Longview has lacked tasty pizza until I discovered this place, and it is certainly the best in town. It doesn't even have competition. The crust is their homemade sourdough crust and it was delicious. My group ordered four different pizzas - magherita, pepperoni, sweet piccante and the monthly special. None of them disappointed. Red head woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and acts like it's a problem when people request to order a pizza during business hours. Will not be coming back here. They get upset when you order a pizza an hour before they close but expect you to be fine waiting for a pizza for 45mins to an hour any other time. read more

Pizza and scones are the best! Order at the counter and they bring to your table. You will not get a "server" just an order delivery person. The posted hours of operation do not seem to be followed as we have showed up many times and they are closed or about to close. read more

The perfect Neapolitan-style, long fermented sourdough pizza! The crust is wonderful, soft and chewy and perfectly baked in a brick oven. The attention to detail in making and baking this pizza makes it truly special! Here are some things to know before you head on over! Firstly, they are open for pizzas only on Friday and Saturday 5pm - 9pm. Pizza can only be ordered in person. Available in one size, 11 inch (except for an 8 inch kid's meal). The pizza is served in take-out boxes and no plates are provided. They are also open on Tuesdays 4.30 to 8pm for sourdough bread. The breads can also be pre-ordered on their website, email or social media. They are popular! When we went in on Saturday 15 minutes past opening, the place was buzzing and wait time was close to 40 minutes. We ran some errands and when we returned, it was quieter and there was no wait time. There's an outdoor area where kids can play while waiting for their pizza. Or check out local artisan goat cheese creamery next door. A cute little pizza shop tucked away in the small town of White Oak! Crust & Crumb is only open for pizza on Friday and Saturday nights so make sure to head on over on your weekends! I think they do bakery/bread pickup on Tuesdays. We had a Buffalo chicken pizza that was absolutely incredible. It had just the right amount of Buffalo sauce and phenomenal goat cheese from Haute Goat (next door). They also had a pretty good salad with house dressing! Service was kind of slow but they were cranking out lots of to-go pizzas! Good place to go if you aren't in a hurry or want to call it in ahead of time. And right next door to Shivers if you want some dessert! Glad I got to experience such amazing pizza on my trip to east Texas. read more

This was a weird experience for us. It seems like you're not supposed to dine in here? We had no plates and got no drinks. I went back to the counter and asked for drinks and was told the child working there would bring them to us but she never did. So we ate quickly and left and probably won't be back. Pizza was pretty good - not the best I've ever had- but environment was off - felt like we were intruding- we were the only customers when we got there. read more

The best oven pizza around. The only downside is they don't they call ins so you have to wait there, which is annoying. Gets busy fast so the wait can get pretty long, especially if it's after 6. BYOB and a nice play area outside for the kids. Very family friendly! read more

The pizza is fresh and delicious. This pizza has a great bubbly crust! The flavor on the simple marinara pizza was terrific. All pizzas are one size, so it is so not large as some other places around, but worth it! Just order two :) The unique taste and flavor from the classic wood fired pizza oven is a must have. The owner and her staff are so friendly and provide excellent service every time.
