Went in to redeem a reward dessert. Tried the lemon bundt cake. It was very lemony so I was thrilled because A lot of places say lemon and it doesn't taste like lemon. I also opted to get the hazelnut mocha coffee, which was delish! It came with whipped cream and some little chocolate chips on top that I wasn't expecting but it really added a little pop and crunch surprise tastiness! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The area was clean. Codes to the bathrooms which is nice. read more

I live close to this location and usually go in a couple of times a week for a Sip Club coffee. I also sometimes dine in and do some work there, as it's nice to get out of the house with an otherwise WFH job. The manager of the store is FANTASTIC and is always willing to hear feedback and looking at how she can make the store better. Staff are friendly and personable and work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible while also making you feel welcomed. I wish that there were more low seats with outlets (only 3 + the couch/lounge area and a high top), but that's okay! The back section of the restaurant also tends to be slightly different in temp than the rest, usually colder, so I tend to bring a jacket with me if I'm going to work from there - even (especially) in the summer. None of these things are by any means the wonderful staffs fault - just something quirky and of note! Thanks for all your hard work! read more

The food is always good here and that's why I keep coming back. The customer service is also great! The only negative is that they are super slow unfortunately because they clearly don't have enough workers. It looks like is the manager and one worker running the whole place. Just make sure you are not pressed for time. read more

It's was what you expect out of Panera. Nice clean and quick service. We used the tablets to order and sat down the food was ready soon after. read more

This is Panera Bread, so will get good healthy food at a reasonable price. First the food. My choice was the Green Goddess Chicken salad and new Tika Indian Soup (see pics). The Green Goddess Chicken salad was really good. The Tika Indian Soup was not my favorite (will stick to creamy tomato soup next time). My buddy had the Turkey BLT which was huge and he really liked it. He got whole baguette to go as well. FYI: We hiked at nearby Umstead State Park, which has great well maintained trails. Service was prompt by friendly staff. This is one of the biggest Panera Breads I have ever been to. Lots of customers with minimal wait times. Clean inside and outside. Worth a visit. read more

I don't think I've ever had a good meal here. Everything is too salty, portions are small and the price is not. They seem to mess up the order at least half the time. The dining room area always feels small and dirty. I only eat here when my group wants to. I used to be in the Sip club but they raised the price from $4 to $15. read more

Happy Friday! I was home watching tv when I realized I was hungry and didn't feel like making anything. I checked my phone & discovered a $3 off Panera coupon and that made my decision. I drove over and Mobile ordered my previously ordered steak & white cheddar sandwich w/chips. Yummm, so delicious, fast order fulfillment, nice ambiance. Will definitely return. Let me tell y'all something ( do I sound "SOUTHERN?")... lol... One of my IG Friends posted about the flatbreads at Panera and I thought that it "looked" really good and that maybe I should give it a try! B-A-B-Y!!!!!!! Let me tell you, this thang (in my most SOUTHERNESS ACCENT EVER) is something really good! I decided that Christmas leftovers were a no go after 2 days and needed something else! I went to Panera and ordered the CHICKEN BACON FLATBREAD (I'm gonna to attempt to give up pork in 2021 - but I'm not making any promises.. anyway...) without tomatoes and its so good! I'm am going to go back to try the Margherita and Cheese options! Check it out "y'all!" read more

I don't understand why Panera is so widespread. It is very bland. On a holiday monday, the outside patio was very full and the inside was filled with signs indicating they are desperate for employees. I used their wobbly little computer to make an order. It has said support for card-chips will be coming for like 2 years. They got rid of the delightful Steak & Arugula sandwich, so I got a big and bad Mexican-ish salad with beans and chicken. I didn't like it. All the napkin dispensers were empty after I took a couple near the dirty iced tea area. They truly are desperate for staff! read more

Definitely a rush hour time so it was extremely busy and some orders were backed up and it took a while. But the expo guy was super friendly and apologetic. Panera as a whole establishment is just pricey so keep that ok mind if you come here. I will say this location had ALOT of bakery items out of stock and a small selection of breads and bagels. read more

