Worst Panera Bread we've ever been to! Stopped for the night and decided to take advantage of the great reviews posted here and on yelp. Boy what a disappointment. Upon sitting down waiting for our food the floors were dirty, tables dirty and seats dirty. Had to ask someone to clean the seats off. She did but left them soaking wet. Guess she thought it would be okay to air dry. Once we got our food, I the silverware were filthy. After asking for more, the manager had to wash some. Although she was apologetic, she seemed a bit put out. Food was decent but for Panera Bread it could have been better. I expect better. read more

This Panera Bread location has gotten my order wrong almost every single time I have been there since I moved here almost a year ago. I have given them numerous chances, but it just isn't worth the hassle. It is very unfortunate because the food is good, the staff just has no idea what they are doing. read more

My wife and I have been ordering from this Panera Bread for months because we happen to love the franchise's food. However, this particular location has perhaps a 5% success rate on getting our orders correct. The management and employees are severely lacking in the quality control department. The funny thing is that it's usually the meal's namesake item that is simply not included. Tonight I ordered the Ricotta Sacchettini Broth Bowl and - lo and behold - I received a broth bowl without a SINGLE Sacchettini. My wife has ordered the Turkey Avocado sandwich which happened to come without a single ounce of avocado. In the past, we've had an incompetent employee put a broth bowl in a salad take-out bowl (the same kind of folded cardboard box that Chinese food comes in - not meant for liquids!) that then, of course, leaked all over the inside of our car. More often than not, we have been disappointed with our orders. Alas, we've finally had more problems than we care to overlook. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! read more

Aloha Panera!!! Oh how I've missed you. I've been stuck on an island without you for 8 months. This is my 6th Panera in 5 days and from someone who was stationed at FLW for 5 years and grew up an hour from here, having a Panera here is SWEET!!! When I was here there was 2 Mexican restaurants and Ruby Tuesday and that's it! Panera has a changing menu with a bakery and healthier options, even their coffee is pretty tasty. The employees here seemed to have good customer service and did well for it being a packed lunch hour. For those of you that had a bad experience here, I would definitely try it again. Especially because there sure isn't many options there that have great food. read more

I love going to Panera Bread. This was the first time that I had gone to this one and the food is very consistent throughout the chain in the U.S. However, some of the tables that I would have like to sit at were dirty. I ended up sitting outside since it was a beautiful sunny day. It is always a plus when you can look up your rewards card with your phone number as well. They should get the computer tablets like some of the other Panera Bread stores because technology is making things a hell of a lot easier! read more

If you are very hungry do not go eat here!!! It took about 30 mins for our meals to come out. As I was standing there a lady standing next to me told me she ordered a bread bowl and was waiting about 20 mins just for soup. I seriously drank my whole drink before they called me for my food. They need to move a little faster read more

pt. 2 so i have came back to the moth panera and the moth has disappeared. i am kinda sad about that because i thought the moth was a good accessory for the business. i have taken away a star for the hollow bread that they gave me. they added a christmas tree for the holiday season but they contradicted themselves because they put pumpkins on the tree. that makes me confused. anyway i wish the moth was here i felt a connection and i wonder how he is doing. oh the mac and cheese is bussin bussin. 9/10 fo so read more

This has happened countless times at this location when ordering online just to show up for pick up with a note on the bag saying sorry out of bread bowls. There is a price difference between the bread bowls and the plastic cups that was put in the bag, and was not offered a refund on the bread bowls that I paid for. As well as paying for soups and the bakery breads that were out as well. Not refunded for any of the items that were paid for. read more

Love it. They are extremely friendly and will go above their means to make sure you are taken care of. I am SO excited and can't wait for the pumpkin spice. :O I am def. going to stop by tomorrow and see when they will be getting it. I have "bonded" over the holiday months with the ladies up front because I go 2 or 3 times a day to get the spice of the pumpkin :) The wait time is not that long and I love the staff! read more

It's a pretty good Panera. The food was as expected. I love the broccoli cheese soup.

