This is a great pub which offers fine Pizza and friendly service. We thin slice pepperoni was on par. During the visit sporting events were on screen and the crowd was excited. This seems to be a rather loud atmosphere but loads of fun. read more

When compared to True vine ( Solo's) Pizza / Villagio ) this pizza is just like a Pappa's pizza/ Marco's Pizza so much money just not the greatest food I went there once food was not the greatest thought it might have improved but no more going to this place for a pizza that cost so much but not so great read more

THEIR FOOD IS AMAZING. The workers are so sweet and helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great pizza and beer! Went here for the first time and was amazed at how good the pizza and selection of beer. In addition a super cool spot to bring the family. And everyone that works here is very family friendly. Got The Krewe pizza and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend Rotolo's Pizzeria for family pizza spot! read more

Rotollos in Cumberland! I don't know why I always forget but their pizza is always so good. Perfect ratio of toppings to crust and just the right amount of marinara. They were so busy when I went in but my order was still ready 5 minutes earlier than expected. Their dining room was jam packed with people outside too! If your craving pizza, this is a definite winner! read more

Food is fantastic and server Carson was the best!! Great atmosphere. Pizza was wonderful as was the Pesto Manifesto!!

Great pizza and the spinach dip was awesome. Fast delivery. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.

Don't bother. First time to order from there. I was there to pick up a takeout salad and a muffuletta. Dried out crummy bread. Too salty meat. Little cheese. Too dry by far. My wife and I tried some, the rest went in the garbage. Salad had some leaves and lots of thick 'stalky' parts of lettuce and tiny diced mozzarella. So most all of the salad is in the garbage too. And high prices in a high rent district. Forget it. read more

If you're not white. Don't come here. My girlfriend and I waited 15 mins for the hostess to take our drinks. Finally our waitress arrives and takes our food order. Then after about 45 mins the bartender brings our food. After finishing our food we had to flag down another server for our check. They got mad and said I'll let your server know. When the whole time OUR server didn't even SERVE us. Terrible place to be. Unless you're white. You'll be taken care of completely! read more

I truly like this place. Nice happy hour, pizza is great and service isn't bad. There are a Couple of servers who are outstanding. The cheese sticks, krewe, absolutely the best anywhere! Highly recommend ! Sometimes slow service.

Great atmosphere! Unique pizza! And excellent cheese sticks (choose original style). They also have a wonderful Celestial IPA on tap. The servers are friendly. read more

We came here for the first time to celebrate a birthday lunch. The food was delicious. We ordered the kid's meal pepperoni pizza, pesto manifesto, and chicken florentine wrap. The portions were big and we ended up needing a to go box. We had a large party of 18 and our server, Justin, was tentative and met all of our needs. We sat at the picnic tables on the patio and it was clean and shaded. Would definitely return. read more

The food was delicious. The beer selection is great as well. The pizza of the month we tried was the Van Helsing, and it was AMAZING!! the garlic aioli was so good, they need to bring it back asap!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! Will be back! read more

My favorite pizza in Tyler!! The Angry Pig is amazing if you like bbq and jalapeños. Yummy!!

Lasagna pretty good, considering it is from a pizzeria. Likely beats other lasagna from Italian restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place! I am sort of a pizza snob, so I wasn't expecting to like it so much! I got the BBQ Chicken Pizza and it had great flavor, soft dough, and the ranch to dip it in put it over the top! The individual size was more than enough for me and I ate it all, even though I was full and probably shouldn't have finished it. My family all liked their pizzas as well. The wait time was pretty long (like 30 minutes) because there was a party there, but I'd say it was worth it. It's still a toss up for me whether I like this place or Pit Stop Pizza better, but regardless, it's very good and we'll be back! read more

Could not accommodate us because we needed a high chair and they wanted to place us in the high top bar tables. Obviously a high chair cannot reach. They had open low top tables available but told us they were holding those. We left. read more

What a rip off $20 bucks for bread smeared with red sauce sprinkled with cheese a 2 pepperoni per slice. Complete crap

I gave Rotolo's a try for lunch today . It was my first time I was greeted at the door as soon as I entered. When I was seated , I think they forgot me. It was several minutes before a waitress came to check on me. She told me it was her second day on the job. Very friendly, but said she needed to get some help. A few minutes later , a waiter came took my drink order and told me about the specials. He was very informative, and helped me out greatly . I had a small pizza along with a pasta salad ! Probably the best pizza I've had, the pasta salad was ok. If you are in Tyler, Texas , give them a try ! Go get Full read more

The last three times I've order from this location. The pizza has been soggy even though I ordered it crispy.

