We'd come in from out of town for a little weekend vacation and were staying in a cabin about 25 minutes away from here and were desperately in need of a meal on a Sunday evening, when of course almost everything is closed, but thankfully Moe's was open! To start off the interior is tastefully done. I did not have high expectations as it felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere but I was delightfully surprised when we walked in and got seated at how well appointed and thoughtfully done everything was. Our server was named Shannon and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. And then the food came out and WOW! Everyone in our family had been a little skeptical, but as soon as we started biting in there were happy sounds all around. We ordered two small pizzas - Margherita + pepperoni and the Supreme, the Chicken Alfredo, and the dry rub wings. Everyone inhaled their food and had some good laughs and conversation as well. We got a piece of red velvet cake on the way out (to DIE FOR!) and had the loveliest conversation with the woman that checked us out. Can't recommend it enough!

From the moment we walked in, the service was so warm and welcoming I briefly considered asking our server to adopt me. They didn't just take our order -- they guided us through it like a trusted pasta life coach. Questions were answered with enthusiasm, recommendations were spot-on, and our drinks were never empty (hydration is important when you're weeping tears of joy over ravioli). Now let's talk about the food. The pasta was so fresh I'm fairly certain it had a birth certificate dated that morning. The sauce? Rich, velvety, and clearly made by someone who understands that garlic is measured with the heart. The hot fresh rolls had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy -- the kind of rolls that makes you reconsider all other breads in your life. Every bite tasted like it was crafted by a nonna who would absolutely scold you for not having thirds. It was comforting, indulgent, and just fancy enough to make me sit up straighter while eating. In summary: great service, amazing food, zero regrets. I came hungry and left planning my next visit. If loving this restaurant is wrong, I don't want to be al dente.

Very lovely area - so we were excited to give this a try. Everything here was pretty good, fresh, and flavorful. The service was attentive and provided good recommendations. I wasn't the biggest fan of the pizza due to the crust. Hard to compare to Crust and Crumb in White Oak. If you're in Marshall, certainly give this a try. It won't be a home run, but you won't be disappointed.

Any other time we've gone, we've been immediately seated. The service is always very attentive and on point. I love the open kitchen where you can see them making the pizzas. I liked the caprese with mozzarella, but my husband didn't like the basil. I wish it had a little more balsamic and olive oil, but a pinch of salt really brings it all together. Coming from an Italian family, I wouldn't get the meatball sub again. My husband loved it, but I didn't like the meatball's taste or texture. It is a big portion though so it's a good value if you're not picky about meatballs. The real reason we come is for the pizza. It's so good! The crust is crispy and garlicky, the cheese is melty, the Italian sauce has that classic fresh and acidic touch, and it's so flavorful. We drive almost 40 minutes just for this pizza. It's definitely worth the try!

It was pretty quiet inside and had a relaxed, seat yourself vibe that I actually really enjoyed. I had two servers who were both kind and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable, especially dining solo. My absolute favorite part was the Greek salad. I ordered the half portion and it was so fresh, came out quickly, and had the most delicious vinaigrette. I'd go back just for that alone! I also tried the sweet and spicy pizza. It wasn't very saucy, and the topping combination wasn't totally my favorite. I think next time I would keep it simple with pineapple and pepperoni. That said, the crust was incredible, crispy on the outside but still soft and doughy on the inside, which I loved. They didn't have balsamic glaze when I asked, but I got a side of ranch instead and honestly, it worked perfectly. As someone who is from the Dallas area, it's not anything over the top or fancy. BUT for the location, it's a really solid little spot. Easy, welcoming, and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
