Salad was soggy and lettuce was brown. When I called they said that it couldn't be because it's prepared fresh in the morning..... I know what I attempted to eat. My tomatoe tastes mushy like baby food. General manager said she'd send a gift card but failed to ask for my address. I asked her if she needed it and she said ok THEN wrote it down. Fast forward a week, I should have gotten the gift card in the mail and she said she sent it but will send another one. Sure is funny I've never had a problem with my mail. I thought everything was good. I ordered the turkey avocado blt and it tasted yummy. My only complaint is that the avocado was very light on one side of the sandwich and a lot on the other half. It's your typical Panera experience. I always get a combo meal, this time it was a cup of french onion soup and some mac and cheese. Both were very tasty and in good portions. The mac and cheese was extra creamy, which I liked. The soup went well with the bread that was on the side. Overall, not a bad restaurant. The service was friendly and fast. The food was not anywhere as good as everyone else seems to think it is. I got a two item combo with french onion soup and the chipotle chicken sandwich. The chicken in the sandwich was bland and chewy, like it had been microwaved. The soup was different temperatures- The bottom was warm, the middle cold, and the top slightly above room, with the cheese not being melted or spread over the top but just as a clump in the middle. I came on Saturday, it's Tuesday and they still don't have their toaster for bagels is still not working. This place is not as good as when it opened. Some times around 8:30 they already don't have bagels or souflles. However the staff on Saturday was extremely nice. Today not so welcoming. Quality of the food is decent however they have a major issue with the online ordering and rapid pickup system. First off majority of the time their inventory in store is not up to date with the inventory on the ordering application. And probably about 40% of the time when you order ahead online or through the application for example the night before when you come in to pick it up it is not ready. This is been an ongoing thing with them. I order regularly from them and have probably ordered on average about 10 - 12 times a month including breakfast items Bagel packs and offered him spending in excess of $40 per order to order stuff for my stuff for work. And literally 40 to 50% of the time it is not ready when I get there. So the moral of the story is if you're going to order from them do not believe their rapid pick-up order system. Plan on being there at least 10 minutes early maybe even longer if it's Rush Hour even if you order online because odds are they would have screwed it up. I have spoken to multiple managers there and I've asked to speak to the regional manager as well however over the course of the last two years nothing has changed. read more

I'm a fan of Panera and now having one in the Riverpark close to our house is great! The entry way of the restaurant really isn't big enough. People are always crammed into a small space. Most of the staff is friendly, but I did get a rude gal the other day. VERY important that if nothing else we are happy with the staff it will keep customers coming back at the end of the day! read more