I always go for the broccoli cheddar or tomato soup. Didn't like the french onion soup, was thick and sour. Modern caprese sandwich is good, basil gives it a great flavor, but it is not filling. Chicken panini sandwich is what I have when I am feeling hungry, it's very cheesy. Bread is crispy and feels good in the mouth. read more

The food was really good. My only complaint is it took me eating all my food and about another 10 or so minutes after I was done to be able to drink the coffee I bought. It was scalding hot, and it was burning my hand when I tried to feel how hot it was. I took the lid off to help it cool off, but it just was way hotter than I expected it to be since other places you can drink the coffee essentially immediately. The food I got was great. I did catch some pockets of other flavors in my bagel that I didn't enjoy, but I feel like you can't keep them all from touching while cooking. The oats I had with it were so yummy. The cream cheese you get with your bagel is more than enough to use and it's wonderful tasting. I thought they were speedy considering the people ordering in front of us. read more

I always enjoy going to Panera bread. Pros: Delicious soups, sandwiches, and dessert...they also have a good hot chocolate. They have wireless and the staff is friendly. Cons: Pricey, the butter is always cold and hard to spread. Overall I have never had anything here I didn't like and the choice of food around there is slim. read more

Went here a few times while staying in the Motel 6. Great service and the food was good too. One visit, they put cheese on my wife's salad after she requested that there be none. We noticed after we got to the hotel and went right back. They replaced the salad, let her keep the old one (for me) and at least two different workers offered a pastry before she finally accepted a cookie (for me too!) Very impressed. read more

If you're going to accidentally leave your purse in a restaurant, this is a good place to do it. I left my purse on one of the outside tables this morning while having breakfast and nearly made it to Springfield before realizing I didn't have it. I called the manager and he assured me they'd keep it safe until I was able to pick it up. The staff and management here have a lot of integrity, and I really appreciate what they did for me. On top of that, the food was great, the restaurant was clean, and I felt welcomed when I arrived for breakfast. They deserve every bit of 5 stars. read more

My husband and I have been to many Panera's. They are truly consistent but this one went above and beyond with excellent service today. The free lemon cookie just took it over the edge! read more

They take forever to complete an order, and are always out of one thing or another .... even bread!! How you out of bread and you are Panera BREAD!! read more

Slow service, out of coffee and creamer, Apple Pay doesn't work, and the cashier was so lost that I had to reach over the sneeze guard and point to what I wanted. None of the staff was moving fast, while every customer in line was visibly agitated and impatient. The manager was frazzled and clueless. This store is failing. The croissants were good. read more

This Panera is a disappointment. We came in at 2:30 on a Sunday. We were 4th in line with people behind us, yet no one opened another register. There wasn't an option to tip the staff in the card machine--maybe that's why service sucks here. The tables were all dirty, and there was stuff all over the floor. Even when it got slow, nobody came out to clean up. The food took 13 minutes, which is long for Panera. The order was correct and the food was good, which is why it didn't get two stars. read more

The worst Panera I've ever experienced. They rarely have the necessary food on-hand to complete orders, they are constantly out of bread. Three o'clock in the afternoon and "no bread for making any of our sandwiches." It's in your name, Panera BREAD Company. Ridiculous. read more

Food was good, at least what we were able to eat on the road. We waited for ever for our order and didn't get any napkins or utensils..

While the food is good and the customer service is rather quick; as I sat down to eat and study, the General Manager of the store decided to sit down right next to me with her workers and proceeded to have a conversation about the store and what they need to do. While that's good; they should know a place and time when to do it and not in front of customers. There was a whole area for them to talk. Now I know their business because the GM has zero tact. read more

Exactly what you'd expect of any Panera, seemingly unaffected by the location and surrounding populations. I've been countless times when I was in the area 2010-2011, and already have been multiple times since returning a few weeks ago. I typically order the Pick 2 with a soup and sandwich, and yet to have any issues. I was recently charged incorrectly and didn't notice until after completing the transaction, but the staff was friendly, apologetic and quickly corrected their admitted oversight. My only complaint is a company issue and not a location problem, but at some point in recent years they ceased using a slice of melted choice over the French onion soup and now use shredded in it. Just not the same! But again, I noticed this a few months back elsewhere after not having a local Panera for quite some time. Food is good and I've never regretted an order. read more

We are loyal Panera customers, but this location is disappointing. They tend to be out of a lot of different items. The staff was friendly, but the service was very slow. Our soup was not hot, warm at best, by the time it made it to our table. It was not crowded, which makes the slow service even more surprising. This location could not follow simple requests like chips over bread (instead we got an apple) and dressing on the side (which we ordered to try because they were out of what we usually get). Overall, not impressed with this Panera. read more

How does a place with the name "Panera Bread" NEVER HAVE BAGUETTES???? No i don't want chips or an Apple, i want my bread!!!!!!!! I frequently eat here and this has happened to me at least 4 times and tonight they struck a nerve with this carb hungry mama !!!!!!!! read more

I came here practically out of necessity. I spent most the day on airplanes driving across Missouri, and hiking through the Ozarks. I didn't realize it until the end but I was depleated of water and energy! So I went over to Panera and got the you pick 2 of steak arugula and black bean soup and apple. I got it to go, and they have a drive thru. I walked in though. I wasn't sure I could even eat - I was feeling awful after such a day. But I did, and with in minutes I was asleep in my hotel. I woke up refreshed and ready for another day in the Ozarks. Panera did the trick! read more

