Im at the base for a military school and decided to try out Panera Bread since I like the one back at home. First time got an email confirmation stating that my order was done so I walked in. Scanned the pickup section and my order wasn't there. Asked lady at front desk and she asked one of the preparers. They said they didn't see me on the screen and asked what did I have. I told them and the lady said it will be ready soon. They had to make it from scratch. Once I got home, I checked the order and it was wrong. Went there the following day, to give them the benefit of the doubt, and when they said my order was ready walked in and it was in the pickup area. Checked the order out to find there was no extra dressing, no cucumbers, no bottled water as requested. Went to front desk and got the items. Once I got home, I opened up the salad to find out it was no where near the right lettuce for a caeser salad. I don't complain at all but come on. It was written correctly on the bag. I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered a pasta dish, I forgot exactly which one, that's how horrible it was, and it was literally like they had purchased it from Wal-Mart down the road, threw it in the microwave, and served it. Also, they tossed unwrapped bread inside the bag, which I would think they would at least have wrapped the bread first. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE food and service. Never going again! read more

Went inside to have a cup of coffee and relax. Salesperson was very nice and got my pastry right away. I then waited 10 minutes (timed on my watch) and still no coffee while I stood there in front of the counter. No one came to me and offered any help so I asked for my money back. The manager reimbursed me, no questions asked, this was the best part of the visit. read more

Been here 3 days in a row, at FLW for some training, and so far I am not impressed. The lady that works the register has no people skills, Angila is her name I think. I ordered a salmon sandwich and it was slapped together and they put a lettice knob on it (you know the hard part at the end of the stalk), so I went and asked for a few pieces of lettice and they gave me a dirty piece on some paper....I think they need to hire more people to work the busy times, since they are the only place like this in the area, and do a little training with the register workers. read more

Worst, unfriendly service I have experienced from a Panera bread! Please tear this place down and build auto car wash! At least they will have paper towels in the restroom! Also everything seemed to be out of stock. read more

Stopped for lunch for my daughter. A normal Panera location. I'm glad they are doing well and being consistent. Grilled cheese was thumbs up thumbs down for my daughter which translated as ok. But its a convenient location if on the road. read more

Food is good, but service is awful. What place that serves breakfast doesn't have coffee made at 0800? Twice within the last month been to this particular restaurant for breakfast and both time had to wait for coffee to be brewed. First visit I had to ask for my bagel to be toasted and for cream cheese. Cashier was clearly annoyed I was ordering at all. Another item we ordered was not available and would take 20 min to make, but "we don't plan on making more" is what I was told. This place desperately needs management who knows how to run a restaurant.... successfully! read more

I love Panera... but I have to post that this Panera's customer service is incredibly unsatisfactory. I was previously a daily customer, but after the snotty attitude of their drive thru associates, I will not be going back. This is difficult for me because I love this chain, but having the employee(s) close the window on me and consistently get my orders wrong then acting incredibly rude when I ask them to correct it is not worth it to me. I work too hard for me money to give it to people who dont value their customers. read more

I rarely review chain restaurants due to the fact that they often lack uniqueness or creativity with their menus, atmosphere, and service. However, since the FLW area is largely absent of consistently descent food, I opted to throw a quick comment in about the Panera Bread just off of Route 66... Conveniently located next to Liberty Lodge and Kum and Go, it is a stone's throw from I-44 and the main strips leading into Ft. Leonard Wood. (Its location virtually guarantees that it is almost always busy.) The food is consistently descent yet expensive for what ultimately amounts to a soup and a sandwich. (This reality is what keeps me from being a repeat customer). read more

Great food and they keep it healthy. The food comes out quickly and they offer a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, breakfast foods, and deserts. You will pay a bit extra over some of the other options in town but it is worth it. read more

It's the only place that makes healthier options of meals. Always go there when I feel sick for the chicken noodle soup. :)

