Great service as usual, food was excellent and we eat here every time we drive through Pueblo on our way to and from SW Colorado. I even received a free breakfast sandwich when I opened up my email before heading over! Extra bonus! read more

Not only is the food great and the ordering easy, the staff (particularly Noah and Isaac) were so friendly and attentive. I appreciate the service you just don't see often anymore! Good job gentlemen! read more

These guys always get my order wrong. I asked for pepper jack cheese and they charge extra and they don't put it on the sandwich. Same old thing with this specific location. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chicken Shop Near Me - Salina, Kansas

Customer service here is awful. We are traveling cross country from CO to SC, with a u-haul and car hitch unable to go through a drive-thru. We got here at 9:02pm, lobby doors were unlocked so my fiancé and father in law went inside to order our food since we are unable to go through the drive-thru. The manager (I'm assuming) on duty proceeded to tell my father in law that she could not serve us unless we went through their drive thru. He explained that we are in a U-Haul and have a trailer hitch with a car on it, and she repeated that she would not serve us. Mind you, their drive thru is open until 10pm and they are still making food at this point. It was 2 minutes past their lobby closing and she refused to work with us in anyway to serve us, unless we went through the drive-thru. This is not how I expected Chick-fil-a to treat their customers. Really sad and unfortunate, I would not go here again nor would i tell anyone traveling through here to stop here. I wish I would've gotten this girls name, she had short/medium length black hair, that was pulled back into a low pony. 0/10 from us. read more

Very clean children's play area, extra helpful staff, good food ( except for the fries, which were limp). read more

Chick-fil-A - Bag for kids meal - Chicken Shop Near Me - Salina, Kansas

This Chick-fil-a gets two stars only due to the company reputation. This location was the worst experience I've ever had at one of their locations. No employees smiled or seemed happy about their jobs (or maybe their lives). The fries came out undercooked. The chicken nuggets and sandwich we ordered were good. But not one employee asked how our meal was or if we needed anything even though several passed through the dining room while we ate. Granted I don't need anyone to get me things or take my trash, but the standard of service other locations have set in many other states has been 10x better than this location. Thankfully I don't have to come back as we are just driving through. It wasn't their pleasure to serve the local patrons. I'll return to Colorado where Chick-fil-a employees like their jobs (and lives). read more

Standard Chik-fil-A A+ rating! Super yummy food that is of high quality and well presented! My husband and I each got two Chik-fil-A club's to go. I put chik-fil-a sauce on mine! Yummmm! Both yummy and both filling! Location was good and convenient, not too hectic and service was very friendly & efficient. Chick-fil-A - Chicken Shop Near Me - Salina, Kansas

The food is absolutely great! The service is quick and it is very good to eat but about the meal sizes sometimes I order a large and only get half of it but most of the time it is great! The place is also great it gives off a good feel to the restaurant. read more

Chick-fil-A - ... employee on the phone and dirty floors. - Chicken Shop Near Me - Salina, Kansas

I love chick fi la it's literally my favorite fast food place, but lately they been slacking on their Mac n cheese. I am a huge fan of their Mac in cheese it's really delicious but lately they have been burning it. They serve lunch at 10:30am and I got there exactly at that time, so idk how they can serve burnt mac n cheese. I also got the spicy deluxe just the entree and it was over fried but it wasn't hot if that makes sense. Meaning they re fried it so I also had a slightly burned chicken sand which with burnt mac n cheese. This was hard for me to rate as they hardly ever disappoint I LOVE THIS PLACE. But lately the last few times I had gone (which is consistently) has been disappointing. I have no problem with their customer service is amazing and their always so very kind read more

I ordered because I wanted a blended cold brew coffee style from anywhere that wasn't Starbucks. Saw they offer a "Frosted Coffee" so I gave it a shot. To hit the minimum order on DoorDash I had to add food (or I could have gone with four coffees, but that seemed excessive even for me), so I ordered some food, too. The coffee was AWESOME. The Cobb Salad and grilled nuggets were better than I expected. So, great job Click-fil-a! Now I know who to look for when I want to grab a blended cold brew in the future. :) And, truthfully, I'm kinda wishing I'd ordered four... read more

I am writing this review as I sit in the slowest drive-through ever and I am trapped and cannot leave. I will never come back to this location again read more

I am a long-time fan of this chain and I like to think that it is their consistency and high quantity, as well as their corporate values, that keep me coming back. I was totally disappointed tonight. What makes this situation worse is that I've seen them operate under very stressful situations...4 busses full of student athletes all at once...and perform near-flawlessly. How do you give a drive-thru order to a customer WITHOUT napkins? I'm not talking about some arbitrary standard of "not enough" napkins; absolutely NO napkins...for someone in a vehicle who is more than likely to consume said meal IN the vehicle. Then the fries are not cooked thoroughly. Nary a one. They weren't even brown, they were white! At least the were somewhat cooked, although all soggy. I travel frequently to Salina from a little town in Republic County. You've just given me a reason to eat elsewhere. I'm so disappointed because you normally have such high standards. But the milk shake was fantastic! They are always so good and comforting. Perhaps almost all is forgiven. read more

Always great service and terrific food. Great atmosphere for families. Drive in service is down to a science.

