First time dining at this location. I don't plan to return. I arrived about 7 pm and the parking lot was nearly empty. This is usually telling but I gave it a shot anyway. They had no salad options. I went with the Autumn Squash soup and a water. The water wasn't available at the fountain drink station but had to be passed to the employee over the counter to get water from the back. There was a huge puddle of water in front of the fountain station and while there was a sign, it didn't appear there was much effort put into cleaning it up. The food came with small, plastic spoons with no apologies for not having proper spoons. The employees are not very pleasant and seem unmotivated. The bathroom and dining area could've used some attention as well as they weren't the cleanest. I can understand if they were busy and the place was dirty, but it was empty and there was no effort to clean the place. I saw at least 3 employees there during my visit. The ONLY highlight was the delicious soup and baguette. I happen to LOVE Autumn specialties hence the 2 stars. Although, they are probably more deserving of one.

Excellent customer service and engagement. We eat out alot and rarely experience this high quality service. It was refreshing to see the store manager, Kalay, walking around engaging with all customers and staff. Davonte took our order and treated us like family. The food was great!

This is the dirtiest Panera I have ever been in. I eat at them at least 2 time a week. This is my 2 nd stop here on my way to Ga and the first time there was a man sitting with a drink at a table with his head down who look like a worker with paint and they went over and kicked him out. There was NO one in the store but like 3 people. He was not hurting anyone. Just not called for. The girl at the register was nice. Her name way Joy. After I paid for the order the people that made it said "we are out of Cesar dressing is there another dressing you want??? Really. Give me a Greek salad. You see how it came and it was a whole. The tomato was not even sliced.

I've ordered from here a few times, usually using the drive through, but sometimes using the Panera app for delivery. (Using their app you gain rewards and can make customizations to your order.) On many occasions I've been told they don't have certain bakery items or breads, even though it's not even noon. Once I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and it wasn't completely full and mostly broth. The soup should have been put in a cup size and charged me accordingly. I'm also confused on the whole vs half sandwich size. Sometimes when I order a whole sandwich I end up getting 4 slices of bread, the equivalent of two whole sandwiches, and other times I get one whole sandwich. When I get a half sandwich I'll get the equivalent of a whole sandwich and other times I'll get a sandwich made with one slice of bread cut in half. Consistency here with sandwich sizes needs to be addressed. (I have this problem at other locations too.) The reason for the one star is the constant inconsistency with item sizes, item availability at early time of day, and the lack of response from managers or Panera corporate when I make my issues known.

    What even are standards?

Disgusting Food and Horrendous Restaurant I hope Panera sees how abominable the state of this establishment is. In a location located not far away from a major interstate, you would think they would try to have higher standards. The staff was rude and conveniently unavailable. The food, other than the bread, was horrendous. The avocado on my chipotle sandwich wasn't even mashed. It was an entire avocado just in my sandwich. And just look at the state of their restaurant! It was filthy and disastrously vandalized. Panera used to be a quick place to snag a quality meal. Because of this location, I will think twice before ever revisiting on of their establishments anywhere, ever again.

The inside is very nice . The whole ordering process and waiting for food is very awkward. For the price of the food which is priced you'd expect at a steakhouse they should be bring the food to you . The menu makes no since . They have a pick 2 meal which you would think it mean value for your money . Not even close it's the same cost you just get half of everything . We got a lemonade a smoothie and two half sandwich's one with half soup the other with half salad and it was $40 which is insane and then they expect you to tip ??? For what I had to order and get my own food . The food was refreshing and good but was not at all fulfilling and we left hungry . If the prices were decent it wouldn't be a bad place to go and get Something different that you don't get anywhere else . The whole fast food trying to be a restaurant that cost as much as outback or longhorn isn't working .

Our server, I forget her name, was the epitome of hospitality and service. She anticipated our needs (refills, to go containers etc) - chatted about the history or the restaurant and town - providing suggestions not just for dinner but attractions on our way to our destination. She was just so very cool. The food was great - I opted for Greek Spaghetti. Different than I've had before but enjoyed it all the same. It was like the flavor was liquid or broth form, pooled at the bottom of the dish. Another version I had was dry, like Pesto. Anyway - when I figured out all the goodness was at the bottom of the plate - it was all over from there. Mixed it up a little. Toss in a little crushed red peppers for taste. Then inhaled it all until it was all gone. The al dente noodles. Charred chicken. All just right. The service for me made it an excellent experience. Food was good and I enjoyed it enough that if I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stop in - but not before trying other places first. But if I lived in the area, I'd be a regular.

I was very pleasantly informed that I should've looked on Facebook, then I would've known the restaurant was closing early. That's not something I do when deciding on where I want to dine, but, lesson learned We ordered the "starter sampler" for an appetizer, which consisted of collard green dip with pita chips, fried green tomatoes, and deviled eggs with bacon jam! It was delicious!!!! For our entrees, we ordered the Collard Green Grilled Cheese, with seasoned fries, and the Southern Bowl. We also ordered Sweet Tea, and Signature Lemonade, both were good! But no free refills on the lemonade....The Collard Green Grilled Cheese was phenomenal, well seasoned greens, with smoked Gouda cheese on perfectly grilled buttered Texas Toast!!!! WOW!!!! The fries were hot and not overly seasoned!! The Southern Bowl was awesome, the grits were cheesy and creamy, topped with collard greens, and 2 perfectly seasoned fried flounder fillets! If I HAD to complain about something, it would be that there was just a tad too much "pot liquor" in my bowl and nothing to sop it up with‍ Fleming Street Bakery & Southern Cuisine is a great place to enjoy great food. I always order the fluffy on GF with no cheese, and he always orders the Italian on GF with no cheese. We have almost never received the correct order without cheese the first time, but they don't make a fuss when asked to remake the sandwiches, and they are very apologetic. These sandwiches are generous with the meat and other fillings, and the pizza-crust-as-bread works so well. We also get their delicious potato salad with our sandwiches. The seating area is not huge, maybe ten tables, but we've never had to wait for one, and we often take our order to go. The restaurant is clean, and parking is fairly convenient. Even with the issue of having to remake sandwiches, I still rate Blake's a solid five star. It's consistently delicious, and I like supporting a small business in my home community.