Conveniently located in within walking distance to the hotel we were at. Fast service, placed a large order they had it out in less then 10 minutes and of course delicious as always. Prices are what I think a little higher then some cafe style places but I firmly believe in getting what you pay for. I'm gonna go out of my way to write a nice review because the manager went out of his way to make my breakfast sandwich happen. I ordered after breakfast was officially over, not realizing it, and the manager (who was taking my order) had the staff make the sandwich anyway. He said he doesn't like to see customers disappointed. I've had some annoying experiences with less-than-competent employees at this particular Panera, but overall, this place is okay. If the service is bad, talk to the manager before you give a totally scathing review-- he seems like he genuinely cares about customer service. read more

I ate here and was very impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. I ordered the Italian Combo and the timeliness that it took to receive my order was outstanding. Some might say prices are lil much but I say for the quality and quantity of food and class of the restaurant the prices were great. read more

So Gross!!! I was glad to see that there was a Panera in the area and then was disgusted to taste what I ordered. My chicken sandwich tasted like it was cooked earlier in the week and then microwaved for ten seconds before they gave it to me, bread and all! I was recently located here for a training class. Expecting the typical Panera Bread food/options I was disappointed. Came in for a quick lunch in the middle of the week and ordered chicken noodle soup, and a cinnamon crunch bagel toasted with cream cheese. I ordered, paid, and sat down. The lunch crowd was moderate, nothing super jam packed. After about a 15 minute wait, I was informed by the manager that the soup I had ordered was not available. I asked what was available and was given an attitude that I should have read the menu. So I went ahead and picked tomato something. (still no bagel), soup came out after another 10 minute wait. I went up to the location where the food comes out, asked the manager where my order was. I promptly showed him my receipt, and he told someone behind the counter to get the rest of my order. I sat back down, I was served a black bagel (burnt to the crisp, as it was charred and could be smelt across the restaurant). I asked for one that was not burned, the one that I got, remained on the table ruining my appetite. read more

I love Panera Bread just not the one located in Saint Robert. How do you mess up lemonade? Seriously?! There food is often tough or stale. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training or just not caring. Either way the food just doesn't cut it. I've eaten at many different Panera Breads and this is the worst one. Fresh? Ha! Maybe in a big city, but not here. We were stationed in 2012 at FLW and frequented this place. It was clean, fast and friendly service. The last two times we have gone the place is disgustingly dirty, our order was wrong and the pumpkin spiced latte tasted terrible!! I don't know what has happened in 4 years but it has gone down hill. I guarantee if we had more options in St. Robert this place would be out of business!! read more

Food was good. Service was good. We had a long wait in the drive through. As a result, the manager gave us coupons for a free meal. We were traveling and the coupons were only good for 4 locations in the area so we had to eat here two nights in a row in order to use them, but we loved the broccoli cheddar soup, so it was not a huge deal. read more

This was unlike any Panera Bread I have been to. The restrooms were dirty. It was apparent there was not a manager because the workers were too busy talking to take your order. Finally someone stepped up to the registered ( no may I help you) as if we we're interrupting them by coming in. At 1:30 most tables were dirty and orders were taken all over the restaurant to wrong tables. The food was good but the rudeness of the workers made it very unpleasant. I have been coming here for about every weekend for breakfast using the drive thru since I arrived here in June. I have never had any issue with this place. They always get my order right and the service has been nothing but great. If there are 4 cars ahead of me; No problem! They get through the line quick. No problems. Standard Panera. The staff has worked out the bugs, and they are helpful and friendly. The food is always good. I like to meet people for business here. Noisy, but somehow, it doesn't take away from the atmosphere - it adds to it, reminding me of a trattoria. read more

I like Panera. Its such a great addition to this itty bitty town. Unlike other restaurants around, people are friendly and the service is great! Every time I've been, Ive been greeted with a smile. 20 minute wait in the drive through to only have your food thrown in the paper bag not even wrapped...Really?
