I don't like writing reviews for chain restaurants, but since I had the worst service at this Panera, I am going to vent. I usually, I have fine and quick service at other locations in and out of California. But this one... Wow seriously?!? 9:40am I went in to order two soufflé's, already made and ready to bag, easy! Then I ordered two Mediterranean egg white sandwiches, ingredients egg whites, spinach, tomatoes. They ran out of egg whites, and I was fine with just regular egg, so I'm cool with that no biggy. And two iced waters to go, obviously I served myself water so whatever. I waited in front of the food area and there were a few people already there before me (duh) later I see more coming after me and they didn't wait around long, got their food, and left. Does it seriously take that long to make an egg sandwich?!? I went up to counter to ask the worker if they are working on my order and she didn't acknowledge me, didn't even look my way, and then I walked over to the cashier and said I didn't have my order yet, she went to check and said it's coming right out. Then some butt tard worker with thin beard blue shirt, who randomly showed up in food line, was like what's wrong, your order is coming out, I said everyone after me got their order, I am the only one standing here, and fudger said everyone else was waiting too, our system is messed up/down, oh really so it's my fault your fudger system is messed up?! And he had the audacity to ask me what was my order, you should know what I ordered since you said it was almost ready. It is already 10am. If I didn't ask about my order would I even walk away with it, am I just standing there FOR WHAT?!? If they handled customer service differently with me, I wouldn't have been a bitch to them, when you're trying smart ass me, you get the bitch face death stare. And you know your service is bad when I pretty much gave you the finger, and I was so close to walking away without a refund, we all have places to be and time is precious, but shit my order didn't have to take that long! At this Panera bread location I was greeted by some friendly cashiers. One of them I believe was named jack and he was very helpful in assisting me in my order. I was in between the Mac n cheese and the broccoli cheddar soup and he assured me that the broccoli cheddar soup would better fit my palette. I was convinced. I absolutely loved it. It's Panera Bread. It's a chain. Which means that no matter where in the world you go, the experience is exactly the same. The same bakery at the front with bagels and pastries layout. The same funky delivery system that is both pickup and service. The same color scheme. Panera is literally the same no matter where you go - with the exception of the servers. Service here is standard. Food here is the standard Panera fare. Wifi is free but remember that they kick you off after an hour if it's during busy hours. TL;DR It's a Panera. Seriously. Great Customer Service! This was my first time here. My friends love this place. I didn't know what it was all about until this past weekend. Seems to be a pretty popular spot. The store was pretty big and clean, too. And I heard some people come here to study. If you need to plug in, good luck, there's barely any outlets here. I do like the fact that they have free wifi. I decided to get the pick 2 deal. I got the Sierra Turkey sandwich, it was alright; was disappointed because of the little meat they put in it. I can make a better sandwich than this at home; Their's tasted pretty plain to me. I did like the soup a lot though. I got the french onion. As for drinks, the lemonade was good. I'm a fan of this Panera Bread in particular. The staff is really friendly and the manager is always going around and checking that tables are clean and that the customers are happy. He is a really nice guy! My friends and I go here weekly to work at some of the larger tables that they have available. There is free WiFi (which conveniently slows down during lunch time to get rid of us table hogs, that why I gave it 4 stars). The food is pretty good and the fresh baked bread is excellent. I am a fan of the tomato bread bowl soup. There panini are good, but sort of greasy. Overall a great place to work or hang out with friends. There is also outside seating. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Best place to study, especially during finals! I have spent full days in this Panera from morning to closing just studying. The workers are friendly and accommodating. They pay attention to the customer's needs while at the same time I don't feel like they are hovering waiting for me to leave. They have plugs everywhere for your laptop and plenty of table space. The food is fresh and amazingly delicious. I've never had anything bad to say about what I have ordered. The menu is straightforward and if you have questions any of the employees can help. There's a wide variety of choices for the kids too. I definitely plan to be back again and again and again for months to come! read more

