First time at this Panera. I love that it's free standing, and not in some crazy crowded strip mall, like the Deptford one we go to sometimes. Not thrilled to be welcomed by two employees with their noses UNCOVERED from their masks! I'm sick of wearing mine too, but I do .... and, correctly at that. Other than that, delicious food as usual. Stellar bread, happy kids. read more

This place is the biggest joke of food. I visited today and asked for a cup of coffee and wait for 30 minutes and let not forget. It's not a lot of people maybe 3 at most!! In front of me . The general manager claims he was too busy to give any reason.!! why and why not?? Please don't visit. read more

The customer service was amazing and the food was still fresh. We went in close to close and Karen was so kind and friendly and quickly answered my questions about the order. Karen really made my night a lot better. read more

It was late for me to have a sandwich with soup around 8:15 pm though lunch was heavy with chalupa's rice and beans plus too many chips salsa.. so light dinner with Mediterranean sandwich plus ten veggie soup adding -mustard /Tabasco sauce packs which are only available at Panera Bread locations .. sandwich had light lettuce cucumbers very little humus no pesto spread no tomatoes so three star. Manager should read this..other review shows photo taken by someone for this sandwich..May be for ad? It's always self service so you are the waiter and also consumer.. and plate return person cleaning them enough to put it in the special bin.. cost of event as good as full services.. but time it took to get the order was fast... read more

I appreciate this Panera because it's large and it has a lot of nooks that you can sit and be solitary which is sometimes very helpful when you need to decompress with a coffee and a bagel read more

Before last night I would've given this place 4 or 5 stars, but the grilled cheese they sent was completely unacceptable. This sandwich should never have left their kitchen and they should be ashamed. read more

This Panera was once our go to lunch spot at the office, but now they skimp on product, and I'm just not impressed anymore. The "chef's choice" Asian sesame salad is 90% lettuce and 5% frigid (albeit cooked) chicken and 5% miscellany. The steak sandwich now contains two meager slices of meat, whereas it used to be made with full helpings. For around $11 you can get a decent portion of flatbread, but other than the size of this, it is not nearly as exciting a product offering as panera has been known for. Other reviews have caught on to this trend, so I know it is not just me. Was very dissatisfied when we found a very long shred from the plastic ingredients bag in my coworkers sandwich. They offered to remake her sandwich, but that was it. It may be a longer time before any of us chooses Panera for lunch again. read more

My food was very delicious, the restaurant was mediocre, but the service was not very pleasant. I never received an alert on my phone about whether my food was ready or not. I had to speak to the manager about the overall situation. I was not very pleased read more

I went in and placed an order at a local Panera. I ordered the half sandwich and half soup meal. I got the cream of chicken and rice soup which is on point as always. I also ordered the avocado turkey BLT. I had requested for the bread to be toasted which it was not. The sandwich was dry and plain. I also requested for pickles on the side, which had I had not check my order, I would have been missing it too. All in all super disappointed and will continue to check the orders prior to leaving. read more

This place needs a deep clean. Everything is sticky. The self serve area is a mess. Also, I usually don't complain about things being ready quickly, but when it's ready ten minutes before pickup time and is a hot item, it doesn't have the desired result lol. Rundown as hell. The worst Panera I've been to. read more

They did away with all the regular dressings, such as Italian, Balsamic Vinegar and more. No lemon for the tea. I live far away traveled and was so disappointed. The size of everything was so much smaller. The drink area was so dirty, and the bathroom was so gross, the floors were a mess and towel holder broke and so dirty. So sad. Not worth the trip. read more

Just moved back to the area after living out west for the past 20 years and really hadn't had much access to a Panera Bread. My sis and I popped here for a light lunch and I was so happy. I opted for a sandwich with chicken salad and almonds and it was just what hit the spot, split with a small simple green salad. And of course, everyone always raves about the bread and it is so so good. HELLO CARBS. Reasonable lunch for under $10. read more

ordered for a pickup avasade toast, the first order they put bacon on my toast when it's not on the Recepi, then they replaced it with a new one but this time again they messed up the order, instead of just egg white, they did a whole egg, keep in mind I didn't edit their item, I ordered as is and they can't even prepare what's on their menu, when I complained to the manager, he was even worst, he said if I want Ted breakfast that I should go and get it. What a way to handle business, sad, very sad read more

Boy has Panera gone down! Three times I was served a salad missing something. Bread one day, chicken one day. And with multiple ways to order, even that's wonky. The app crashes & it seems to take way too long working the in-store kiosks. Managers are always cool and quick to fix any issue. But what happened Panera? Maybe time to explore the pizzeria salads. read more

