I have always gotten the military discount there but today 4-13-26. At 6:35pm the manager on shift was an a** hole and said no military discount, its only for police and fire. Let me tell you military service is serving this country being a cop or firefighter IS NOT. Also almost 25bucks full price for 2 burritos is nuts and the place was dirty. I usually with discount only pay 16 dollars for the 2 burritos. Won't be going back there they dont support military but do law enforcement, seems like a racquet to me. read more

We watched 4 employees stand around and talk to each other while the line had 6+ people in it. One person was making everyone's food and it appeared he was still training as he was asking the people standing around questions . There was not a clean table in the store and the trash cans inside were literally missing and the one outside was overflowing with trash. We came in here for a quick meal and due to them not having many menu items available and having to cook them on the fly it made our road trip another 30 minutes longer. read more

This location has been absolutely phenomenal. Desi has been the manager in store on three different occasions while I've brought 30+ people in and the lines never budged! People flew by faster than normal and it was amazing! Absolutely love the quality of chipotle food every time we go here. The portions are below average and they make sure to skimp you when possible. This is the 3rd time we have been to this location and they have charged us for large chips and we leave with no chips. It didn't bother me that much before but this time, the cashier forgot to charge me for guacamole on my bowl after I paid, went back and charged me a la carte on a separate receipt for the guacamole. Love chipotle but this location has poor management in regards to figuring out how to move an assembly line. Unlike every other chipotle I've ever been to (probably close to 30..) they have one person doing customer orders and one person doing online orders. As you can imagine they are constantly running into each other and it takes twice as long as it does elsewhere, where one person is doing the initial assembly line and a second (or third!) is doing the latter portion. To make it worse, they allow delivery service drivers to go through the line normally and collect their orders as such (8 for one person- being put together, by one person). Really disappointed and frustrated because I love the food and the price point but not hopeful that this stays in business when it takes 45 min to stand in line with 7 people ahead of me. read more

Food was decent meat wasn't to die for the "extra charge" for queso, and guacamole is ridiculous considering they put maybe a scoop of meat on the bowl more toppings than protein places was disgusting had to wipe down our own tables just to eat which I'm not picky about the cleanliness of places but it was absolutely disgusting the trash cans where overflowing and seemed in no hurry to pick it up or even add ice to the machines after the service was fine but it becomes unappetizing or unappealing to go again when the trash cans overflow into the dining area. read more

Tried to give an order for a group of 30. Brought my order in at 4:30 and said we would liked to pick them up around 8:00 pm. Manager complained that it was to a large meal and that he wasn't sure he wanted to do it. That has happened two years in a row when we have tried to pre order. The reason I give them a 3 star is because of price versus portion. A beef burrito as an example will end up being $9.90 because I asked for a little queso not a cup but they charge $1.25 to put a little on your burrito, the portion of meat has really gotten smaller and they have no problem scooping on a ton of salsa or sour cream but if you ask for guacamole then the price is ridiculous the price above was without Guacamole and unless you're eating out there your food will be ice cold because of the way they load on the cold toppings. Note: I have been there twice once by myself and then tonight with my family and tonight was worse than the first. As far as staff I have not had a problem and they always seem friendly and I understand that they are still learning but it is not the staff it is the owners or corporate that had made the decisions. I will however give them another chance in the next 6 months to see if I am going to increase or decrease my star rating for them I believe six months is a good time frame to see if the company has either made changes needed for the better or worse. read more
