This is the best locally owned pizza restaurant in the city. Where do I even begin? There's so much positive to say about this pizza restaurant. Let's start with the owner. She is amazing and makes the most delicious pizzas. Very rarely. Not only is it rare to have a female-owned business but to have a black female owned business in East Texas? It's almost impossible to find. The pizzas as you can see for my photos. They are loaded from end to end with toppings. One thing I hate about a pizza is when a restaurant skimps on toppings. You will never have to worry about topps Pizza skimping out on toppings. It doesn't matter what you order the meat lovers, pepperoni, the cheeseburger pizza, the chicken. Alfredo, they will all be loaded with the perfect amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. The pizzas will be baked perfectly. My absolute favorite is that they allow you to do half and half pizzas. That's perfect for somebody like me who loves to try different pizzas but doesn't want to commit to a whole pizza just in case I don't like it. It's also perfect for families with picky kids because they can each choose the pizza they want. There's no extra cost to order a half and half pizza and that is really unheard of nowadays. Most restaurants want to nickel and you to death but not here. Topps Pizza is definitely a hidden gem in town and I highly recommend them. Some people complain about the price but compared to national chain restaurant the price is just fine for the quality of food you're getting. read more

I ordered a pizza as I'm out here on business and they said it would be 30 to 45 minutes. It took over an hour and the pizza was a thin crust pizza, large. When I received it at my hotel, it was not crispy at all and very doughy. I ended up eating the pizza that the hotel got from Pizza Hut and that was much more crispy and it was not even a thin crust pizza. I called and the owner called me back and they said they would reimburse me some. They ended up giving me $10 back out of $22 and all that was eaten between me and a coworker were three pieces. I think I should've got more of a refund than that. I will never order again. The owner even came to the hotel to look at the pizza and deliver me less than half of the price I paid. read more

Delicious and fresh every time with lots of toppings. They will make 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas unlike some other local places. The ranch is really good & not from a bottle. My only complaint is the use of canned vs fresh mushrooms. I prefer fresh so next time I'll leave them off. The owner is super sweet and truly wants you to be happy with your pizza. Anyone who's given a low star review clearly did not reach out to her because she will always make sure it's right. We should try to support our local businesses when we can. This is the go-to in Tyler for the best pizza ever. Lives up to its name Topps, with toppings that are always overfilled on the pizza. Crust is amazing, topping choices are 10/10 and the prices can't be beat. The owner is such a nice woman and runs this place incredibly smoothly. Tried this place after seeing a ton of Raves on a local Facebook page, not sure what all those people are talking about because this pizza is awful. Sauce has a funny taste, crust is dry and bland, cheese was fine. Breadsticks were drenched in garlic butter, stale, and hard. We tried Topp's and it was ok. We ordered a large Pepperoni and sausage pie, lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings. The pizza was warm and had a so so taste, nothing special. The lemon pepper wings had way too much seasoning and tasted too salty. The garlic parmesan wings were tasty good. The bag thing about the wings was the bag was drenched in grease and super messy. I believe they had a special and we got two large one-topping pizzas in a 2 liter for $16 there was also a $3 delivery charge but that's anywhere.
