Nothing other than a great experience every time I have visited. I order pick up through the app before I go to work. My food is always ready when I get there so I can grab and go. I personally haven't had any issues with getting the wrong items in my bag -- but if I did I would just eat it anyway as I haven't found an item that I don't like yet there. Don't ever order their rapid pickup at this location. I've never once done rapid pick up and had them get my order right, it's always missing something. Today my breakfast sandwich was missing the cheese it came with. Last time my turkey sandwich had no turkey Ordering "extra" anything is basically meaningless. I always walk out missing something that I paid for. Update: after my last review, I was offered a free meal for which the order was also wrong! Tonight I ordered again for the first time in a while and they forgot my drink then charged me for cream cheese that I did not order and they did not give me. I wish I could just have Panera without paying for items I never receive. read more

Love this place... the employees are always so nice and the food comes out fast and always perfect. They sometimes run out of stuff which is annoying but it's all good in the hood. Would recommend the summer corn chowder in a bread bowl, Mediterranean veggie and cheese Brittany. The bathroom is a little on the messy side but nothing too bad. read more

They offer an array of healthy food selection which is not only delicious but nutritional instead of just loaded with empty calories.. I have gotten food from many Panera's and even thou they are a little pricy I get the deal of it is "fresher" food. I ordered the napa chicken salad sandwich and a cup of soup and it was $13. Ok fine I know they are not cheap. I get my sandwich and it is all bread and the smallest scoop of chicken salad. Not an $8 sandwich worth of chicken salad at all. I'm actually a big Panera fan, back in my college town I used to go for soup every time i got sick. At THAT location it was always a treat....however just drove 30 minutes from Kyle to relive the joy of my old Panera and I will never be returning to this location again. They told me my favorite soup is a daily soup special (not that way at the old location), not the end of the world I got chicken soup and a turkey sandwich. At my old location this was still a treat the bread was hot and freshly baked and the ingredients were crisp. Here the turkey sandwich came on store bought wonder bread and it didn't taste like the vegetables or the turkey had been refrigerated the soup had clearly gone bad and to top it all off the sweet tea was not sweet and the service was shaken at best. Which would be acceptable at a 5 dollar price point however this meal set me back 23.38 so yeah...if you are a Panera fan I suggest you keep your distance from this location. read more

This is my fourth drive-thru experience where they have effed up my order, even after going over everything with them at the window. Today's trip was marred by ordering a Greek salad with no onions. I get home and there are tons of onions in it but no dressing! I guess I just really need to stop coming here. They probably know they can get away with bad service because this is the only "healthy" fast food option in the area. On another note, today I tried the Autumn Squash Soup. My coworkers all wanted to get lunch delivered from Panera so I tossed in some money to get myself something, too. I haven't ever eaten inside a Panera, but I was mighty impressed with their delivery! My food was in a sturdy little box with my name written on it, so we didn't have to play the game where we touch everybody else's food in an attempt to figure out what belongs to who. We had a huge order and they were very prompt, even throwing in some cookies for free. There are a few vegan options, one of them being the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. If you order it with different bread (ciabatta, french, plan focaccia, and others) and request no feta cheese, you have yourself a tasty vegan sammich for lunch! The black bean soup is also vegan and you can get a small cup with half a sandwich and potato chips for a meal that will run you about $7. Not bad! I found the portion to be a little on the small side, but everything was tasty enough that I would order again - or maybe even check out the inside of the store! read more

I'm reviewing the baked goods and coffee as I haven't had many meals beyond breakfast here. While it's obviously a chain the quality of the baked goods is excellent. Texas is not a bagel-friendly state so being able to get a decent bagel is a plus. The cinnamon-crunch bagel is really just a sugary treat for adults trying to hide behind the respectability of the boring bagel name. They are addictive.