Restaurant owners often prioritize labor hours over other expenses. Perhaps, this store is a reflection of such a concept. Great employees, kind and pleasant, but the store is a different story. This location has had consistent order quality control issues for 5 years. Why do we go back? Perhaps insanity. Perhaps it's just too close to home. Perhaps it's a hope that corporate will finally clean up this mess of a location. But take it from me... NEVER, and I do mean NEVER, leave without triple-checking your order for completeness. Curbside delivery? Check it! Rapid pick up? Check it. Dine in? Check it still. If you order more than one thing, they'll miss something 67-80% of the time. read more

Food: 5 Service: 3 Ambience: 3 Date/Time: 2/11/2018 6:30pm Order: Lentil Quinoa Chicken Bowl, Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich Crowd: 3/4 full Been here many times and most times the service ranks right up there with the food. This time was an exception in that the server was stoned face (even a 2nd time when I crossed paths going in the opposite direction as she was delivering food. The order was placed using the app while sitting at the table. Food came pretty quickly which would have ranked a 4 but with the odd nature of the server, it was hard to keep the ranking. The restaurant is a bit tight, especially if you sit at the tables in the middle of each dining area. And, of course, the noise level gets really elevated when it's crowded. The app is very convenient and easy to use. Nice feature with the ability to order with a table number so not only is there no standing in line at either the cash register or the kiosks but you get to sit comfortably and order at your leisure. And, it offers Apple Pay for those of you with an iPhone/iPad. Maybe Android Pay as well, but I don't know for sure. They brought back the delicious Lentil Quinoa Chicken Bowl! It's one of the favorites and they stopped offering it for awhile. Tastes really good with the side baguette! Definitely recommend it for the food and even for dine in if the server is having a good day :-) read more

We don't ever really eat Panera but we decided to today. One of the best perks is that they have WiFi. I ordered the chipotle avocado sandwich + an apple (my husband pointed out that the apple was rotten, so I traded it for chips), my son had the Mac & Cheese +yogurt and my husband had a cinnamon raisin bagel. The pricing was nice. We ended up getting a parking space near the door which was perfect because it was raining. I can see the parking being a hassle on busier days. The overall taste of the food was fair. I felt the chipotle sandwich was average. My son ate all of his Mac and cheese which is a positive sign right? The employees were also really nice. Nevertheless, we enjoyed lunch here. read more

I'm a fairly frequent visitor to this N Hills location. Food is always good and consistent but ... I never leave a Panera feeling like for the high price of their food that I got value for my dollar. Always clean and accommodating with fresh food which is likely why I still return. read more

While the fare is consistent at most Panera. I was shocked that I was able to stand in line, wallet in hand, for 4 minutes (actual time). While this may not seem like a long time I was flanked by two managers chatting at a table 4 staff members behind the counter and the young lady at the register who looked me in my eyes to an almost uncomfortable degree. I understand that people get but I would have always thought that customers/transactions were the most important "thing" in a retail space. The team at this Panera location seem to feel differently. Maybe it was a bad day or a supremely pressing matter but watching two supervisors chat about christmas gifts and "who is so cute" did not seem like a matter high on the list. read more

Don't ask for breakfast at dinner. The best way to pay rent and not feel ill is to just roll with the tea. I watched the girl drop a bagel and kick it under the slicing machine. After she put her thumb on my knife and muttered "fcuk" after dropping the first bagel. Said bagel? tasted of nothing but cheap cheese. Asagio does NOT taste like this. Really. I'm telling you. Panera used to rock. Now it is just a upscale Micky D's. With wi-fi. Which is the only reason I am here to pay rent with a glass of tea, and the bagel that I regret. The two stars are for the wi-fi. read more

