Stacks of company materials or inventory. Not sure but sitting in the dinning area.

Wow, this place has gone WAY downhill. I used to love Panera for their soups, salads and sandwiches but the quality, presentation and experience I has really bottomed out. My half sandwich looked like it was put together by a toddler. The floors are dirty as heck and covered in food. They have inventory boxes and stuff stacked on tables and around the dinning area. The employees are NOT friendly and seem miserably unhappy. The whole experience was awful!! Bummed to see this drastic decline! Spent over $60 getting lunch for a family of 4, no extras or add-ons. Don't waste your money!!

I placed a rapid pick up order for 2 sandwiches and a salad. The sandwiches were great - plenty of meat and cheese with fresh veggies inside. The salad, for the most part, was okay. I did have to pull out the cucumbers because they looked and tasted off. There was also a large chunk of the end of lettuce that was really unappetizing. When I went inside for my pick up, the dining area was clean and there were plenty of customers enjoying their meals. There were no staff at the front taking orders or helping people at the bakery.

You Call This a Veggie Sandwich?

Man, times must be tough for Panera Bread because I ordered a veggie sandwich and although I didn't tell them to "hold the veggies", they really acted like I did and skimped out on them. Sure! They threw in a couple of leafs of lettuce, which probably cost them 3 cents and then 4 slices of cucumbers (another 3 cents). Are the costs of these veggies coming out of their paychecks or something? If I wanted bread, I would have ordered a bagel. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Never again...fool me once. Also, please hire a new manager. We don't need her standing there, yelling our names, with her spit flying over the food. Also, she greets only certain people with enthusiasm and others, not at all. Mmmhmmm.

Spinach i believe it is was all clumped up soggy

Ordered online curb side pick up and got there 10 mins before it being ready. Drive was had 20 people in line curb side pick up parking lanes full. Noticed people walking in to pick up orders. When my order was ready, i just walked in. The person apologized the could not walk out because they are busy which I understand. The main reason I'm giving one star it's because of how the chicken Fuji apple salad is. Mind you I always order salad and this is the first time I've gotten it this way. The spinach I believe it is with all clumped up and soggy and this is soggy without the vinaigrette dressing because I have ordered that on the side.

Notice the color difference? Prosper on the left, Frisco on the right..

Got my order incorrect. The other reviews are accurate. They struggle to make the food correct. Perhaps a bit of training would help.

It's a shame that this place just cannot get an order correct. When you use the drive through a person expects to have the order correctly.

Severely under staffed. Ordered a bowl of soup to go at 2:00 pm and it took 15-20 min.

The place has really colorful, fun décor and a relaxed vibe that makes it feel welcoming right when you walk in. They had great music playing and the atmosphere was comfortable with plenty of seating options -- booths, tables, and space for families who were clearly enjoying dinner together. One thing I really liked about Spitz is the variety of fresh Mediterranean offerings, from gyros and wraps to hearty salads and bowls. It's also great that almost everything can be customized to be vegetarian or vegan, which makes it a great option for different dietary preferences. I ordered one of their salads and it was fantastic -- packed with quinoa, chicken, cabbage, corn, pickled onions, and cucumber. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and the combination of textures and flavors was delicious. My fiancé ordered the Mediterranean wrap with beef and lamb. He was a little hesitant at first since Mediterranean food isn't something he usually orders, but he ended up really enjoying it. Even though it was a weeknight, the restaurant was pretty busy with families and had a great neighborhood feel. Between the fresh food, colorful environment, and comfortable ambience, it's definitely a spot we'll be coming back to soon.

Giant portions, enough for lunch the next day. Get the quinoa salad as a side, very good! My one complaint is that the wrap I got was hard to unwrap from the waxed paper, it really stuck to the grill mark spots and smelled like a burt candle. This didn't impact thd flavor once the paper was off.

The hamburgers? Frozen meat patties that tasted like they'd been excavated from the back of a 2019 freezer. My fish and chips came with fish that smelled like it had been on a week-long bender in a dumpster behind the pier. And the lobster ravioli? Let's just say the only thing "lobster" about it was the price tag. The pasta was sad, the filling was suspicious, and the whole thing felt like a culinary war crime. But hey, at least the ambience is great! Beautiful lighting, nice decor, perfect for pretending you're having a fancy night out... while quietly plotting your escape to literally any other restaurant. Oh, and don't worry about the shortcuts -- when they're done disappointing your taste buds, they'll hit you with a credit card fee for the privilege. Nothing says "we care about your experience" like charging you extra to leave poorer and hungrier than when you arrived. Save your money, your dignity, and your stomach. Go somewhere else to eat. Anywhere else. Even a gas station hot dog would've been an upgrade.

First we were paying for a 2 hour time slot and we had reservations. The hostess came in rushed us to order food, then she kept coming in trying to close us out early. There are other ones in the area we will try. Not coming back here. Then after we were pulling off in our cars another group came in and they opened the place back up for them but we had to leave.