Don't eat at this Panera. Their customer service is horrible. I should have realized because my food was not cooked all the way when I went there before and complained in their website and they never responded. I love Panera, just not this location. I Ordered to go , and I like an idiot, I should of checked my order before I left. My salad was only half full. And my bread bowl was just a cup of soup. 25.00 for half a meal pisses me off, I will never return to that location. read more

3.5 Nothing crazy, it is a Panera, but their salads here tend to not have that issue of brown/black leaves that you occasionally run into in other places where the salad has sat too long. Service is quick and straight forward, prices are the same, etc etc. The seasonal salads are the best, at least IMHO. read more

This is a standard Panera with a friendly staff. I have never had a particularly bad experience here. There are rows of booths and chairs across from the food station which are made more intimate by the the tall partitions that separate them. I am pretty fond of this, since I generally don't like people. The temperature is comfortable and there is an very small area of couches by the fireplace. This is prime comfy seating, so it is difficult to find unoccupied. The soup selection changes daily, but a few are standard. You can look up the menu online for that day. My favorites are the summer corn chowder and the autumn harvest squash soup. They are both vegetarian. I had the tomato once and got really sick from it, so I don't eat that. The black bean is too bland and almost entirely flavorless. You can get the soup in a bread bowl, which is sour dough. I absolutely love their Mediterranean veggie sandwich! The tomato basil bread has a touch of sweetness around the crust and the hummus is very tasty. The tomato mozzarella panini is also pretty good. There are plenty of pastries to choose from! There are brownies, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, Danishes, etc. My favorites are the cheese Danish and the chocolate pastry. The strawberry cream scone is bad, left an oily film in my mouth. There is also coffee and tea, along with soda and smoothies. I really like the honey dew hint the iced green tea has; I always order this. The chai here is gross, so steer clear of it! They have breakfast as well. Soufflé and sandwiches. You can buy their fresh baked bagels and breads too. It is extremely busy during lunch time, even on weekdays, so I always avoid coming during that time. read more

Consistently gets online pickup orders wrong. This morning, they had my order wrong again (second consecutive time on the same order). There were no special requests -- it was literally the sandwich as is described on their menu. Specifically, the sandwich I ordered was an egg, sausage and cheese. This has now come to me on two consecutive occasions with two eggs (one scrambled and one over easy) and no sausage. Last time, I just let it go (cost of going to this particular Panera where I have learned over the years to ALWAYS check my order before leaving and more recently learned to open all items and really check one-by-one as there is invariably always something wrong). Today I brought the mistake to their attention then was challenged about the way the order was entered via their online system (never mind that no part of that conversation was around the fact that the order slip clearly indicated sausage, which was not there). Still they felt the need to point out that the order had two eggs listed in the system. An apology and fixing it would have been adequate. Instead I was made to feel like I had made the mistake and that they were doing me a favor by correcting THEIR mistake. I and my family will not be returning. read more

Delivery was fast (though that's done by DoorDash and not them). I had ordered a strawberry chicken poppyseed salad and there was no chicken. I had also ordered a second meal and upgraded the side to a fruit cup which was left out of the bag so I never received it. I tried calling to see what could be done and no one answered the phone (I tried multiple times-both general service and the manager line). I then tweeted them to get help and they offered rewards onto my account that expire in 30 days. I respectfully (meaning no cursing or any type of rudeness) asked if the rewards equaled the money I lost from the incorrect order and was told again they were sorry and that was all. Not super thrilled with the idea of going back as this is not the first time my delivery order has been incorrect. read more

I'm never one to complain but if I'm going to pay $12 for a small smoothie and a LARGE soup I should get my money's worth. The bowl may be bigger but come on it's barely half full. There's even soup lines as if they put in more than that then scooped some out?? I even went to the counter to question if this is really how much should be in a large and the cashier told me it's just a bigger bowl and this is the portion.. if it's going to be like that don't charge so much when I could get the same amount of the same thing just as good in a can for a quarter of the price read more

How this place stays open is beyond me! I hate going here but my son like their Mac n cheese. Every time I go here I order a different sandwich and every one of them are a big disappointment. You literally have the word bread in your company's name yet you never seem to have bread in stock. I'm confused. Either change your name or make the effort to have bread in stock. This is the third time that I've left here with a mobile order unsatisfied. Last night I did mobile ordering and it took longer then it should have to prepare the food. The bread was completely hard, the soup was half filled, the salad dressing was watered down and hardly had any in the already small container, the staff stares you down when you walk in as if you it's a bother to come into the restaurant.
