we found a worm in our sandwich.

Really bad. Unfortunately, we found this little surprise when we were almost finished eating, only for my toddler to eat it in parts.

Ordered new Ciabatta Cheeses steak and chicken wild rice soup. Was disappointed on my first bite of my sandwich (was told by staff it's a very good sandwich) Didn't impress me but after taking more bites and got into the mix of the meat, provolone, garlic aioli, papa dew peppers and caramelized onions all together, I liked it a lot (took it to another level.) Just wish ingredients were spread out more evenly all together to get the wholesome taste right away (my first bite did not have everything). My soup was good and have no complain. Staff's warm, friendly reception creates a relaxed and comforting at home feeling. Was an enjoyable meal.

I've often enjoyed visiting other links in the Panera Bread chain, but this one for me is one and done. When next I visit Panera, it'll be at a different location. Here's why: - Overall service level was terrible - They somehow managed to run out of absolutely everything; which makes zero sense Tip: Even at this poorly managed location, the salads and soups are all very good :-) Were it not for the service and poor management (which I blame for them running out of everything) the rating here would have been MJCH higher - I've always found Panera's food very enjoyable

I love Panera, but this is my first time here it's nice and it's a good place to study

Southwest Salad

So bummed to update my review to 1 star. Would do 0 if I could. My recent visit was absolutely the complete opposite. The food took forever & then it was cold. The staff was rude and were more concerned about gossiping than helping the guests. Overheard that they changed Management which is evident because the last one Desiree made my experience excellent and now it seems like a sinking ship. Won't be returning. I'd recommend going to at least the Fontana location. This one ain't it anymore.

Long hair in my sandwich

I ordered drive through and when I got home, I opened my sandwich and it had a disgusting hair in it. I tried calling the restaurant several times and they never answered. I will never go back to this or any other Panera!

No line so was able to order as soon as we came. This time we ordered the Duet with chicken wild rice soup and the almond chicken salad sandwich $6.99. Flavorful chicken with grape slices , arugula and sliced tomato served with sourdough bread. Hubby got his subscription free coffee drink and $0.99 lemon cookie (valued @$2.99) deal with his sip subscription.

Dry bread. No butter and not even warm.

Cesar salad I thought. I was asked by the order taker the whole salad or just the half? WTH? WHAT EXACTLY DOES THIS LOOK LIKE TO YOU GUYS? I GOT A SIDE OF HARD BREAD. NOT WARM WITH NO BUTTER. I should have gone to Farmer Boys and gotten a real salad. $13.29 for this? Ridiculous.

It felt so weird last time I was there. I felt I was unwanted by the staff it felt like it was a Mexican only restaurant.

Drive through blocked. Inside is a mess and no proper lines. Oven is broken so they don't have anything.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Try it out. Loved all the baked goods. Good service. Salads are tasty. Their sandwiches are yummy.

There was no line when we got there. The service was quick and easy. I prefer this location over…read morethe other location because they mix your ingredients for you. I really enjoyed my Poke Bowl. I get the Poke with all salad, Tuna with onions & avocado, salmon, tuna, and shrimp w/ spicy house & eel sauce. Toppings, I get everything except ginger, wasabi, and extra avocado. I top it off with crispy onions and furikake. It's a big bowl and definitely shareable if they like what you like. The drinks are also good. I enjoy the guava but my oldest enjoys tropical so we got tropical today. The ambiance is casual. It really nice and bright. They also keep it very clean. I appreciate that, especially when food is being handled.

Average is probably the best way to describe it. Portions are pretty small. The ahi was decent. The octopus was super chewy and rubbery. The best part were the toppings and sauce. It's a great healthier alternative than fast food, so I'd probably come back and try different combinations. Also, as much as I enjoy the greens I'd probably opt for all rice just so the meal can be more filling. Service was all just fine. The young lady was just going through the motions. It was later in the evening and the place was empty. I'm sure I ruined her moment of zen. The location itself was very clean, and everything was very well organized. Got in and out quickly which is a plus.

There was plenty parking for customers were practically had the whole lot to ourselves. We walked in and realized immediately that the diner was 95% empty. We were quickly seated and ordered our drinks. The atmosphere was relaxing with country music playing in the background. Our food arrived and it was delicious I ordered the southern scramble biscuits with mild sausage, southern potatoes. The biscuits were so soft and tasty. My potatoes were perfect. While we were midway into our meal customers started to roll in and was beginning to get busy.

We liked the restaurant. it was clean & newer with fast service. Everything tasted good. My husband liked the chicken sausage but I felt like it needed more flavor. Didn't really care for the pancake, I've had better but the steak was good. The French toast was perfectly sweet & soft enough. Their portions were pretty big, we couldn't finish & had to bring some home.

Also, there is indoor and outdoor seating but it's limited so if you have a large crowd, try to plan ahead or order your food to go. When we pulled up there were about 6 cars in front of us. The line did move slower than usually so I'm not sure what the delay is/was. There are a lot of food options and not only burgers. They have a variety of salads, serve breakfast all day, and have dinners you can order. I love that they give you the choice of fries, onion rings, fried zucchini, or a salad without charging you extra. Most places do. The service was great and please don't take offense if they read your order back quickly. This place can get really busy. The cashier read our order back perfect. Tonight we ordered 3 meals. A Pastrami Burger Combo w/ Sprite, Chicken Tender dinner w/ Pink Lemonade, and the Mechanic (Pastrami Steak Sandwich) combo w/ salad and Unsweetened Tea. The total was $58. We always order our fries extra crispy. It's the way to go for us. The Mechanic was really good. I would definitely get it again. It was seasoned to the max, actually a little too seasoned for my liking but I assure you, that's just my preference because I'm not big on salt. This was my first time having their pastrami in a sandwich and that's what was heavily salty to me. The bread and the fresh veggies on the sandwich helped cut through it a little. My side salad was delicious. I love that they use English cucumbers and put shredded cheese on it. My significant other tore his pastrami burger up and said they have the best one locally. My teenager loves the bread from the chicken tender dinner. Sadly they forget her Ranch for the tenders. Overall, it was yummy!
