The sausage at the bottom was not mixed into the gravy, unfortunately, but at least the sausage was meaty, and the gravy was spot-on. Together, they made a sloppy, but delicious accompaniment to my starchy Southern staple. The final verdict? $5. Thus, 5 stars. I don't know in what earthly circumstance you would find yourself in Kilgore, TX, but I would certainly extend a recommendation of Circle Cafe to you. The owner was very friendly and offered an excellent price for our 270 burritos (with salsa). He and his team got our burritos done and they were hot and ready when I got there to pick them up at 7:30 am. The business was adorable! It had seating for patrons and lovely display of donuts and confectioneries. They served espresso during my visit and took care of everyone quickly. The burritos and salsa were a huge hit!!
