brought it about 30 seconds later she told me to enjoy. This Panera always seems to leave things hanging. Ordered rapid pick up. Two sandwiches and a cookie. We get there, go inside to get it and I check the bag as we are driving away, and we are missing the cookie. We drive back around the building and go inside and are told that "no one normally checks the bag for accuracy" and they were surprised we did! They were out of the cookie we wanted (and that's not what upset us) - it was the fact that no one had bothered to tell us that they were out. We paid for that cookie that we didn't get. No talk of a refund or "hey here's a second cookie just out of the inconvenience of having to drive back". Also, my sandwich didn't have cheese on it, which left much to be desired.