As always, they do not disappoint. Food is top notch and wait staff is more friendly and helpful than any restaurant out there. Chick-fil-A is the best chain out there. read more

I went to Salina to see Kansas, the weather was nice and I seen chick-fil-a , was in town, I stop in and ask if the patio was open because I had my ,they said yes, service was good friendly, the place was easy to find and get to, the place was busy, I just now notice a month later this place had up loads some free food, What, I miss it, I was surprise because other cities didn't do this, I'm looking forward to visit Salina and always plan to visit this place and if your in town this place is a must to visit read more

Just had a side salad that I topped with grilled chicken nuggets. So yummy! I'm sure glad Salina has this great choice for a lunch drive thru that is well managed! The line goes fast!!! read more

Food service may be a bit slower than the Chick-Fil-As in Wichita or Hutchinson, but staff is still very friendly, food is consistently tasty and fresh, restaurant is clean and the kids love be playground. The decor, including the family style table in the middle of the restaurant give this FSU a touch of uniqueness. Well.....on second thought..... Staff is quite slow and missed giving me 3 of my 8 items ordered... Someone from corporate may need to step in or this place may be one of the few Chick-Fil-As that doesn't make it. While the ones in Wichita and Hutchinson seem to be hopping on Saturday mornings, I was one of 5 customers during my visit... read more

I guess Jesus prefers his fries soggy. Jim does not. He did enjoy his milkshake and I my Cobb Salad. Other Jim agrees as per sogginess of fries. The overhead music is terrible but also funny so that is enjoyable. Uplifting and non-offensive. Shay thought his milkshake was okay. Matthew has his headphones on so I'm not sure what he thought about his milkshake. Overall probably four stars but gotta take off one for the general homophobia of the place. read more

I'm really sorry to say that this is the worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to... we went in to dine, no line but still had to wait for a really long time to get our order. The bathrooms were dirty with no soap and paper towel machine was not working... the whole place was dirty. :-( read more

I was super excited for Chik-fil-a to open here as I've always enjoyed the food they serve. I knew they would be very busy for several months after opening so I avoided coming because I don't care for lines. I've since been 3 times after the first 2 months of being open and every time they take forever to get your food to you. It's unbelievable really considering the number of employees standing around seemingly doing nothing. I visit the Manhattan location usually once or twice a month as I work in Manhattan and I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. The first two times I've been to the Salina location it was a minimum of 15 minutes from ordering to getting my food. Today I went in and was going to order but there was 4 people ahead of me and they had ONE employee taking orders and 4 others standing in the front of house looking around not even moving. I waited 3 or 4 minutes and the same customer was still getting her order taken. I simply walked out and took my business elsewhere. I'm done with this location until they get their act together and figure out how to offer acceptable customer service and train their employees better. read more

Excellent dining atmosphere even with it being packed. Was at the end of the line which ended by the doors and was ordering within 3 minutes of walking in. Great food and employees although them responding to everything you say with "my pleasure" and calling me "sir" every chance they got was a little annoying it is a great establishment and will be receiving my business again. 4 stars read more

Usually pretty good, but the past few months the chicken has been very inconsistent and burnt more often then not. I'm used to a golden tan chicken color with a tasty fry but as you can see in the photos- they've been mostly dark dark brown and taste of a burnt char. I wish it was more consistent in the quality of chicken they serve read more

The worst chicken sandwhich ever! Tasted old and rubbery like they nuked it in the microwave. The fries were cold and the tables and restrooms needed to be cleaned. And to top it all off it took 25 minutes to receive a chicken sandwhich WTF! I went McDonalds and their chicken sandwhiches are 10x better and tastier. I have been going to other Chick-Fil-A's for many years and this is the 1st time I have been really disappointed. I ordered a 12 pack of grilled chicken nuggets and asked for 2 containers of sauce. The lady who took my money repeated the order and I left. When I got home there were no sauces. The grilled chicken less than the quality I am used to at other CFAs. Phone call to complain went to message, message said someone would get back to me soon and hours later still no call. read more