Came here before the rush lunch hour (around 11:50am) to grab a quick lunch -- and was surprised! Parking was a *little* tight, but we grabbed a spot on the side of the building. Upon entering, it wasn't terribly busy inside -- there were open registers, which is a real shocker right before it hits noon! The employees were all SUPER friendly -- my cashier was very nice about handling my two different orders on separate checks, and the lady handling pick-up orders was super chipper! Got both orders in 3 minutes -- about 1min for the first order (cafe sandwich). My friend and I ate outside at one of the tables on the large patio. It was perfect weather and a lot of space, BUT the bugs were annoying the living daylights out of me. There were a couple flies and a LOT of these flea looking bugs that kept attempting to attack my sandwich/soup. Yuck! It was quiet out there, but the random people taking phone calls at tables were a little weird -- since they weren't eating anything from Panera or anywhere else in the area. While we were eating, there was a swarm of little, brown birdies that landed and were hungrily begging everyone in the area to toss them a crumb or two. They were very cute. I was tempted to give in, but I thought it was best not to tempt them -- else they would swarm our table and eventually eat US (kidding, kidding). My Lemon Chicken Orzo soup was awesome -- it was full of generous slices (not artificial, square chunks) of chicken and tender veggies. It was kind of like a lemony version of Italian wedding soup, but with no meat and thinker orzo. The lemon "wheel" floating inside made me giggle. My only suggestion would be for it to be a little bit hotter -- mine was warm, but on the verge of being cool. The Tuna Salad sandwich was perfect. Veggies were crisp and the tuna mixture was moist and flavorful. My fish craving was satisfied. The bread was good, but it DESPERATELY needed to be toasted to balance out the moisture from the tuna salad. Lovely atmosphere. Definitely will return to sit out on the patio again! read more

I frequently use the Panera delivery option and can say I am pleased with Panera's response and delivery . My usual driver Khaled greets me by name, is kind, and very friendly. This place must not be doing the volume of business it used to. It's never very busy. Terrible Panera. Parking is a shi*tshow. Dirty, ripped up benches, very few outlets. If you order the lemonade with your sip club you still have to wait to get someone to pour it for you. Ordered a simple pastry this afternoon. Said it was ready, but that was a lie; 10 min later had to go hunt someone down to just hand me what I'd paid for ($4 now by the way for a simple pastry). I got to my table and it was atrocious; dried out and stale. When I went back to return it, the manager apparently couldn't figure out how to refund through the app though no other store has ever had a problem cancelling an order when they were out of an item, or there was a problem with the order, and refunding directly. Will not return. read more

Terrible service. Number one, I ordered for myself. That totally sucks. No one in the store - at least at the counter for the 2 employees behind the counter. They don't even greet you. It was around 10:30 am. I went to the restroom & I thought they would have my order( a bagel& cream cheese)for me when I came out. Nope, It was in some rapid delivery place. Why do I have to search for my food? Basically, I have to wait on myself. No drink was ready & they gave me a 'bottle' of green tea. Yuck. What happened to my fountain drink? No sandwich! I came home and took everything out of the bag (soups, bread, apple), but no sandwich inside. I looked at my receipt - Order#103013 and it shows a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich that I paid for. I tried calling several times during non-busy time and no one picks up the phone. Well this sucks since this place is not near my house. Manager needs to let this guy who was preparing my food know about this issue. At least half of the time I order at Panera, the order is prepared but ends up not being what I ordered. It usually includes additional ingredients to which I am allergic. I know I should do a better job of checking my order before I leave. How very frustrating and disappointing that this continually happens! read more

I've ordered ahead, ordered at the kiosk, and have also ordered delivery from this location and the food is always prepared correct. I'm a fan of their souls, Greek salad, and frontega chicken salad. I've used this Panera for personal use and business use. Both are super fab but I do love to go in for personal reasons- to get my grub on and chill. This locale is pretty busy but if you can do early in the morning, grab a bagel and find yourself a nook to get some work done, it is the ideal situation. The staff is always very accommodating, getting the order right, coming around to pre-bus your table when you are finished, asking if you need anything... I mean, this place is self-serve and they exceed expectations by serving you if needed. For caterings, you cannot go wrong. I have used their services for boxed lunches for offices and have found it to be easy peasy. I literally have just called and told them when I needed it ready and when I show up, they load my car and I am on my way. Top notch Panera over in Brier Creek. read more

I love Panera. The food is tasty, fresh, and well-priced. There's free wifi (though, important caveat: you can only use 30 minutes of it during peak hours, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. This is a nice Panera. There's lots of room to meet a study buddy and study. I like the way the seating is set up. It doesn't feel like you're in a big place and you can be out of the way with your text books. The food is the same as all of the other Paneras: microwaved/reheated. I just get the broccoli cheese soup which is delicious. I've tried their paninis but they are always bad and an employee told me that is because they just microwave something that is already made. Stick to the soup! Some of the pastries are good too. read more

For a chain restaurant, Panera is always a great stand by. This Panera is no different. Great service, plenty of seating, friendly staff, and always a delicious meal.
