Panera offered a French Dipper Sandwich. Which I couldn't complain, was served fresh and hot.
    John M.

Me and my Fiance have eaten here a couple times so far. All three times our food was enjoyable, and good enough to bring us back. The service could have been better on our last visit, but still the establishment was clean and the food was hot.

Avocado toast, blueberry bagel and a tub of walnut cream cheese
    Jessica S.

Inside was clean but bathrooms were gross. Employees didn't acknowledge us like human beings, just snapped at us where to pick up the food. Highly disappointed at the avocado toast for $4.50. $1.80 just to add cream cheese to my $1.99 bagel made no sense, so I bought a tub for $3.79 to take home for later. If you're feeling mediocre, here is your spot. Note: I have been to many Paneras, this one just didn't hit right.

    Kids grilled cheese.
    Diane H.

Ordered the kids grilled cheese. As you can see, there was barely any cheese and what there was appeared as if it had been there a while (not gooey, solid) Staff in the kitchen were having a great time (joking and loud) Other food was okay, otherwise this rating would be a 1.

This is what they call a "grilled cheese" for $8.39 It looks like something my toddler made at daycare "Hey boss should we grill up the bread?" "No, just grab two slices out of the bag and you're done"

Cream of chicken and wild rice soup!

They always seem to be forgetting something at this location. A couple times they forgot my bread bowl. Last night they forgot my chips. I called manager and he said it happens a lot lately because they have been so busy that I could pick up chips. I could not because I was at work in Oakdale. They were out of Romaine lettuce at 330. I ended up ordering the turkey chili and a turkey sandwich. Sandwich was good so was chili. My only gripe was they put way too many chickpeas in there . My grandma had a bread bowl with cream of chicken with wild rice soup. And a Asian sesame salad with chicken. She had to have a mix salad mix since they were out of romaine. We enjoyed our food. Girl who brought out food for curbside was fast and friendly.

Now look I love Panera but avoid it on my mornings to work n dropping off kids cause the line is usually a lil time consuming. But when I tell you the cheee asparagus soufflé is worth it OOOOMMMMG. IM GOING TO BE LEAVING EARLY TO GEY ME ONE. SOGOOD

    Chipotle Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Long time customer of this Panera Bread store. They have plenty of options for everyone. Want to eat light or if you are craving heavy carbs, they got you all covered. This store is located in the Natomas Safeway plaza and though it has plenty of parking but it's always a little crowded plaza. You can dine in, take out, pick up from inside the store or do curb side pickup. You can order ahead, order on the app or order inside the store yourself using a machine pad or with a human, you got plenty of options. No matter how you order, they are speedy. We normally order ahead via app for pickup inside the store and by the time I reach the store, our order is always ready 99% of the time. My favorite items these days are there flatbread pizzas and chicken noodle soup. We also buy bread from here. It's also great place for breakfast and their coffee is pretty good as well.

    Napa chicken salad sandwich
    Shayla C.

Ordered the Napa chicken salad sandwich and was sorely disappointed when there was little to no chicken. Sucks to pay a lot for half a sandwich with nothing on it.

"Margherita pizza" I was kind of bummed to open the box to this. I didn't ask for any adjustments but ended up without cheese or basil

Do not go through the drive thru unless you have an extra 30 minutes to waste. Quicker service at a sit down restaurant

They always get the orders right and when there's a small issue they are ready to solve it right away. The shop is small and has dine-in half booths, and tables outside. While I typically avoid paying premium prices for coffee, I decided to treat myself and finally give this location a try. Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and placed an order for three iced coffees, which I stated clearly. When my order was delivered, two of the drinks were iced, while one was served hot. I calmly and politely mentioned that all three were supposed to be iced coffees. At that point, I overheard an employee respond in the background with an attitude, stating that I had ordered the drink hot. I fully understand that mistakes can happen--orders can be entered incorrectly, and errors are part of any service environment. However, my concern lies with the dismissive attitude and the decision to challenge the customer's request in front of them. This interaction left a poor impression, and as a result, I do not plan to return to this establishment. I will instead continue supporting my usual coffee shops.

Everything on the menu is available to order. I've come around the same early morning and ordered their burger! Nice when you crave for a lunch meal but there at breakfast time! I ordered the 3 egg breakfast with bacon. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed is the bacon is super skinny and thin compared to what I've ordered there in the past! Eggs were cooked medium and great. Wheat toast had butter lathered on there and the hash brown was a good portion. But yah, the bacon definitely wasn't very meaty to my liking. Service today at the front could have been better. The Gen Z girl in the counter looked like she was half asleep and needed a cup of coffee. She had a monotone face while taking our order and just lacked that customer service vibe of yester year. I have the Farmer Boys app so I often scan my receipt to get reward points that I redeem later on. Food- 4 stars (bacon gets 3 stars) Service - 3.5 stars. I would have liked to give it 5 stars but for this visit, it just lost one star based on my observation. I would still go there hands down over Dennys for breakfast!

Then when I got it, it was awful and didn't finish. The workers are not friendly and you never get a smile, just monotone voice when asking what you want. I also went through the drive thru last week and the girl said it was a 21 minute wait. THANKFULLY, there was no one behind me and I was able to back out...I felt bad for the people who were stuck! Nothing inviting about the inside and the only thing clean, oddly enough, was the bathroom

To start, they brought out a basket of warm corn and flour tortilla chips with salsa, refried beans, and cabbage. Everything was fresh and flavorful -- a perfect way to kick off the meal. I ordered the Caldo de Res soup, and it did not disappoint. The broth came out steaming hot, rich, and full of flavor. It was loaded with tender beef, corn on the cob, potatoes, and carrots, with rice, onions, cilantro, lime, hot sauce, and tortillas on the side to build it just how you like. Each bite was hearty, comforting, and delicious. The restaurant has TVs showing sports and even a full bar in the back, which makes it a great spot to hang out as well as grab a meal. My server was attentive and polite, checking in to make sure I didn't need anything throughout the meal. Overall, great food, generous portions, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back for more.

I went with some girlfriends on a Friday night a few months and service was not as great as usual. I went back a couple go Saturdays back for the unlimited mimosas and margaritas and apparently they don't do that anymore but still had the advertisement on the window. Bummer. Then I ordered a mimosa but they didn't have champágne. I ordered a margarita but they didn't have the mix. Then we asked for cabbage for our chips. They didn't have. We said we would think about what drinks to order since they didn't have what we originally wanted and they gave us our food but never came back to ask about drinks. I was really bummed with the service and lack of food supply. I'm not sure what was going On, but I hope it gets better or back to normal.
