This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings the a/c wasn't working for so it was humid AF in there. then waited and hr for our food (there was no one else on the bar with us and 3 other tables in the whole restaurant) the wings came out over cooked the tots and fries where cold and hidden valley ranch for our ranch. My husband and I stopped in from out of town. We ordered tot appetizer that had brisket on it and the brisket was total fat and Not edible. I ordered a entree salad and my husband 10 nine in wings. As I said on Google maps, the service at the To-Go area was slow and the food was very salty. My order when it came out was incorrect, after the cashier repeated it 3 times (?). The BWW manager commented that I could give further details at "BuffaloWildWings.com/FAQ" and go to orders. This website shows a '404 error'. Guess they really don't want to follow up on these comments. I would suggest making a card with the menu items for the customer to fill out, so the orders will be correct. I don't recall ever giving a one star to a place, but I could be wrong. If not, today is the day and it was for things that could have easily been avoided. I called the restaurant initially to ask about their national wing day deal they were offering and was met with a rude undertone. I went ahead and placed the order and headed that way after a bit. Mind you I haven't eaten at this particular location since we moved to Tyler in 2016. When I pulled up I wasn't aware there was a designated curbside pickup area, so I called to tell them I was outside and she instructed me where to go with a rude undertone and put me on hold and never returned. I hung up as I noticed there was a different number on the sign to text to inform you have arrived. I texted, but never got a response. So what's the point of texting you may ask? I don't know. I was worried I was a few minutes late, but come to find out they were late. After a while I got restless, so I started calling and my phone was immediately sent to the fax repeatedly, but what they did not know was that I had my personal phone with me as well as I was using my work cell. Service at the bar was 10/10. But the WINGS... were all bruised. I ordered 6 mild with fries and celery. All 6 were damaged and bruised... fries were good and celery was mushy. It's not a fancy steakhouse (not sure if they have a steak on the menu, but if they do... just don't). It's probably not a good spot for a date. Disappointed is a good way to describe my experience. I was looking forward to enjoying some traditional parmesan garlic wings and I was distraught when the waitress stated they ran out. It's been my go to option for some time now and I really enjoy them. This was also on NFL kickoff Sunday so I knew I would get some good entertainment in with my meal but that wasn't the case. Some advice, during football season be prepared as people look forward to head to your location for their favorite team's game while enjoying some wings and cold beer. read more

In town for work and had a great time and service with Shay. Went back last night and was a little later than normal but kitchen was still open. Had a couple guys without masks but they still let us sit, then began to ask us after we sat down and waited for a while about each of us having masks before they asked us to leave. I hate leaving one star reviews, but here it goes. There were already 3 guys from Waitr and two other people waiting for food when I got there. I went there to place a to go order, and two managers and several employees completely ignored me. Finally after 10 minutes someone helped me. My order was $27: small wing, southwest philly sandwich with a side of fries, and an EXTRA side of fries (this is important for later). So I wait forever, along with many other people. After I had been there for 40 minutes, they informed the two guys from Waitr (one of which had been there for over an hour for 5 wings and a side of mac) that their orders apparently never went through, and they would have to place the customers orders AGAIN for them.... I finally got my food a few minutes after that. I look and realize they messed up the sandwich and forgot my extra fries. I went to tell them, but they claim I only had one fry and wanted me to pay $4 for fries. I didn't have my receipt, because the chick taking my order threw it away before asking me if I wanted it. I tried to explain to the guy that a $10 sandwich and $11 wings does not equal $27.... but he was being a jerk. I was so frustrated at this point I said forget it and left. I get home (which is 5 min away) and all our food is ice cold. How is it that I had to wait almost an hour for my food, and it was ICE COLD? Happy birthday to me, right?... I've always been pleasant and taken care of my servers, and have filed a five star review within the last few months--based mainly on a server named Selah--who was outstanding. There have been problems with food in the past, but I've tried not to say anything. I'm not holding anything back anymore! Very rude inattentive staff. Ordered medium order if boneless wings for pickup. Showed up and came in through side door marked for take out orders and was ignored by staff even though there was no one else waiting. Woman working the counter looked up from her phone long enough to ask if i was here for pick up and for my name. A couple of silent minutes later she asked me to pay, followed by several more silent minutes, then said here and handed me my order. On top of the non-existent customer service it looked as if they had just poured some sauce on top of the dryed out over cooked wings and placed them into the box. I've been to this restaurant three times, and every time there's been a mistake. The first time they had our sauce on the side when not requested and they gave us a pitiful small bag of carrots and celery. The next visit they gave me almost NO sauce, almost as if i asked for dry seasoning. And lastly this recent time online it said my total was 8.49 for the BOGO, yet when i went in they changed it to 9.19 yet i added no extras. And.. YET AGAIN.. barely any sauce..
