I spent an hour trying to place an order online and it wouldn't allow me to. I got in the car and drove 30 minutes to get to the store and the doors were locked. Other people were starting to walk up and we all had questions. The manager and employees walked by and then finally came and told us the restaurant is closed. They said they closed at 6:00. When I asked why, the manager said he couldn't answer that. He said we could go to any other Panera and order. I informed him that the Haven Panera would not take online orders either until tomorrow. This is my local Panera bread and I am disappointed to have to give such a negative review. However, after 1 year with over 2 dozen orders there are some constant themes with this location: 1) orders on a regular basis are not correct for take out orders placed online. It is not an electronic error because it is correct on the receipt. However, it seems quality control with the staff may be lacking. I want to say that 40-50% of the time there is an error with my order. Mistakes happen but having nearly half the orders have mistakes is unacceptable 2) don't order apples with your meal. They always have apples with dents, scratches and blemishes 3) Managers are hit and miss. I have had some great managers that went above and beyond to correct the order and some that just do not simply care. 4) Don't call the restaurant, customer service over the phone is not a priority (even at times that are not peak hours) 5) Service in-person at the restaurant have always been good (except for an older female manager). I think they excel in this aspect 6) Food quality is on par with other Panera's when order is correct. Hope this helps other people. I attempted to contact their staff by phone after a mistaken order today and got hung up on. My best advice is to thoroughly make sure your order is right before leaving the store cause they don't care after you walk out. Good luck! read more

I come here often for the coffee subscription, but it might not be worth it anymore. Most of the time staff is nice but order are usually missing something. Today I place an order and went in five mins after the scheduled time and my order wasn't ready yet. I ask for an update and was given attitude. I let the person know that I place it 15 mins ago and was just checking in and all he said was were working on it it's on my screen. 10 more minutes pass by and the manager as what my name is and he tell me it hasn't populated on the screen yet. I let him know an employee had told me it was on the screen and then he denied it even though he had said it in front of another employee. If I could give it a zero star I would have done that for today's experience. Came here for a quick breakfast for 3 people to dine in. 2 of us got the soufflé and 1 a grain bowl. Soufflé's were handed to us right away. There was NO seating inside which forced us to the patio in 50 degree weather. They didn't realize we were outside so it took us trying to track down the grain bowl and asking to get a heater on. Unfortunately the soufflé's were cold by the time the grain bowl got to us, and they wouldn't turn the heater on. Suggestion: if your place is full and it's cold outside, only sell to take-out customers until you can accommodate people properly. Worst experience for an expensive quick meal. Customer service here gives the word "awful" a whole new meaning. First they had a line out the door but only one cashier. Several workers, including one who looked like a manager, looked at the line and just kept walking. The cashier was unfriendly at best, even rolling her eyes at me when I tried to specify which cookie I was ordering (because personally I can see how "sugar cookie" wouldn't be specific enough, so I was trying to say which color and design, her response was a short "yeah" with the eye roll). My husband ordered the ham and cheese, toasted. I got the tomato soup bread bowl. One thing I'll never understand - why do they serve a bread bowl with a side of bread? A side of old, ice cold, hard bread? Anyway, off topic. It took over twenty minutes to get our food, and when it was delivered my husband's sandwich wasn't toasted. I mentioned that he ordered it toasted, and the delivery girl grabbed it back and said "okay." No apology, no "I'll fix it and be right back," just grabbed it, said okay, and walked away. Meanwhile, I tried to find some butter for the old, ice cold, hard bread or top part of my bread bowl. Finally found it in a container on the take out counter, which had clearly just come out of the freezer. The butter was rock hard, no way that was spreading on anything. Guess I'm making do with mustard on the bread? Finally, the delivery girl comes back with my husband's sandwich, which is now toasted. Which we know because she literally dropped it on the table and said "There, it's toasted" and stormed off. We won't even consider going back. The food was actually fairly good, although pretty high priced for the small amount of food you get. But if that's how your employees act from the moment you walk into the door through the eating experience, clearly they don't want repeat customers. And let me be clear - we are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to waitstaff. Even going so far as to thank the employee who threw my husband's food at him, because hey, at least he got it back. Just to give you a heads up guys, it's located at a shopping center and there is plenty of parking available. When I arrived at Panera Bread, I welcomed by the friendly staff and I could smell the bread being freshly baked in the morning. I ordered a Sesame Bagel (Toasted) and a Coffee. I waited for a bit and went to pour my coffee. The Coffee was prepared fresh and I poured the Hazelnut flavored into my cup. When my order was ready, I could smell the bagel toasted. It was fresh, perfectly toasted and had a crunch every time I bit into it. My overall experience was great and the customer service was excellent. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Panera Bread and would recommend arriving early morning so you can get the items freshly prepared. Food is standard Panera. Nothing really special in that aspect. One of the main reasons for giving this review is their bathroom situation. There is always some issue when it comes to using their facilities. Whether it's no soap in the dispenser one day or no TP another day. I've been here enough times where more often than not it's one of these things. How embarrassing is it for male customer to go asking a cashier for toilet paper. I love Panera Bread but I dread going to this location. Something is missing in terms of their organization and service. Items a consistently wrong or missing from the bag. When you put instructions on your order you expect them to be followed, even something as simple as "please put 5 sugars in my bag", to find no sugar in the bag. The amount for two sandwiches was $23.38, now I should have received 25% of which is $5.85 but only received a $5.00 even discount. When I questioned it they said they just push the button and the computer does the rest. So now the manager got involved and said the same thing about the button. Then she got sarcastic and asked what do you want the 85 cents? So I said yes sure, that fixes my use of the coupon but what about ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT ARE GETTING OVER CHARGE? She informed me it was my fault because she had called out our order. I asked why she didn't page me. She claimed she did, but our pager didn't go off. The lights were on, but Kelsey said the battery must be dead. So my kids ate their cold dinner. We've been to this Panera several times and they've gotten successively worse. I ordered an ice coffee from here, along with my breakfast, and the cashier asked me typical coffee questions since it was customized. When my numbered was finally called I asked for my coffee and the girl gives me a cup and goes no that's self serve. I then ask about the syrup (since they charge extra) and she goes ok I'll give you some in a cup. I was a little confused as to why they would ask me what ingredients I want in my coffee, if I'm suppose to make it myself. I enjoy the food there and generally find it worth the money, however the cleanliness of the establishment needs attention. The tables are generally not cleaned enough and the windows and floors are not as clean as they should be for a restaurant. It is hit and miss with employees. Some are less than polite, but then others clearly enjoy their jobs. I suppose this is typical, but something I have noticed. The bathroom was dirty and out of soap. I have gone to this location several times during the pandemic and generally had good luck with the curbside service. Prior to today there was only one mixup in an order and that was simply the app telling me something was available when it was actually sold out. The manager more than corrected for the error Recently, however I had a twofold issue. Despite ordering for curbside delivery and notifying them when I arrived, I waited 20 minutes and ended up having to go inside and see that it was placed on the shelf for rapid pick up. I then checked my order and found one of my items was missing. A staff member quickly addressed the issue. The food quality continues to be good although across-the-board I'm pretty unimpressed with their hot coffee. read more
