11/16/2024 whoever is working right now at 11am should be let go of their job. I'm over paying 25$ for shit quality food. These losers didn't even give me a full damn sandwich and I waited here for 15 min. It must be the people of Salina that just hav no fkn quality of what is okay or not. This city if a disappointment. Honestly what the fuck kinda grilled cheese is this. Reevaluate your lives. You are stealing peoples money.

    Nice and fresh!!

Really nice Panera Bread location the place was clean and they were busy, service was fast and food tasty, even the cookies were fantastic, does have a drive thru also self service ordering machines which makes it quick and easy ordering your food.

Turkey w/white cheddar sandwich with bad lettuce. returned it, and they made me another....but it still had the slimy lettuce too...wtf see attached photos

Ate here the last three nights. Seems to be off. First night was amazing. A Pick two every time. Green goddess. With either a half sandwich or Mac and cheese. Apple for side. Order a chicken frontage sandwich. Received a chipotle chicken it seems. A bit small too? You can judge. I feel like I should a bit more for cost. Was in drive thru. By the time I realized mistake was home. And they were almost closed. I know they are higher priced per amount but..... I could still be in the wrong.

I love Panera! The food is clean and delicious, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful! Hope to see more Panera Bread's popping up across Kansas.

Really nice Panera! Spacious and modern feeling.

Driving from Colorado to Missouri, we made a stop here for breakfast. We placed an order for two steel cut oat bowls with strawberries and pecans. We waited quite awhile and when we finally got our food they were missing the pecans. I went up to ask for the pecans and was told, "they didn't have very many"??? I responded that I would like some since we paid for them. She rudely took the bowls and said that, "they just weren't on the right station"??? No apology at all. I'm glad this isn't my hometown location!

Terrible lettuce on their sandwiches. I Ordered a turkey with white cheddar and lettuce sandwich at the Salina Ks Panera Bread restaurant today April 23rd 2022. So I was about to take my first bite and decided to look closer at sandwich and took top piece of bread off and good thing i did because about half of the lettuce was already getting slimy and rotting...unbelievable. I returned it and they apologized and made me another one....but i looked at that one too and like 10% of the lettuce had signs of turning slimy and brownish....i ended up just removing all the lettuce and just ate sandwich with only the turkey and cheese. See attached photo i took of the lettuce that was already rotting.

    Dirty floors

Good food but overpriced and lazy workers. Tables were dirty and full of plates. Napkin dispensers were empty, booster seats were full of food and the floors were in need of a some vacuuming. It was very slow when I went so housekeeping should have been attended to. On the other hand, my sandwich was great and made as I ordered

It was Thanksgiving Day, and after hours of driving through Kansas on our way back to Phoenix, my…read morehusband and I discovered something very important: Absolutely *everything* was closed. Well... almost everything. =) This little restaurant was one of the only places we could find open, and by the time we arrived, it was obvious the manager and his small crew were already preparing themselves for the tidal wave of hungry travelers that was about to descend upon them. And honestly, I have to give them tremendous credit. While most people were home gathered around tables with family, turkey, and pumpkin pie, this small group of hardworking people had chosen to spend their Thanksgiving feeding complete strangers passing through town. One of the staff members helping was the manager's daughter, and despite the growing crowd and nonstop activity, everyone maintained such genuinely positive attitudes that the entire place felt unexpectedly uplifting. The manager himself took time to speak with us and shared how grateful he was for the kindness and generosity shown by the owners of the establishment. There was something deeply sincere and humble about the conversation that stayed with me long after we left. It reminded me that there are still genuinely good-hearted people out there quietly doing the right thing without fanfare. As for the food, we kept things simple -- burgers, fries, and onion rings. Nothing particularly fancy, but perfectly passable for a Thanksgiving travel lunch. But honestly, the food was not what made this stop memorable. It was the spirit of the place. Kansas is often considered part of the American heartland, and sitting there on Thanksgiving Day watching exhausted travelers, hardworking employees, and grateful customers all crossing paths together somehow felt like a small glimpse into the kindness and resilience that still exists quietly across the country. By the time we got back on the road, I found myself oddly thankful we had stopped there at all. Sometimes the places you remember most are not the luxurious ones. Sometimes they are simply the places that made you feel welcomed when you needed it most.

Sammy the manager came out to the eating area to make sure everyone in the dining room was enjoying their meal. Even sole good conversation. I'll definitely be back again. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

I travel for work so I'm always checking out new spots in love trying new places. They offer outside patio and inside dining as well as bar seating. The restaurant is very clean on the outside the inside and the surrounding areas. The bathrooms were very clean. They have table cloths that are changed after each customer. The decor is welcoming and feels fancy. My server was very sweet. She was kind. She explained everything. She offered her suggestions when I asked for advice, but she did also have her own recommendations, which I appreciated. She was an attentive to my needs. She also just converse with me as a regular person which I enjoyed. It wasn't just about the menu. The food was great. I had a side salad, my main course was a fillet with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and I tried the butter cake. To drink I got the pear mule with cinnamon. No complaints whatsoever. The salad was the freshest salad. I've had in a while, and I love the fact that it was not out of a bag.. the fillet was perfect. The mashed potatoes were perfect and dessert. The butter cake was phenomenal. My short visit here in Salina Kansas has been great and I thoroughly enjoyed eating at this great restaurant in a small town.
