I do know that this Panera Bread isn't user friendly. It's order yourself from a kiosk/computer and the pictures don't very well match the food coming out. I'm a first time patron and I would think I'd have some kind of customer service. It's not like the prices are lower than service helpful related fast casual restaurants because I'm doing most of their work for them. Their pay kiosks also don't work with the chip on the card so more chance for ID theft. If the restaurant is going to be so 2020's then at least update your machines to reflect the rest of your self service motifs. Very disappointing first and probably last visit. read more

First of all they didn't have any bread and their name is panera BREAD. Also forgot the dressing for salad and for some reason couldn't do smoothies at night. Then the chicken in our salads was ice cold like literally came straight out of the freezer cold. Used the drive through. Waited 20 minutes for our turn and after we placed the order, waited another 15 minutes. Asked what's going on, they answered that our food was given to the car in front of us. Also, asked for an Americano. Staff did not know what I was talking about it even though I have ordered it at other locations many times and they even have a button for it on their POS system! I explained what it is. They came back three times to ask questions about it. You would think a mega company like this would train properly. Terrible! Panera is my "go to" when I travel to other cities for work so I was excited this location was opening so close to home. Always dirty , always out of items, long wait for food, food is not what you get at any other location, overall just awful!!! I gave this location two tries and won't be back! So normally I would be confused by a Panera having such a low rating. But, dirty silverware, dirty tables, meh food, just not one of the better Panera's. Me and my friend went here for lunch and it took over 30 minutes for us to get our food took up most of our lunch break. We had to rush to eat our food within 15 minutes so we could get back to work. Very disappointed! I have lived here for about 15 years and was looking forward to finally getting places to eat without having to drive to Frisco. Well ate here soon after it opened. I order a barbecue chicken flatbread with mac and cheese. My flatbread was mainly spinach and very little chicken and a splash of bbq sauce and to top it off it was burnt and I mean charred black, chipping burnt. My mac and cheese was bland. I shook it off to being new, new employees, etc. Well today I returned to grab a yummy ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a french toast bagel. The boy who took my order stared at me like a deer in head lights, like I ordered something foreign or on a "secret" menu. He walked away and came back with a lady who also seem perplexed by my request. She then asked me "French toast?" And I said, "bagel". She then informed me, that they were out of bagels but did have a sesame bagel. Its 9:30am and you are already out of bagels? Again, very disappointed. I tried to give them a second chance and they yet again failed. Not sure they will get a third shot. And as you can see I am not the only one disappointed with them as they barely have a 1.5 star rating. After being a loyal Panera customer at several chains in different states over the years I can say I haven't ever received the indecency or level of unprofessionalism I had at this particular one tonight, my order was placed, after waiting longer than 30 minutes on a Monday I was upset but what happened next left me in shock. I had checked my order after going to my car only to find out it didn't have my Turkey Sandwich in there... too some it may not mean much but after years of loyalty and several thousands of dollars spent when you ask to speak with a general manager it is usually resolved however after asking several times, I was treated as if I was a wanderer off the street, not only was I refused my plea, I was asked to leave promptly, no obscenities were exchanged nor was I underhanded in my statements, I simply asked "Nick" which I assume was a team lead of some sort or an employee to correct the mistake which was met with an abrasive resistance and called a liar even with my receipt proving I did in fact order and pay for what I did not receive. After this experience I will never visit another Panera bread, I refuse to help keep in business an organization that's willing to allow an individual or group of individuals to completely embarrass me and not allow a refund nor a compensation for their own mistake. I usually don't write reviews but this experience has illicited this response, I will steer clear of Panera and encourage my family and friends to do the same. read more

I placed a to go order that included Mac n cheese. There was a group of over 10 students that ordered after me. I waited 30 minutes before asking where my order was because I saw several students in the group after me receive their food. The employees acted like they didn't have any record of my order although the screen on the wall in the restaurant had me as the most current order that was being prepared. The manager came out and told me that they didn't have any Mac n cheese. I asked him did they not know that 30 mins ago??? I got my refund and left. I think a lot of these reviews are not taking in consideration the Panera hasn't been open a month. I've been there 3 times and probably 4 times in the drive through. I've had the same young lady (tall, thin, 18isgh) each time. She is always very present and goes out of her way to check my orders and makes sure I'm happy before driving off. I've heard people scream at her in line and she is always very professional and smiling. I take it they may be short staffed because this girl was in the window at 7am when i drive thru with the kids and then at 3pm when they wanted a snack after school...always smiling and accommodating. If they have more girls like her they will have 5 stars in no time. read more

I got there at 10:30am today and by the time the girl got to the counter rang me up ...she had no idea what she was doing... couldn't find my rewards number... it was 1034 and she said breakfast no longer served because it's 1030 cut off when your menu on your website clearly says 11 AM . I got the Napa almond sandwich on a croissant, and it came out delicious and fast! Perfect pricing, perfect server. She was very sweet and charming, I believe I caught her name was Riley. WORST PANERA LOCATION EVER! OH my goodness what a waste of time and money. Spent over 30-minutes in the drive thru - yes it was 1:17pm, so I did not expect it to speedy-service, but it could have moved a lot faster. As far as my salad w/chicken...it was lettuce, mainly lettuce core pieces that I don't eat and barely 3 slivers of sliced chicken. Just terrible for the price I paid. OH and how GROSS IT IS to receive the baguette loose and plopped on top of the napkin...eh, no I did not eat that, who knows who else touched it with their bare hands. I really like Panera, but this location just sucks. I wish I would have read these reviews first and just avoided it all together. My bad, but won't happen again. read more

I hosted a small lunch party at this Panera. I was very impressed by the service. Kristen helped me with my in-house catering order and she was so easy to communicate with and constantly made sure everything was just as we wanted. Very impressed overall, food like always was delicious. I definitely recommend this Panera for any event, they have a small section towards the back where you can decorate and secluded yourself from other guests. Thanks Panera! read more

Saturday night, 10/5, one person ahead of me in the drive-thru and then my turn at the window. 10 minute for the vehicle ahead of me, then 10 minutes at the window for a cup of soup and half order salad. I have never had to wait this long at a Panera before. The seating area was full of dirty tables, the soda machine was out of many options, napkins and such needed to be replenished and the food never made it to my table. terrible service! i waited 20 minutes to receive 3 bagels, during the time i waited i noticed that the lady distributing the plates just left for like 5 minutes while the entire counter top filled with plates. not only that but when i asked for cream cheese they told me it would be an additional charge but they would "wave it" this time. I felt that it was only fair since i waited so long. when i asked for 3 plain cream cheeses the boy working found 2 and his coworker told him where to find the other. so i decided to wait while he went to go get it and to my surprise, the 10 more minutes i waited for 1 additional cream cheese he decided to inform his coworker that he didnt go. I decided to just leave without it. this hasnt been the first time that their customer service has been terrible, i will not be returning read more
