Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Toasted Frontega Chicken. From The one on colley avenue.

Food is very bland. If you really wish to go to Panera, go to the one on Colley Ave. It was a waste of money to be honest.

First bite of my breakfast sandwich and I found some kind of wrapper INSIDE the sandwich, almost causing me to CHOKE ‍ Spoke with Danny (manager), who expressed that he would give me a full refund and also send out another sandwich. So now I wait, will updated soon. Update: Danny did send another sandwich, but I specifically asked in my first order for EXTRA chipotle aioli sauce. After speaking with him, I did ask that he added the extra chipotle sauce on the side. Do you think I got it??? No? The second sandwich was much more dry than the first. Nah, this isn't it

I said I'd never come back here after my last bad experience, but I was craving their chicken noodle soup & Blueberry muffins. I ordered and paid online for curbside pickup. I also ordered a cranberry orange muffin & 2 cinnamon buns. The pickup was smooth & the staff member was friendly. I appreciated the ability for me to stay in the car because it's so cold Outside. This experience was much better. So, I'm updating my review.

Mrs Karen front counter was so helpful and sweet to my husband and I. This is our first time trying Panera bread and it was really good! Expensive yes lol but good. Thank you Mrs Karen for being patient and walking us through the menu with multiple choices! Nice sit in area and very clean dining

Had their New Mexican Street Corn Soup yesterday and it was so delicious. Paired it with a sandwich and it was so good I could've ate a bigger bowl of soup and skipped the sandwich. Just the right amount of spice with it as well.

Love how they display the beverage of choice sugar fact!

I love the booths at this location as they are near windows so you get plenty of sunlight. I don't care for the parking lots as much as they don't connect but this area is fairly crowded with businesses. The food is really good and fresh. I frequent this particular one often as it's closest to my home. Next time I'll bring my iPad since there is wifi and it's never really crowded in here.

NO CLEANING! I don't know what this location is thinking. Even when it's not a pandemic tables should be wiped down and cleaned after customers leave. The place was a mess, trash and crumbs and dirty tables everywhere. We were waiting for our food for 30 mins. and in that whole time did not see one employee out from behind the counter, cleaning or anything, even as people left. Irresponsible and just gross

The menu has a variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps and salads that everyone will find something they will enjoy. I grabbed the Bayville Farms roast beef with Havarti cheese with a house dressing. This was on a nice French bread and was a very solid sandwhich. It had a nice slice of the Havarti and was really good. My wife had the Lynnhaven roasted chicken breast, Pimento Cheese, bacon, spinach, tomato and basil spread on ciabatta bread. Again this was a pile of meat and vegetables on a good piece of bread. Both of these came with a bag of Route 18 potato chips that are locally made. The service was real quick and delivered to our outside table within minutes of finishing grabbing our sodas. While they also offered inside seating, we sat outside because it was warm and comfortable in the sun. Both are good options for the spirit of the moment. Once we left we drove by other Taste restaurant we then realize this was a chain that I would not have an issue visiting another one. This was a quick and very enjoyable lunch

They sell different vegan dishes and most have what they call kush in them. It seems to be some sort of grain, but I really don't know. But I do like it. They have Alfredo, nachos, Mac n cheese, desserts, and smoothies. Some of the food is reasonable and some is pricey. A few desserts were $10-$15. I wanted to try them, but not for that price. We placed our order and looked around the store. They have updated the store/restaurant, so it's a more modern vibe. You can read books or hang out inside, so that's cool. The restroom was clean. There was plenty of seating to dine in. The store side sells books, crystals, jewelry, and more!! The cashier and cook were both very friendly!! I'm not vegan so I stick to what taste familiar to me to be safe. The chili is good, you wouldn't even know it's vegan. Definitely get the vegan nacho cheese to kick it up a notch. It also comes with chips. The alfredo came with veggies and kush. I'm glad it was saucy. I got it fully loaded so it came with a hash brown on top also. It was pretty good, but could use a little more seasoning to elevate the taste.. The last time I ate here the portions were a little larger, they seem to be noticeably smaller this time, so that's the only difference I've noticed. The kush usually confuses my stomach for a few days afterwards. It also may make you feel full faster but, I think it's worth trying. If your a vegan you should check them out, but even if you're not you can probably find something to try! Check them out!!

Each sip brought back such sweet nostalgia, reminding me of the butter pecan ice cream my parents adored. And let me tell you about the sweet potato cheesecake--it whisked me right back to my Southern grandmother's kitchen, blending the comforting embrace of her baking with the delightful taste of cheesecake. I savored these heavenly desserts for nearly a week, relishing every moment!

There is a window view to the outside porch and surrounding area.plenty of parking. Service is a definite 5: you're greeted with a smile as you enter. I relayed that it's my first time and the hostess/wait staff was so helpful telling me about their did used on the board and their popular items. I ordered the green goddess sandwich with chicken salad (you can alternatively order chickpea salad) and a side of kale salad. The sandwich was really delicious: fresh alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, chicken salad. The kale salad had bacon and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. It was a tad salty but it probably just because of mg taste buds! I couldn't finish the sandwich so I was given containers for my sandwich salad and was provided a foam cup for my coffee. Now the super service treat: the owner Susan came out to chat with another customer. Susan seemed so personable and accommodating, provided the other customer a taste of the burrito of the day: pulled pork, beans and all the wonderful ingredients. Susan unsuspectingly gave me a slice of her buttermilk pie (cereal crust!), as if to give me something that pairs well with my coffee. THANK YOU Susan for your generous and scrumptious gift!!! And lastly: apologies to the wonderful hostess/waitress - I unintentionally gave her extra cleanup work as I spilled my coffee on the porch! Will definitely make ig up to her she. Quite literally almost every single day. And this is my honest review. The food is 10/10. I haven't had anything from here that I have not liked. The chicken soup is my favorite thing on the menu, as I have a lot of health issues that makes it harder for me to eat than most, so it's nice to have something so delish and easy to eat. I had it for dinner for 5 days straight last week. The service. I've only had one wonderful server here. We came in last night and got service that made me want to write this review. The servers here really need to learn to write orders down. So far 5 of my trips here, the servers haven't written anything down and had messed up almost every single thing we ordered. Which makes ME feel like a burden because then of course "it wasn't their fault". Even when you ask them to write things down, they're still cocky and don't. Towards the end of our night, we hadn't seen our server in a VERY long time. Didn't come back to ask if we needed refills ONCE after we got our food. We literally didn't see her again. We then were being helped by a man who made it feel like we were being shoved out the door. I still tipped 20% but I'm truly regretting it now. That was a $22 tip that honestly no one deserved. Even the woman who was delivering food for the server was getting annoyed because she kept bringing out the wrong items, because the server didn't remember everything we told her. I'll probably just continue getting takeout from here because truly I'm not a fan of the service at all. I'm sick of tipping culture especially at restaurants like this, where food is a bit pricey, so two people ends up being over $100, and that's automatically a $20 tip. I recommend eating here. But for takeout.
