What my sandwich suppose to look like.

I love the new melt sandwiches but today was a huge disappointment. Where's the southwest sauce, where's the onions? Chicken and bread is all I have. $9 for chicken and bread.

It's my favorite time of year for Panera and that's when pumpkin flavors, autumn squash soup and others come back on the rotation. I stopped in today for a bowl of the autumn squash soup and thought I'd try the new grilled Mac and cheese sandwich. It wasn't too bad. Was basically what you expect, Mac and cheese between two slices of toast. I am sad they have discontinued the pumpkin muffy and now only carry a full pumpkin muffin. I consider Panera fast food but w more savory options than most places so taking that into consideration I enjoy plenty of their menu quite frequently.

Staff is really nice here! I usually only hit up the drive thru, but they're consistent, pretty quick, and reliable. Sip club is great!

We were seated immediately and our waters came promptly. We needed a bit of time to look over the menu and didn't feel rushed at all. We ordered the chicken tan tan dumplings, which came out quickly and were fabulous. I ordered a paitan ramen with pork belly and my husband got the spicy tan tan with a mix of ground beef and pork. I thought the pork belly was hard to eat the way it was served, but I also think it was a standard way to serve it so it was a me problem. The spicy tan tan is ONLY spicy because of the meat and our server said it was probably a 2/5 on spice, but you can spice up the broth more if you want. Overall, great experience. Clean location with lots of parking, good food with a variety on the menu, and great service. We'll be back!

Inside you'll find some booths along the perimeter of the room and large, round tables with wonderful upholstered chairs in the center. Can't say enough about the comfort of the chairs- very upscale. Our server was very sweet and efficient- there when we needed her but not hovering. The food is glorious. They are a bit on the expensive side, but the food is so good we did not mind the prices. I had the chicken and waffles - nicely crisp chicken breast with very tasty waffles. My husband and granddaughter-in-law had the steak and eggs - with really good potatoes and onions; both were SO impressed with the flavor and the preparation. (I will be having this next time!). My grandson had 'Hong Kong' French toast, which I believe was made with Japanese milk bread and had berries and a custard. Also came with eggs and bacon. He could not speak highly enough about it. The portions are LARGE. We all took food home. I shared my plate with my great granddaughter (2 yrs) and still took food home! Honestly, we had booked another restaurant for the weekend of Mother's Day (day before) and we canceled that reservation so that we could go back to Farmers Commons! It's that good. Also, all the folks working when we were there were very sweet with my great granddaughter; we appreciated that. HIGHLY recommend for brunch. Now i want to try dinner too!

I ordered the pad Thai with duck. I order pad Thai often and this is hands down the best pad Thai I've ever had. It was so flavorful and I loved the portion size. I had leftovers for the next day. My dish came with a veggie roll that was delicious. The service was friendly and willing to have a conversation. Great food and great experience.

I have previously written reviews about Pignetti's and Las Marias. Today, while driving back from Houston to Abilene, I stopped at Thai Café in downtown Temple. What an experience. Moni handled my order, and within minutes, my food was ready. I ordered the summer rolls and the crab noodle soup. The rolls, at first glance, resemble the standard versions you might find at HEB, Kroger, or similar grocery stores. However, what these very thoughtful chefs have done is elevate the dish with a distinctive dipping sauce and the addition of fresh basil, which transforms the rolls into something vibrant and unexpectedly complex. The flavors truly open up in a way that feels intentional and refined. But the real highlight was the crab noodle soup. It made my entire day. Thai Café is about three hours from my home, and I would genuinely consider making that drive on a Sunday just for this bowl of soup. The portion was generous, with abundant crab and noodles, and the broth was rich, layered, and deeply satisfying. I ordered it mild, but to my palate it was not spicy at all. Next time, I will not hesitate to ask for the full heat. If you find yourself in Temple, Thai Café is not optional. It is essential.
