We were going in to order. But then we walked in and it smelled just like a sewer. We did not trust the food there cause it smelled so bad somebody needs to clean it. The service was fine but it just smelled really bad read more

I have always gotten the military discount there but today 4-13-26. At 6:35pm the manager on shift was an a** hole and said no military discount, its only for police and fire. Let me tell you military service is serving this country being a cop or firefighter IS NOT. Also almost 25bucks full price for 2 burritos is nuts and the place was dirty. I usually with discount only pay 16 dollars for the 2 burritos. Won't be going back there they dont support military but do law enforcement, seems like a racquet to me. read more

We watched 4 employees stand around and talk to each other while the line had 6+ people in it. One person was making everyone's food and it appeared he was still training as he was asking the people standing around questions . There was not a clean table in the store and the trash cans inside were literally missing and the one outside was overflowing with trash. We came in here for a quick meal and due to them not having many menu items available and having to cook them on the fly it made our road trip another 30 minutes longer. read more

Smallest portions we've ever had at a Chipotle. Restaurant eating area was very dirty

This location has been absolutely phenomenal. Desi has been the manager in store on three different occasions while I've brought 30+ people in and the lines never budged! People flew by faster than normal and it was amazing! Everybody has had a wonderful time when I've brought them to this location, and want to specifically thank Desi and her staff for all the hard work! read more

Service: IDK, maybe hire some help?! One person fixing orders AND working the register (in super slow motion). It's called a sense of urgency. All 10+ patrons in line raising eyebrows and some just walked out. All this during peak dinner hours. Unacceptable!! read more

$40 for 2 burritos and you can't find a clean seat to sit. The kitchen looks like the trash can exploded all this money from my burrito and you can't hire someone to clean read more

I was worried about coming here because I saw all the previous poor reviews but I had no issues. Everything was fully stocked and I didn't have to wait long despite a large group ahead of me. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms read more

Sat and waited for 30 minutes for my online order. Hardly any chicken In burrito. Basically paid $10 for a rice burrito. This location needs some serious help read more

Absolutely love the quality of chipotle food every time we go here. The portions are below average and they make sure to skimp you when possible. This is the 3rd time we have been to this location and they have charged us for large chips and we leave with no chips. It didn't bother me that much before but this time, the cashier forgot to charge me for guacamole on my bowl after I paid, went back and charged me a la carte on a separate receipt for the guacamole. I again, was charged for everything including the chips... and he forgot to add the chips once again. Cheers! read more

The service is more Than bad .Staff is extremely rude and always try and close more than an hour earlier than supposed to. mad management and staff read more

I work as a nurse . Got off work hungry . Supposed to be open til 10 pm. locked door at 9:49 pm as I drove up.

Love chipotle but this location has poor management in regards to figuring out how to move an assembly line. Unlike every other chipotle I've ever been to (probably close to 30..) they have one person doing customer orders and one person doing online orders. As you can imagine they are constantly running into each other and it takes twice as long as it does elsewhere, where one person is doing the initial assembly line and a second (or third!) is doing the latter portion. To make it worse, they allow delivery service drivers to go through the line normally and collect their orders as such (8 for one person- being put together, by one person). Really disappointed and frustrated because I love the food and the price point but not hopeful that this stays in business when it takes 45 min to stand in line with 7 people ahead of me. read more

The food is good but the service is terrible in this location. The employees always are trying to close 1 hour earlier than the restaurant closes and look mad when they have to serve you. Definitely need different management. lol read more

Big chipotle fan, however this specific restaurant has a lot to be desired. Workers seemed to not care about anything. All requests made felt it was an inconvenience. The dining area was filthy. Will not return. read more

Food was decent meat wasn't to die for the "extra charge" for queso, and guacamole is ridiculous considering they put maybe a scoop of meat on the bowl more toppings than protein places was disgusting had to wipe down our own tables just to eat which I'm not picky about the cleanliness of places but it was absolutely disgusting the trash cans where overflowing and seemed in no hurry to pick it up or even add ice to the machines after the service was fine but it becomes unappetizing or unappealing to go again when the trash cans overflow into the dining area. read more

Person making my order had a full set of hair coming out of his shirt waiting to fall on the food. I came back to get the red sauce the guy who made my order failed to put in my bag and he got mad when I came back to get it saying he will have to make it after he already cleaned up. read more

food was not bad, the grill was smoking it had so much build up. meat in the pans was dried up! will never be Back to this location.

Closing at 9:35 when the door says 10:00 is really just not cool when an EMT just getting off work is hungry.

The reason I give them a 3 star is because of price versus portion. A beef burrito as an example will end up being $9.90 because I asked for a little queso not a cup but they charge $1.25 to put a little on your burrito, the portion of meat has really gotten smaller and they have no problem scooping on a ton of salsa or sour cream but if you ask for guacamole then the price is ridiculous the price above was without Guacamole and unless you're eating out there your food will be ice cold because of the way they load on the cold toppings. Note: I have been there twice once by myself and then tonight with my family and tonight was worse than the first. As far as staff I have not had a problem and they always seem friendly and I understand that they are still learning but it is not the staff it is the owners or corporate that had made the decisions. I will however give them another chance in the next 6 months to see if I am going to increase or decrease my star rating for them I believe six months is a good time frame to see if the company has either made changes needed for the better or worse. read more

Tried to give an order for a group of 30. Brought my order in at 4:30 and said we would liked to pick them up around 8:00 pm. Manager complained that it was to a large meal and that he wasn't sure he wanted to do it. That has happened two years in a row when we have tried to pre order. We will take our team to another place in town form now on. read more

Horrible service since they shut down the dining area. Food is cold and always will mess up your Togo order. Rude people on the phone. Very disappointed. This day in age people need to be more worried about keeping their jobs read more

Usually not a bad place to go for quick southern/mex but today something was off. Normally the food is really good, but in my order today the rice was crunchy and the meat felt dry. I'll still go back occasionally, but today specifically was a letdown. Overall a decent place to get some food and the staff are pretty friendly. 4 star normally, but today just 3. read more

Rotten service. My wife has IBS and can only eat their cheese quesadilla. This item is now an online only item so I stood right in front of them at the counter and they wouldn't make one for us. I was the only person in line. I stepped outside and ordered on line. 20 minutes later still waiting on my order. read more

Whatever staff was working around noon on 11/23/21 was incredibly nice and helpful. Food was great, staff and service was phenomenal!

Hey mother bleepers. I love Chipotle and this one was miserable. Tell me why this is the only chipotle I've been to where literally you made it in front of me I ate it 2.3 minutes later and everything was cold. EVERYTHING. Only thing that was even room temperature was my chips that were staler than if you was eating chips on your couch. One fell through and you didn't check until your move out date 5years later when they taking your crap out of the house. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Trash - Fast Food Near Me - Salina, Kansas

Great food for the prices! Ordering through the app is a game changer! The place is nice!

Was greater by a very rude staff member with a lakers mask on. Refused to let me order because I didn't have a mask even though the restaurant was full of people not wearing masks. First time I've ever had an issue with a chipotle. 1 star experience. read more

This is the slowest Chipotle I have been to in my life. Love Chipotle's food but the service at this location has been by far the worst.

Usually I love it here but lately it's gone down hill. Today my steak was cold and the chips were so stale! Gross.

Steak was gross. Dried and cold. Service was meh. When I mentioned how bad the steak looked, employee said 'yeah, but it will take a long time to cook more', really? I am paying for quality food. Chipotle: this store need some Hispanics cooks in their crew. It's noticeable their absence. Food and service are lacking the Mexican flavor and spirit. read more
