I ordered two of La Pietra's specialty pies; a margherita and a delta spice. The good: the thinness of the crust allowed for the flavors of the toppings to shine. The margherita pie would have been excellent, but it was downgraded because of lousy, not-quite-ripe tomatoes. The crust was the weakest part of both pizzas. While it was extremely thin, it was tasteless and the outer crust had the texture of a soft breadstick without any of the crustiness. There was a slight char on the bottom, but again, no crustiness.
