Terrible food. Meatball sandwich was cold and the bread was soaked from the tomato sauce. Very bland, no flavor. I should have gone to Subway. When I told them the problems she just said "sorry" like my complaints were normal. Should spend less on tv commercials and more on food quality. read more

Update: the owner was extremely kind and made things right. Sadly they are very understaffed due to covid. I hope they can get some more workers to help them run things better. Ordered my pizza EARLY at 2:00 to be delivered at 5:15. Very easy order, 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 breadsticks. Still waiting for it as of 5:45... this is not the first time this has happened. However, when they mess up your order and forget your drinks then respond with an impetuous attitude with no apology, I'm afraid that is a deal-breaker. I tried delivery from Marco's Pizza tonight, and it was lacking. It was my first time to order from them, so I was hoping for something new and tasty. The brownies were good, but both pizzas were disappointing. The chicken barbeque pizza had marinara sauce in addition to the barbeque sauce which was strange, and the thin crust was chewy instead of crispy. I asked for jalepenos and got none. The Works thin crust was too brown and chewy, and the toppings weren't good. When I sent back the pizza, the manager called me and refused to return any money to my card, standing behind the less-than-stellar product. I guess that was my first and last time for pizza from Marco's. The delivery driver was nice, but the restaurant is all about the food, and that was a strikeout. read more

Ran by children no adult was on site. Not one of these kids were wearing gloves while preparing the food nor hair nets or masks. As I stood waiting for them to prepare my doordash customers food I noticed the young man coughing all over the food and spreading cheese on pizza without gloves on. I felt obligated to say something and he just laughed like I was joking so at this point I text my customer and let him make his own decision if he wanted the food still. read more

I recently ordered a combination of their products. Love their Deluxe pizza and Buffalo wings. I also ordered their Greek Family Size salad and their Meatball sandwich, these two items were less than quality. The lettuce was wilted in the salad. The meatball sandwich was weak, little plain looking meat balls, with a small white smear of what was probably cheese, very little sauce, finally what appeared to be old bread. After having two of their Pizzas, I was surprised! It's like whoever assembled these items didn't care about the quality! When we spend our hard earned money, I expect quality, otherwise, I could just make mine at home an be happy! What if we all did that! read more

Better than most I've had around Tyler, but I probably won't go back. I ordered online and it was ready for pick up on time. The kitchen in Marco's is open to the front counter/lobby making the room exceedingly hot on a cool day. The pizza itself was good with a nice crispy shell on the crust and hot chewy inside and looked like a true hand tossed pizza instead of squished in a press like most other commercial chains. The sauce was savory with a hint of sweetness. I ordered "well done" but pepperonis were barely crisp. Mushrooms were a bit chewy like they came out of a can instead of freshly sliced. BBQ hot wings were not to my personal liking, but the taste was fair. I expected the standard deep fried wing with bare skin; Marcos opts to bread their wings before frying making them a bit soggy with the sauce. So this was my first and probably last time visiting Marco's Pizza. We order a thin crust pepperoni pizza and some cheesy bread. A simple order. The cashier that took our order was also the person to make our pizza; she went from the order station where she touched the computer, my card, and various other things to making our pizza without ever washing or sanitizing them. Not a big deal only the coronavirus is out and about and id rather not get anything at the moment. They were kind and brought us our food. The Cheesy bread was a 3 out of 5 just kind of a bland taste. The pizza was complete trash. I'm certain I just ate a pizza box with marinara, cheese and pepperoni on top. I'm a pizza guy plain and simple, and the pizza here is great. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming when I go in to dine or order as well. The medium one topping price of $6.99 is pretty cheap and my go to order. It always comes out hot and fresh and even when I have it delivered it's far better than the normal chains around. Five star service and the best pizza I've ever had. Yesterday was my first time at Marco's and we went in because we needed to eat and had time to burn. Instead of just a ho-hum, typical restaurant experience, we had a great time. My kids got to make their own pizza in the back and they just PILED ON the toppings. I'm usually a four or five slice guy, but I had to stop after my third slice. Soooo good!! And, for dessert, the Ghiradelli brownie was killer good. I'm going back every time I want pizza now. Was a dollar more than what I pay at Dominos and the pizza was pretty much equal to Dominos. So that is OK. It is "good enough" which is where the founders of Tyler must have set the bar. Nothing about the pizza is anything special. Papa Murphys is better and I bake it myself. It's strange that cooking a pizza at home is better than any pizza place in Tyler. read more

OMG! Best pizza in Tyler! Everything is fresh and hand made and it shows. The crust is delicious and the sauce is light and flavorful, soooo gooood! All fresh ingredients and so tasty! The costumer service was excellent, the manager was very nice to us and they even gave us a $2 coupon, so that was nice! It was our first time and after reading the reviews on Yelp we were a little skeptical but they weren't wrong... Definitely the best pizza I've tried! We'll be back soon! read more

Adequate pizza for Tyler delivery. A step over Dominos but that's not really saying much. I'm a NY crust style guy and I find the house crust too thick. I made the rookie mistake of getting an order of wings. They were pretty bad, and I should have followed the sound advice of never ordering wings from a pizza delivery joint. The less human interaction the better, however I found the website for ordering online pretty clunky. No option get your pizza to order. You want a simple pizza? Nope. You need to call it in.
