I think the quality of the food is on point, I think that the prices are a bit high for the quantity that you get. As reported on the post from the Panera in Plaistow, NH the food comes in pre-measured and in baggies. Lots of cutting baggies, especially for the pastas and heating in microwaves. Tried this place again, ordering salads this time. What a skimpy salad! Though my husband and I both ordered different types, there was no more than an inch of greens in either of our bowls. Has the price of romaine gotten to be too high for this place? We recently stopped at two Panera restaurants in other states and the salad bowls were filled to the rim! And for the price Panera charges, that is certainly appropriate! We will NOT be coming back to this particular Panera restaurant again. We were in Nashua NH, and needed a quick but good dinner at around 7pm on a weeknight...I was starving. Usually, Panera Bread is pretty consistent with their offerings, but not wanting take a chance, we ordered the thing they had on their board in the biggest picture, presumably, their specialty/featured meal, the thai chicken salad. I sat down to eat it, and after rifling through most of the lettuce, I discovered the chicken was FROZEN! They must've grabbed their evenly portioned cup of chicken from the back of the refrigerator. What a bust. Did I say anything? No, I was halfway through the lettuce, and after a long day, I was too tired to argue with them or wait for something else. In terms of quality, I thought that the food was very delicious. I got the "You pick 2" option and ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt (along with bread as a side). I thought that the soup was tasty however it could have been a bit more hot. The sandwich was amazing. It had a lot of flavor and kept me wanting more. In terms of price and quantity, this place is a rip off. I paid $10 for my meal and I felt as if I ordered from a kids menu. I felt as if the side of bread did most of the job of filling me up. Food was great (5 stars) Service was good, kind of slow (3 stars), waiting at the cash register, was kind of slow processing customers in front of me. Inside, was kind of dirty in the seating area. I would have given 5 stars, if it was cleaner. If I walk into a restaurant, and see that it is dirty in the front area, then I would hate to see what it looks like in the kitchen. :( read more

it's panera. they have everything you could dream of in their bakery. my husband and i always get the same thing, but it's so good it makes us come back. sometimes with their lattes they'll do too much chocolate or caramel but that's okay if you like it. another thing is that they will overcook the egg but everything else is top notch. read more

It's Panera, and they are all more or less the same. The pastries and breads are all acceptable (and occasionally very good) and the quantity means they have something you will enjoy. I have stopped by several times when I had to grab dessert for a last minute event. They have always been well recieved. I find myself stopping by for a soup and half a sandwich about twice a month. The sandwichs are good, not great, but good. The soup is sometimes very, very good. (The cream of chicken and wild rice is very tasty. But I am a sucker for wild rice.) I haven't found a sandwich yet that I drool over, but I am still looking. (Any suggestion one which one I should try?) This site does have free wifi, and it doesn't seem to ever get too full that I feel bad about hogging a table. It's sort of cool to munch on your sandwich and finish making your travel plans. I love that everything is made onsite and their French Toast Bagel is the best bagel I have ever tasted! It is good with cream cheese or as a breakfast sandwich. When I lived in Nashua I enjoyed grabbing a Caesar salad on my way to work. Ooo and once I picked up a cinnamon raisin bread and when we cut it open it oozed cinnamon. It was gooey and delicious. I visited Panera 8 Spit brook Nashua on 10th March @ 7:00pm. My objective was to buy a family dinner. I freely admit some fault on my part in that I stupidly trusted your staff and failed to chack my receipt or the contents of the package. The first problem was that your bread shop was out of popular bread and your bakery shop was out of popular cookies. I asked about the soup serving sizes and was led through a confusing description of "cup" vs "bowl" vs breadbowl. I finally got the cashier to understand that I wanted 2 x 12 oz containers, not two bowls. I also ordered two greek salads, a cubano and a pastry. When I arrived home, I had one bowl of soup, two limp salads obviously made many hours earlier, with no dressing of any kind, let alone Greek, some slices of what appeared to be Wonderbread substituted for the missing crusty baguette. Literally, slices of bread thrown in the side of the bag without any sanitary wrapping as if they were to feed the ducks. Some advice: If you don't want to offer a full menu in the evening, Don't open your doors. Don't oblige unsuspecting customers to pick over leftovers just because you don't want to bake another batch. Train your staff to describe your product simply and clearly, and se their expectations that they should be paying attention to their jobs, not counting the minutes to closing time. read more

