You would think that the portions are decent, service is good and restaurant is clean based on the prices they charge. Not so. It's been filthy all three times I've visited, even when it is really slow. The prices are ridiculous when you consider the portion sizes. Waited 30+ mins on a Friday night at 6:15 in drive thru. Took the 30 mins only to get to window and be told our order had been cancelled and we would need to start over and rewait in line as everyone behind us had food cooking! How's that for horrible service?! Their fault on a 50$ order and you have to wait more after being in line for 30 mins already! We went to chick fil a instead where it's their pleasure and they have plenty of workers to get you through the long line in ten mins or less! Chick fil a for the win AGAIN!! read more

This Panera looks nice when you walk in, but don't be fooled. It's disgusting. The floor is always dirty and the plates have old food residue. They try to upkeep the front tables a little nicer but the back tables are so dirty! Leaves and pasta on the ground and crumbs on the table. I saw a woman clean one of the tables and all she did was push the food to the ground with her rag and didn't even dry the table. Panera you NEED to step up. read more

Well... food was fine. I ordered Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich and was good. Girls got soup which you can't mess up really and wife got a new kind of bread. Tomato basil with cinnamon crunch crust for her turkey and cheddar sandwich :-/ My biggest complaint is the girl taking our order insisted we order our food to go so they can leave. We walked in 30 minutes before closing which we felt was plenty of time to not be asked to go elsewhere to eat their food. Quite off putting but I know they're new and I'm sure we will come back. Went to get a quick smoothie and Panera was our only near choice. Ordering, the lady was very rude and upset when we didn't automatically know what we wanted. When our smoothies are ready I ask the lady if this is ours, since she never called out my name to tell me our order was ready. Went in ordered my usual salad - then as an after thought I was handed my bread separately (outside bag) wrapped in a napkin. His is the moldy bread I received. Will never return. I love Panera but from my experience it is the slowest "fast food" restaurant. I've gone through the drive thru 3 times and each time I have waited 15-20mins for my order. This timing issue is not ideal for a Momma that has 2 hungry kiddos in the backseat. Not to mention my order has been wrong a couple times and I've just dealt with it due to having the kids in the car. (Not worth the work!) When I went to Panera bread and I got the new strawberry poppyseed salad and I didn't even get a fork with it. And then I they put a piece of bread that was unpackaged that had bites out of it. I placed a large order on the app and was pleased with how quickly the order was filled. When I arrived at the restaurant, I didn't have to wait long for them to bring my food out. Awful. We had been going every Sunday for bagels and tea. More than half the time they are out of bagels by 9am. They simply don't know how to slice a bagel either. I have to ask for hand sliced to even come close to being right. We now drive past this one and go to the one on 380 by Windsong instead. Not worth the trouble. read more

I pulled up to Panera with one person in front of me it took about 10 minutes for the people in front of me to order because they are always out of everything here. They don't even have the bread to make a simple grilled cheese. Visited this Panera in Prosper today and after waiting 20 minutes for my sandwich one of the employees tells me they are out of the sandwich I ordered. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It's frustrating that they don't communicate when out of an item. The way the employee approached me was rude and when i mentioned that I would've rather known when i ordered than waited 20 minutes, her response was "oh well, our front doesn't know when we are out of items" and oh well The manager on duty didn't handle it any better and didn't seem to care about customer service. This place is very slow and cant get the orders right. I mean how hard is it to get 3 items that dont need to be cooked. The last week i odered 2 bagels and one crossont. One day it was wasnt sliced properly. The next day I ordered an everything bagel, they gave me cheese which was horrible. The next day I wanted a cinn, raisin bagel, they gave me a cinm crunch which isnt good.Then i waited at the speaker for almost 10 minutes before I even got my order and there was only a car at the windown. After waiting at the window for my simple order ($16 soup and sandwich) for approx 8 mins I was told they ran out of whl wheat crnby bread. When asked what other bread options where available I waited another 5 mins and was told they found the bread. After leaving the window I attempted to explain to manager Tina Belt via a phone call why I didn't trust a sandwich maker that all of a sudden finds lost bread. Did he/she find a few slices that were dropped on the floor or did they find a few slices hidden in an unauthorized area? Manager Tina Belt was less than interested in listening to my opinion and concerns and spoke over me constantly. I thought Tina Belt's character was so defective as to prevent her from ever being rehabilitated. At the end of the call I asked her for her name and she says sarcastically "What's your name?" Ha Ha- this is what Tina Belts management training taught her to do when addressing concerns. We placed an order online to be delivered. They didn't deliver the correct order. We tried to call and got a message saying something along the lines of "we are very busy during 1130-1, please try and call back outside of lunch hours". Then phone would just ring and ring and no one picked up. What kind of customer service is that?? Is this standard practice for all Panera locations? Ridiculous. I just went to this location for the first time this morning. I could not go in to order bagels so had to do it through the drive-through. Not knowing what they had I asked the gentleman what kind of bagels they had and he seemed very irritated with me. After rambling off all the different kinds I ordered the ones I wanted. I forgot to ask him to slice them and when I got to the window he had already put them in the bag so I had to ask them to slice them. Wasted 28 minutes of my half hour lunch break waiting on food that is ready behind the counter already. I'll be waiting for the team here to finish their on the job training before returning. I've never understood why people like Panera, but my wife wanted it so we gave this new one a try. Still overpriced ($25 for half a sandwich, cup of soup, Mac and cheese, and small salad) for the size and quality of food you get. The amount of meat and cheese they put on your sandwiches is half of what it should be and the amount of lettuce and other greens is twice what it should be. My wife's salad bowl was only 1/3 full. Flavor of most of their food is mediocre and pretty bland. I don't understand how Panera is still in business. read more
