I love this place. My husband took myself and my parents here on a Sunday after church. A yummy healthy and filling meal. I absolutely love the tomatoes soup and grilled toast. I added turkey to my taste. Hubby ha the Flatbread and you all know I had to taste it. It was good. Everything was delicious. What a happy sunday!

I always had a good experience at Paneras, except today... if this is like a bagel place why they only have 3 types of bagels? ‍ ridiculous.! Only 3 types of cream cheese Cut it in half? More like just the top part had to cut again at home.! ‍ Just not a good experience.!

The flavor can't be beat. Waitstaff ( maybe the manager) was super attentive. It is nice to have a bright environment for visual access and the decor was spot on especially the unique lighting and the case of art. Give it a try. They cook to order which is a bonus.

He sat us, barely uttering a guttural word, brought our drink order and left again for another 10 minutes. I was literally getting out of my seat to get another server when he showed up around the corner. Using the same energy, he took our food order. No recommendations, and no conversation. He brought our food and never returned. Never came back to ask us how everything was, to refill drinks, NOTHING. It was literally like he left the building. Another waiter felt sorry for us and brought us several items, to go boxes and our bill. We tipped HIM and thanked him for actually seeing us. The food: Ka-po noodles were fabulous. The pork dumplings were so bad, it was ridiculous. "Scallion and pork pan fried dumplings". No scallions, no spices and the sausage was a greasy ball of breakfast sausage. We could not eat them. Really disappointing. Unfortunate experience, and we will not return.

Great atmosphere, very clean and super friendly staff! Now, the important stuff: the food. We started by sharing a wedge salad, complete with bacon, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese chunks (yum!) and all the crispiness a wedge brings. Very fresh and the dressing was a clue cheese lover's dream. Had the pickle ranch wings and the chicken club sandwich with broccoli cheese soup on the side as our entrees. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Now, here's what you should absolutely order if you go here. Do not skip the pretzel with a side of beer cheese or the desserts. The pretzel is like the old Auntie Anne's pretzels in the mall years ago - only a thousand times better!! I will never come here and not order this again every single time. If you like huge, fluffy, salty, crispy on the outside pretzels, this is THE place to get them!! 10 out of 10! For dessert, we got the trio dessert (can't remember the name), but it came with 3 different skillet cookies, topped with ice cream and whipped cream and it was sinful how good they were! We got the chocolate chunk, the caramel and the strawberry shortcake. No words. Just drool. Lots of drool! I can't wait to come back and try their burgers, steaks and pizza - they looked so good too as I watched them being carried out to other tables. They have an extensive menu so you will not have a problem finding something you like. Shout out to our server Devin - she was fantastic, very helpful, kind and very attentive to all of our needs and special requests! Bartender Todd was also amazing and so friendly! The manager even stopped by our table to ensure we had a great experience. We definitely did! I'm so impressed with the service and food here at BJ's - I think it's my new favorite place in Tyler! Thanks for a GREAT dining experience!!

The family had pazookie's for desert. I was too full to get one. They had some cool techno music playing over the speakers. The lights were dimmed very nicely. Our waiter was awesome. Super cool guy was working the bar as well. Very knowledgeable about their beers and some others that compare nicely. I also had a drink called the lucky ducky. It comes in a little bathtub with a yellow duck floating in it. It was super tasty. We were so full that we were miserable. lol I'm a good way. We will all be back. I also bought the lucky ducky bath tub to take home without the drink of course.

They have a few dining options to choose from including the bar/lounge area, in-door dining and outdoor patio areas. We started in the bar/lounge area while waiting for a seat outdoors so we could enjoy the weather and live music. Our server was very nice and honest- even when he hadn't tried a dish he told us how others rated it. We shared the SEARED AHI TUNA appetizer and added an additional side of bread 8/10 (it honestly should come with more!) Each ordered the THAI GINGER COCONUT SALMON which I am still thinking about! 10/10 The portions were generous and I saved 1/2 to make room for dessert. I was glad to enjoy leftovers the next day. We finished with the DULCE DE LECHE CHURROS which were highly recommended by our server and did not disappoint in presentation nor taste. 10/10

Not cheap but we get two meals out of an entree so worth it. The popular appetizer of mini filet mignons in pastry is not our favorite. They were soggy and lacked flavor. But that was the only disappointment. The Halibut special was excellent! Served over ricotta ravioli and big! The chicken snitzel with a lemony sauce was even better and also enormous. The pozole soup and lobster bisque were both excellent! A meal by themselves really. We brought lunch home for the next day. We typically eat on the patio but weather did not permit. The interior dining can be noisy but we did not feel crowded. Recommend skipping brunch and coming at 3:00 for the dinner full menu. Have a cocktail in the lounge first for a better experience.