Good sandwiches but poor communication and customer service. Ordered "phone pick up" at 12.53 pm and was told "10 mins". I was right across at the neighboring plaza and waited about 20 mins before I walked down to Panera. When I arrived at around 1.20 pm; my order was still not ready. That was fine by me. It was lunch time and they were busy.. The lady at the front told me that they are preparing it at the back. So I waited another 20 mins... Still no order.. I asked to speak with the manager of the store. Her name was Diliana and she failed to recognize the miscommunication between the person who took the phone call and the person who would prepare the order.. Waited in line for 15 mins. Place looked filthy. Finally got to order my turkey club. It was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. Turkey was slimy, flavorless and cut super thick. The lettuce was dripping with water and made the bread soggy. The cheese barely covered one half the sand which. The tomatoe was mushy and flavorless. On top of that it was thrown together carelessly and falling apart on the plate...I had to reconstruct the whole thing at my table, looked like a 2 year old made it. Last Saturday I went to buy a loaf of bread at Panera on Spit Brook Rd. There were three people behind the counter. Not one of them could tell me what kind of bread was on the bottom shelf. We finally determined it was sourdough. They did ask me if I wanted it sliced. I said no and they said that was a relief because not any of them knew how to use the slicer.m II think before you let new employees in front of the public they should some sort of training! Opening hours are a little bit unpredictable, Ive been stranded at their front door before, only to find out they decided to open an hour late that day. Generally they open at 6:00 am, so count on 6:30. At least I found out today they open at 6:30 on a Sunday and wanted to share that here, so that maybe I can save someone a phone call. read more

I come to this Panera about 3 times a month. I noticed the sandwiches always seem thrown together. Salads are good but not sandwiches. Four days ago I was at the Panera in Camp Hill PA and my sandwich was delicious. It was full of turkey, cheese and sliced apple , with some arugula on cranberry bread. It was well made and delicious. I ordered the same thing at the Panera here on Spitbrook Rd in Nashua. My sandwich had little turkey, a slice of cheese, some apple coleslaw that had soaked through my bread and a lot of arugula. It looked like it was thrown together in about 15 seconds. I couldn't get over the difference. I feel this Panera is like a fast food restaurant that is just worried about pushing the food out as fast as they can. I did say something and to their credit, they remade my sandwich. Chelsea couldn't have been kinder. I really feel this location needs to remember that $5.99 for half a sandwich is not inexpensive and they should prepare the food as if they were in a regular restaurant with some care and attention to detail. It would serve them well in the long run. I hope we can see an improvement over time. There is a new restaurant around the corner called "Pressed" that might give them completion. Terrible customer service! Tried to call to order food for a pickup and was put on hold for over 5 min. Had my boyfriend call and he finally was able to place an order but was told it would be 20 min. When I got there to pick up my order the girl was rude and said she had been the one who had put me on hold and couldn't get back to the phone...no apologies...apparently phone orders are not accommodated here and customer service is not a priority! I have rarely had a problem when eating in a Panera, and if I find an issue with my food, it is always taken care of. Unfortunately this does not go for take-out. We ordered a bowl of "Bistro" Onion Soup and a Southwest Chicken Tortilla Bowl. What a waste of money! My husband ordered at the restaurant and brought it home. The onion soup came without the Gruyere cheese, and the "Bowl" of Southwest Chicken Tortilla "soup" was 1/2 full and the soup was missing several ingredients, namely pumpkin seeds, corn, lime, and cilantro. I also had a difficult time finding several other ingredients in the soup. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the menu! I would also suggest that you check your order before leaving with take-out (of course it would have been difficult in this case, considering that there were 2 containers of soup.) No more take-out from this Panera. read more