This is a great establishment. The people who work there are good at what they do, the work with the people. One of the times that I went there, just last week, my sister and I were ordering at the cash register and the man taking our order was the manager himself. Not a lot of places that I have gone to has they're manager out front working with the costumers. One of my friends went there once for an outing with the cousins and she said the food was to die for, and said that the black bean soup was so delicious that she ordered one more to take home for tomorrow claiming that she was too full from the food she had already consumed. I have to say if you come in for a bowl of soup and drink water it is a $7 lunch that is pretty filling and a bargain. Two people with drinks, one bowl of soup and pick 2 quickly adds up to $30. This location was a tighter fitting for my comfort I felt like the tables were to close together and I had to squeeze my way through the other guest which I'm sure they weren't to happy for it either. The food was great I had a half panini/half salad combo, my friend had a weird stale pickle, it's not only about speed it's also about quality for the guest so I recommend that the employees make sure every single condiment is fresh and worth eating. We are regulars here. My brother and I meet up here every single friday for breakfast. We get good service and food is good. We specially enjoy the friendly welcome from Mrs. Wang (gosh I hope I got her name correctly) She always welcomes us with a smile and knows we love Pesto sauce with our sandwiches. Coffee is always great. Area is clean and warm. We really love it here. I just wish their bread were made with better ingredients. That is why they don't get a 5 star from me. The sandwiches and soups are great, but their croissants and pastries were quite ordinary. Their smoothies are good, but at $4 a pop, I'd rather make my own. Basically, there's nothing wrong with the food, per se, I just don't think it's a good value because it's so expensive for stuff that I can make at home. Also, at this particular location, they mix the smoothies poorly. The consistency is more watery (almost like they didn't chill their strawberry puree or they let the ice melt before mixing), so it's not nearly as tasty as Panera Smoothies I've had elsewhere. The guy gave us our money back for the smoothie, but insisted that it was mixed correctly. I don't think so. Given my wife's smoothie addiction, I've had the chance to try Panera smoothies several times from more than five different locations and all of the others were delicious, so I'm going with the simplest explanation and assume that the guy just messed it up. read more

The only Panera Bread where I was asked to leave. In fairness, I stayed for 4 hours but I ordered a meal and a latte in the beginning of the stay. Pretentious manager at night. I get that they have a lot of spoiled teenage kids who leaves a lot of stuff in the table (since the location is close to schools), but they should respect all customers...especially the ones who mind their own business and work quietly in the corner of the room. This Panera is close to my office so I frequent it for lunch on days I forget or don't feel like bringing my own food into work. It's in a huge shopping center so it tends to get really busy from noon-1pm and can be a bit of a zoo, but the staff does a great job of keeping the line moving and getting your food out quickly. They keep the inside fairly tidy during the lunch rush, but there can be some trash lying around etc. They also have a nice outdoor seating area where I like to sit if it's warm and sunny out. As busy as it gets the parking lot is pretty large and I can always find a space close to the front door. One of the best things about Panera is also their catering. When we have office meetings we order from them and they deliver to us, and the experience has been top notch. The orders are always accurate, the food packaged and organized well, and you get a lot of the money. As far as the food, it's a chain so of course it's not anything phenomenal. That being said, I think it's one of the better fast casual restaurants and have always liked their salads, paninis, and baked goods quite a lot. Not only is it a casual place that offers students free Wi-fi and a place to study, I'm diggin' all the coffee, smoothies, pastries, salads, and sandwiches/paninis Panera locations have to offer. I'm no fan of sandwiches stacked so tall you can't even bite into it. Fortunately, that is not the case with Panera sandwiches. You can still eat your food in public without looking like a barbarian. Also, all Panera locations seem to get crowded pretty easily, so arrive early to snag a table if you want to sit down and enjoy your meal. One place for improvement? Please offer more power outlets for laptop users! Many people like to sit and enjoy their coffee and play on their laptop. Last time it was good and this time the salad was so tiny and wilted. Not good. 1/2 sandwich was limp and hardly any chicken. Just little pieces of chicken. Lettuce on sandwich was limp and wilted. Bread that should be crunchy was limp and didn't taste great. I know they have awesome bread but not this time. Should have had a turkey burger from Carl's Jr. They also forgot my pickle slice and almost forgot the apple. On a diet and those were important to my meal. The apple was great but they didn't make that so that's why. Also still very hungry after my lunch. Where do I post pictures? All it had on it was steak, tomatoes and avocado (which was extra). It didn't even have the arugula that's in the name!! Okay, yes, it's just Panera. It's chain and they are all pretty much the same. The food is good enough. You don't come to Panera because you are out for an amazing meal or trying to be adventurous. But I must admit, I crave the breakfast soufflés and the Mac and Cheese is outstanding. I'll also throw in that it's weird that you only get a packet of cream cheese with your bagel. This is a bakery, that sells bagels & yet they just can't spread on your cream cheese? (Well, I guess the bagels across the street are better anyway). The reason I love this Panera is that it's always clean and pretty quiet (even when the middle school next door gets out). The employees are super nice too. It's a great place to use the free wi-fi to work. There's also ample space to have morning meetings. It's the best place to meet around breakfast time in the area. read more