This Panera is probably the worst Panera ever! I every time I go here they never have bread bowls or soup, they are always out, it's so dumb. They are open till 8pm but I don't know why they are out of their most popular options by 430, they might as well close at 5. I've tried to go this Panera location at least four times after 4pm and boom.... " sorry were out of....." I can't really rate the quality of this Panera because I've never had it. I would not recommend this place. I would give zero stars if I could read more

P*ssed is an understatement. I haven't lived here long and this is the third time I've been ripped off by this Panera Bread. I'm mad at myself for not checking my food before leaving (again!) and I'm mad at Panera Bread for screwing me again. This is literally the third time I've ordered a salad with chicken and extras, and paid extra two of the times, only to NOT get what I paid for. This was supposed to be a full-size Cobb Salad with Chicken and there was NO chicken, and it was the size of a half-size which I usually order. The half-size usually fills the container. This was maybe 1/3 full, if you look at the sides, and it was missing a lot. Like I said, no chicken, and literally only enough lettuce to cover the bottom. Pathetic! I paid $10 for this. I could've had a side salad this size at a sit-down restaurant for $5. Third time this has happened. Who do I talk to for a refund or to affect change at this substandard location? read more

It's an average Panera. Nice that they built it on the way to FLW, MO but I wouldn't call it anything special...

I love panera bread but these past few trips I've gone were not pleasant. This guy- I'm guessing the manager was talking very obnoxiously and loud and I'm not the only one who agrees with me on that. I was trying to have a nice relaxing lunch and all I could hear was him yapping. The other day I went in because I wasn't sure if I wanted to go back and I did and it was just a mess. Dishes pilled up, wasn't a single table cleaned, the cashier was just kept messing up because "it was just one of those days". I hope that the next time I go it'll be better. read more

I love their menu! But this location serves its soups COLDThis happened to me too many times but I still eat here because this is the closest Panera from where I live. read more

I've been to Panera several times and I've loved the service and how clean it is presented. This place my family and I went to was dirty and almost every table we went to was filthy as if it had not been washed in a couple of hours. The manager was nice and helpful. I received a dirty spoon. My drink was misplaced. I had ordered a chicken noodle soup and there was no chicken and barely a handful of noodles that were no longer than maybe 3 cm. My family had also ordered a salad and it was missing the quinoa. We had to ask the Panera employees several times to help us. The service was bad. The cleanliness was terrible. The food was poorly presented and the communication was bad. I would not recommend this place to other travelers or the localists who live around here. read more

Only because I can't give zero stars. They've literally never gotten my wife's orders correct. They refuse to pay attention and they're rude. Unbelievably bad. read more

I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered a pasta dish, I forgot exactly which one, that's how horrible it was, and it was literally like they had purchased it from Wal-Mart down the road, threw it in the microwave, and served it. Also, they tossed unwrapped bread inside the bag, which I would think they would at least have wrapped the bread first. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE food and service. Never going again! read more

Yelp shows they're open till 10:00, arrived at 9:05 and the place was already shutting down. Please update your restaurant information.

Been here 3 days in a row, at FLW for some training, and so far I am not impressed. The lady that works the register has no people skills, Angila is her name I think. I ordered a salmon sandwich and it was slapped together and they put a lettice knob on it (you know the hard part at the end of the stalk), so I went and asked for a few pieces of lettice and they gave me a dirty piece on some paper....I think they need to hire more people to work the busy times, since they are the only place like this in the area, and do a little training with the register workers. read more

Stopped for lunch for my daughter. A normal Panera location. I'm glad they are doing well and being consistent. Grilled cheese was thumbs up thumbs down for my daughter which translated as ok. But its a convenient location if on the road. read more

I truly do not understand how a chain restaurant can have the least consistent and least reliable service. I eat at this Panera very frequently - a couple times a week as it is the only healthy-ish place in the area. However, every.single.time (I am not kidding) there is something wrong with an order. Very simple orders, nothing complex. Like forgetting to put chicken on a southwest CHICKEN salad - the kicker here is that this has happened the last 3X IN A ROW I have ordered this salad. But it doesn't end with the chicken; over charging, forgetting bagels left and right, simply giving you the wrong meal all together. I love the quality and the convenience, but this branch in particular has quite possibly the worst service of any fast food/chain type of restaurant I have literally seen. I just want a chicken salad in the middle of nowhere Missouri, is that too much to ask? read more

Thank you Panera for making my stay at FLW almost bearable. The food and service has continued to be awesome!