We had a great time! Drinks where great! Food was hot! Brianna was a "rock star" ! Best server in town!

Offense. Raw dough, low quality ingredients, not as advertised. I have had better "fast food" pizza. Will not be returning and do not recommend read more

I had a great experience, Liz was my bartender, she was very nice and attentive, on top of things. On a Tuesday night it wasn't too busy the food was pretty good but the happy hour prices was even better, I ordered the spicy parmesan baked wings & meatballs. I placed an online order for the Honey Peppadew pizza and when I got there to pick it up I was informed there was a problem with their system sending the order to the kitchen and it was just then being prepared. The staff at the bar and the manager were both apologetic. The manager even went above and beyond to make things right, and made sure I didn't have to wait too long even though they were very busy I understand, it was a system error, not an employee error, and these things happen. So 5 stars for the staff, and 5 stars for the pizza which was so incredibly delicious! read more

It's really good food and really good staff every time I come here they greet me and help me sit as quick as possible

Location of this place is perfect. Close to many many shops. When I walked in I noticed an odd odor. The place was a lil messy but the manager was on top of getting the place cleaned up. We had the meatball appetizer, garlic bread appetizer and the Philly steak sandwich meal with chips. The appetizers were good. The sandwich and chips were not good. Sandwich was dry. The meat was really dry. And the chips were cold. ( they are suppose to be fresh & warm ). I love the plastic cups that the drinks are served in. You can take them home because they are reusable. But somehow they should come up with a refillable option so people can reuse their cups. It'll help cut down waste on earth and I'm sure it'll definitely help the business save money. I'm not a fan of this place. The first time I got a single custom pie made and they charged me with like $28 ? Then it was not even fully cooked and cold in the middle. Not happy. read more

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money. Food is mediocre on a good day. Drinks are poor. Service is nothing special. Mostly kids running the place...the "manager" turned out to be our waiter who was about 20 years old and no leadership skills whatsoever. They'll be out of business in a couple years. Way too many good places to go in town. This isn't one of them. read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE Rotolo's Pizzeria Tyler,TX the manager Ashley was very dismissive their menu on their tables with the Q-scanner is not the same as their printed menu and leaves off very important information. That IT instead of stating or accommodating had the nerves to say "Since you've ate it there's nothing I can do" ma'am that wasn't even the issue we had money to pay for our $74 plus tab and more if we had gotten anything else but overpaying when you and your uninformed waitress is a whole nother issue and problem! Luckily I had calmer heads with me or rude ace bad customer service having Ashley would have truly got the business!!!! Also get knowledgeable waitresses if you don't know there is nothing wrong with asking another employee or give more training. If anyone knows the owner of Rotolo's Pizzeria I'd love to speak with him or her.... read more

From out of town, in Tyler for business. This place was conveniently located, and it's late. Wow. This is quite literally the grossest food I've ever had. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip and the 18" deluxe combo pizza. Disgusting. The dip looks like slime. The pizza dough has the consistency of slime. The only way to make food this poorly is to intentionally do so. Gross, gross, gross. read more

3-2-1 Yep, as my fellow yelpers follow, you'll see this is the order of my stars for Rotolos in my reviews. A restaurant, especially in the beginning, could start off slow (e.g. lower star ratings), but once the kinks are worked out- ratings usually rise (more stars). Makes simple business sense, right? Unfortunately, it seems as though Rotolos may be owned by absentee investors. (This is merely what a disgruntled bartender told me one night). With this said, (if true) it may explain why the service is downright atrocious at this particular Rotolos. Seriously, if you want the most aloof servers / bartenders, that think they're entitled to tips, based on having a pulse, and zero people skills, then by all means, come to Rotolos! A few visits ago, my pizza came out in the shape of a mangled football. The server, in what seemed like a stoned laugh, just placed it on the table and mumbled something derogatory about the cooks. Seriously, a football shaped pizza? On another night, the electricity went out, which froze the computers, so the bartender said "Fuck it; everything is free!" On my last visit, while sitting at the bar, ordering take-out, the homely female bartender might've said two words, and just tossed my pizza on the bar (no eye contact) with my check. For about the fifth time, I had to point out that they clearly have Happy Hour pricing on their beers (Advertised on ALL TV screens), but EVERY SINGLE TIME, the receipt never reflects Happy Hour pricing. Will Management please fix this? Too bad, as when the food is actually warm, and there is even an amateur level of attentiveness to the quality, it is decent food. Unfortunately, this, from my experience, is a rare occurrence. Horrible service, subpar food, accompanied with high prices. Owners...calling all owners...are you listening? read more
