The staff here are on point and the restaurant is always kept up with in regard to cleanliness, but I have found their food just isn't what it used to be. My favorite sandwich hasn't been on the menu in about five years, the broccoli cheddar tastes more like cream of broccoli, and the soda options have always been limited (as well as being on the expensive side to be honest). When I do come here I tend to just stick to the turkey sandwich with the tomato removed, which is honestly over priced for what it is, or the Asiago bagel with cream cheese. The bagel is one of the few things I've gotten from here since I was young and hasn't changed or been removed from the menu. My parents would often buy bagels from here when family came to visit and the Asiago bagel was always my favorite, but I have a different place I tend to go to for bagels, so I don't end up coming here for bagels often anymore. Overall, this location is a good one, but there are better places to get soup, a sandwich, or a bagel in town.

This is one of 10!!!! tables that have not been cleaned in an hour . This place is gross!

This is without a doubt the most gross Panera - if not fast food place I've ever been in ! the staff is incompetent: they don't man the register when you walk in ; they don't bus the tables ; they don't say thank you or please they ignore you. When was was the last time anyone cleaned a bathroom replaced toilet paper replaced paper towels . It's disgusting... they should fire everyone and start all over The only reason to go to this place is if you have no other choices I cannot believe that Panera administration lets this place exist. Don't you guys do any training don't you guys have any managers disgusting.

    Right receipt, wrong food.

It's no wonder this Panera has such bad reviews. I just ordered a Med Veggie sandwich with broccoli cheese soup to go, I was given some other veggie sandwich, the wrong soup and no spoon. Even the receipt on the bag is correct but not the food inside. Pathetic.

Was a little worried since I noticed (after we stopped) that this place had less than glowing reviews; pleasantly surprised that though the place was PACKED our food was delivered to our table in in less than 10 minutes. Had the pick-two: Green Goddess Cobb and Mac n' cheese--food tasted ok, though the Mac n' cheese needed more cooking time. Staff was courteous. Took away stars because this Panera needs a thorough cleaning--art work on the wall had food smudges and smears; tables not in use needed cleaning; bathrooms needed cleaning.

Great size for sharing, but you're not going to want to! So fresh, so tasty, and made with love from local ingredients. The cafe is located inside a "food hall" of sorts, surrounded by other local vendors serving cheese, produce, coffee, beer, smoothies, gifts, and more! Great atmosphere for cooling off from the summer sun and enjoying a unique lunch prepared by friendly, knowledgeable servers. If you're in the St. Joseph area, make sure to stop by and grab a snack! I highly recommend Dad's Farm & Cafe, and cannot wait to sink my teeth into that sandwich again soon!!

Or, I did. This person must really need 50 cents badly to actually ignore a customer and to refuse a refund. Your business will not last if you do not have the management skills to back up cooking skills. And this is a small area. When a customer asks you why you charged them something, they are not just asking. It is theft. I expect an answer when I ask that question. My receipt clearly shows a custom charge of 50 cents, for a side of sauce that I did not receive. It was actually supposed to be a dollar because I ordered 2 sides. I sent a message and was told that I was not charged, end of reply. I replied that I was. Instead of sending a refund, they sent me a copy of the current receipt that clearly shows a 50 cent custom charge on it. I am not the blind one here. I messaged again asking what the charge was for, if not for the sauce. No reply. I am also tired of tipping on takeout just to have no one check the orders and for it to go out wrong, no more. What is the tip for? It was 2 items, juice, and some sauce, not hard to get right. Tip in cash only if your order is correct. A normal response would also be to apologize for getting the order wrong to begin with. I have not received another response or a refund so I take it that they feel entitled to take money for items not given. It is not about the amount of money, just the audacity and bad business practices. Shameful behavior. There is nothing special about the menu here so something better will eventually take its place.

Based on the menu on the wall, we were going to order the strawberry chicken salad to go. Upon going to order, we were told that we had to fill out a paper specifying what ingredients should go into the salad. This was a little confusing as this was a menu item so the employee should know what you need to put into the salad, AnyWho. Once we were able to select our salad, the base the ingredients and choice of dressing. Our salad was made within 10 minutes. Overall, it was really good and the ingredients were fresh. I will say that the onions needed to be chopped up a little bit as they were way too big to be red onions and on a salad. We also appreciated the poppyseed dressing which was really fresh and complimented the spring greens on the salad. Overall, if you're looking for a fresh ingredient meal, this is a good place. We also noticed that they make smoothies and bowls and so I would give this a try out if you're looking for healthier options to dine.

I ordered a salad and quite a bit of the lettuce was wet and rotting, very mealy avocado, black hair on one of the croutons. And the supposed house ranch tastes like a bad shelf-stable ranch. I have never had a house dressing that does not taste fresh. $20 plus tip for this, never again. The chicken tastes like that packaged cooked chicken for salads from the grocery store. There was nothing good about this salad. They should be ashamed of selling this to people. I also had a bad online experience before not too long ago, and had no plans of even trying this place after that, but I was in the mood for a salad and thought maybe it would be a better experience this time. Experience from a few months ago... I attempted ordering from here and it did not go well. Instead of being reliable and staying present during their scheduled business hours, they decided to close early for a catering job. They did not update the Facebook page or the voicemail, and did not turn off online ordering. I show up for a curbside order. No answer when calling. I get out and see that they are closed and there is a sign on the door, so now I have to figure out something else for dinner. The owner keeps saying they did not receive the order. That is not my problem. You choose this third-party site to take your orders and collect your money. The order was placed directly on their website, but they use Square. A receipt with the order was emailed to me. The money was literally taken out of my account, so I do not understand what they are trying to argue. Square collects money for your orders, and then they give you the money. You are responsible for all of this. If you cannot handle online ordering properly, then do not use it. This is not difficult to understand. Instead of asking me to show proof of the online order and refunding me in cash, I was told I had to dispute this with my bank, which I did. What terrible customer service all around.

While not a…read morevegetarian, she often will choose a vegetarian dish and with how vegetable heavy the menu is, I figured this was the perfect opportunity to come in for the first time. While Happy Poochie has been open for years, their short hours (11am-2:30pm M-F) make it hard to coordinate with my husband with days off. We came in not long after they opened at 11am on Monday, July 27th and stayed about an hour chatting even after we finished our meals. I got the cold hand cuke sandwich with a soda, while my parents split a sandwich (that I didn't hear the name of but had turkey on it), my mom choosing a canned tea and my dad getting a fountain drink lemonade. My mom almost got some chips, but they didn't have the healthier chips that she prefers. This spot was super cozy as well as clean. My dad used the restroom and reported back that it was well maintained. They have a cute porch area to enjoy on nice days like today, but we opted to stay inside. This was all of our first time here and we're very impressed with Happy Poochie Eatery. I very much would recommend finding a way to come out and try a sandwich or salad, though the hours do make that hard for the standard 9-5 worker. Thanks so much Happy Poochie Eatery for the fantastic food and I can't wait to come again!

Here is some info from previous experiences... I got an order with half the items missing once and have received the wrong order other times as well. I do not like the lentil soup here. I got the lemon tawook and it was way too salty, and I like my salt. Salad is just ok, not worth what they charge. I got a side of beef skewer one day and it was fatty and low quality. Potassium broth is mostly carrot juice here and they put it in 2 cups instead of plastic bottles like other places do. I am used to the Mediterranean food in Dearborn and this is not great. Cheesesticks were gross. It was an odd texture like sawdust/mealy. It did not come with any sauce. Just weird. Unfortunately, this is the only Mediterranean place in the area.
