Always feel like I'm getting ripped off here. Overpriced and food isn't even all that. My mom goes here time to time cause she don't wanna eat any of the crap from the food court and I'll tell her it's not even worth it read more

if only there were negative stars I would give this place nothing. Went in, right off the cashier was honestly pretty quiet couldn't really hear him and just not appealing to talk to. Then we go to order, we wanted bread bowls, and they had no more bread bowls, which was really disappointing. There was still an hr til closing so it was sad they had no bread at all. We ordered Mac and cheese and broccoli cheddar soup just in the normal bowls. The cashier told us there's still the baguette that your food is always supposed to come with. Then we get our order, the girl goes, sorry we got no more bread u want apples or chips. I look behind her, and she doesn't even care to offer the wonderful array of the other breads they had. Like no sorry I came to Panera BREAD. They should always have bread and be offering the bread because that's what a lot of people go there for. Also, on another note the worker also, fairly young girl, couldn't have a care in this world. She asked if we wanted chips or apples but she didn't look at us didn't even care and then walked away right after. Horrible service. Secondly, I was drinking my blood orange lemonade and notice a black thing floating in my drink. IT WAS A FLY "swimming" in my lemonade. I told the guy who was at the time refilling all the drinks. Looked at me, said absolutely nothing. I'm pretty sure he didn't even fully look at me. I dumped it out. No one offered another cup or anything. He didn't change the drink either. I was watching him waiting if he was gonna put in a brand new batch of the blood orange and nothing. He just filled it with some more. Absolutely disgusting knowing I could've just swallowed a fly right there if I didn't look and notice it floating in my drink. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because I've never had a problem with this location until today. We ordered over $50 worth of food to take back home with us. When we got home we noticed that one of the paninis was not in the bag. So I called to speak with the manager so that we could possible get a credit for our next visit. The phone ring for about 3 minutes before anyone answered. So when the young lady finally picked up... I told her the problem and she then put me on hold again. When she came back she said "So you said that you came in last night and the panini was not in the bag?" I then said "no, I was in there about 10 minutes ago and realized that the sandwich was not in the bag when we arrived home." Then there was silence. She actually hung up the phone on me. So at 1st I thought maybe it was a poor connection, but I called again and allowed the phone to ring for about 4-5 minutes. Still no answer. Then I used another phone to call and they allowed the phone to just ring until it could not ring any longer. Now as a result, my husband had to drive back to the establishment to get a refund. I will not patronize this location anymore. The are read more

Terrible location. The lettuce was all old and there were flies in the kitchen. The blood orange lemonade was all watered down. TERRIBLE

Service very slow and sandwiches and soup quantity was bad, sandwich mostly bread. Rvc store much better. Expensive, they should not skimp on the food!!!!! read more

It's new but they only deliver for Catering purposes only and for that they need to call the 5 Towns location. It's a new place so it's friendly for now and it's a Big Spot. Chipotle is right next door literally. read more

Just visited this location for the first time. Their service was friendly and good and they managed my nut allergy well. However, the actual sandwich looks like it was thrown and slapped together. The sandwich also tastes as it looks. This was not a great experience and I won't be going back. If the food matched the courteous service I would return. Also, the pick up are a could've been cleaner. read more

First time at the green acres location. What a terrible spot, dirty tables and floors. There were even Nats flying around. It really made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be back here again. To all those seeing this stay away. I will. read more

I went to Panera today and ordered a sandwich. When I received the sandwich, it definitely didn't have all of the ingredients listed. When I brought this to their attention, the employee had an attitude and said that it was all there. I do not like to argue about food so I took the plate and didn't bother to utter another word. What happened to the customer is always right? I was so disappointed with the level of customer service. I don't think that I will be returning here. read more

I would love to give this place 5 stars because the food is almost usually on point and I love panera but the issue I have is the workers. They all look like a bunch of high school kids that don't really want to be there. They joke around while making the food, talk about each other and personally just don't seem to be in any rush to do their jobs. The cashier last night very sweet young man, could tell he was new at the cash register but that's ok. I put an order in for a sandwich that they didn't have but he didn't know. I wait 10 minutes and hear all the staff in the back saying we don't have it , why no body make it , and then go who's gonna tell that lady. Not me not me. So I say I'm right here. They think it's funny. I just asked for my money back up front and the young man had to call the manager 3 times. It almost seemed as if the manager was upset he had to come out of hiding and do this job properly. I have been a food and beverage manager for 7 years I understand it can get annoying but it's your job suck it up. I will for sure be back because I do love the brand itself i just wish the management actually cared about the people they hire and watched their floor a little bit better. read more

Terrible service in comparison to various other Panera bread locations. Be careful drinking from the fountains as I've contracted strep throat before due to lack of properly cleaning out the green tea and lemonade fountain. read more

Save yourself the aggravation and go to any OTHER Panera. The cashiers are beyond rude and the people who makes the food just throw it together and old way! read more

They were out of almost everything today. Literally. I have never been to a Panera that is out of 3/5 of their signature soups, Mac and cheese, and a sandwich that they claim is off the menu but I just ate the other week. I was very disappointed. I almost went to the neighboring chipotle which is really good, but I felt too nice. read more

Worst Panera ever! Ditto all the reviews about rude, ineffective staff. Orders took long, staff was yelling to each other to shut up, soup was luke warm. When manager did come over he was just as overwhelmed. I've been to other locations and even though the food is pricey at least the staff is pleasant. read more

Will not be eating at this Panera again which is saying a lot because I really love them and this is the only one close to my house. I saw the reviews about the staff but the girl that served me was actually very sweet, hence the 2nd star. I've never had old/stale bread at Panera before and am disgusted that I got that today. I got the you pick 2 chicken avocado panini and broccoli cheddar soup and my friend got the southwest salad and napa walnut sandwich. Both sandwiches tasted stale and like they were heated in the microwave. Her salad had no dressing and she said the the chicken also tasted like it wasn't fresh. The pastry section had very little to offer which I've also never seen at a Panera. All of the racks were empty and the few pastries that they did have looked like they'd been sitting there for awhile and weren't the least bit appetizing. The disrespect of having a store in my area(predominantly black) being the only one I've ever come across to be this poorly presented is disgusting and really says a lot about what these corporations think about our neighborhoods. The prices aren't any cheaper so there is no reason that the food and service should be sub par. read more

this has to be the worst panera i have ever gone to. the staff is ghetto as can be. waited for my online pick up 30 min after they said it would be ready by and had to cancel my order after 30 minutes of waiting. tjey ran out of bread...and than they ran out of broccoli cheddar soup. Never stepping foot in this panera ever again. read more

i go to panera to get bread and some cookies so i asked the female that was working for the fresh cookies and not the ones that were on display and with an attitude she said "now your going to make me get those" my mind was telling to let her get the cookies and then say i didn't want them all because of her attitude , if she didn't feel like working or was having a bad day that attitude shouldn't be seen or heard from her. i think she needs some kind of customer service training. when i am at other locations its no problem for an associate to cater to wants other than that the food is good i just won't get any out of the mall i will just bypass. i am not telling y'all what to do those are just my feelings. read more
