Delicious Vietnamese cuisine! I recommend getting Pho or Bun Bo Hue. Service is quick and workers are super friendly.

Food: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Food here is pretty good, definitely authentic to Viet roots. The meat in the chicken pho was a little tough but they give you a ton of it. There is only one size but the portion is a little small otherwise, could use more noodles, but the broth is incredible. Some of the best pho broth I've found in New England so I keep coming back. Service is so kind, someone before me had left melted ice cream under our table and I stepped on it, and I don't blame the restaurant honestly because cleaning under the table after every customer is not typical if you don't see anything, but they were offering to move us to another table and helped put down napkins over the spill when I said it was okay and we didn't have to. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls is always delicious. Ambiance is not the cleanest and quite simple but very cozy and homie. I've been three times and would still go back, the food is overall delicious.

Service is so timely and quick. The pho is amazing. I've gone to many different pho restaurants across the country and this one is by far the best. The broth is so flavorful. Ambiance is very family style. Parking lot is always full but there's street parking as well you can snag. The owner works constantly and is super kind and attentive. Highly recommend!!

My favorite place in NH thus far-for eating Vietnamese soup, and noodle bowls. I usually get a Pho tai(rare beef) or the Pho tai chin, he likes the Bun Bo Hue. The BBQ meat dishes are very favorful. We usually share an avocado boba shake. The fresh rolls are pretty tasty as well as the egg rolls, but I'd recommend getting them with the pork, and shrimp rice noodle bowl combos. I've probably eaten here 10 times and it always is consistently good. New Pho is a top pick when in the area

My fiancé and I stopped here on a chilly Monday night to finally check this place out after passing by it numerous times. We shared an order of Ga Dac Biet (popcorn chicken), Tai Gau (a beef noodle soup) and Mi Kathung (wide noodles sautéed with chicken and veggies). Everything was delicious but I particularly enjoyed the noodle dish and my fiancé liked the popcorn chicken because of how crunchy the coating was while the chicken stayed juicy. The waitress was extremely polite and made it a point to welcome us when she found out it was our first visit there. We look forward to going back and trying some of there Korean dishes next time. It's nice to know there is some delicious Asian cuisine near us without having to drive to HMart in Burlington.

It seems that they've significantly reduced their portion sizes since they've become popular. The parking lot is always full yet my stomach isnt when I leave. $17 for a small bowl of pho is not worth it when MA has double the portions. The tiny beef skewers are also a joke.

The atmosphere at this location is just the beginning! The service is quick, friendly, and welcoming. Then there is the food. The BBQ Bean Curd is an absolute slice of heaven over rice (or rice noodles) complimented by fresh crisp veggies. The sauces are balanced and the dish was perfectly executed. Pro tip: Oolong tea for the W!!!

I just wish the broths were boiling beforehand because the table heats up pretty slowly. Aside from that, they have a really nice hotpot combo for $23.50 during dinner time and you can pick one broth, one carb, one protein, and it comes with a vegetable bouquet, so I think it's pretty affordable as long as you don't order any extras. It's individual hotpot so you don't have to share pots and worry about sharing. The mala broth is superb and I think it's so flavorful because they use pho broth as the base. It does get sweeter as it boils down, but I guess I kind of prefer that over regular hotpot that gets saltier over time. They have a nice sauce bar with a good variety and even have pickled onions and jalapeños. If you're looking for a spicy and zesty sauce you can try my usual combo of: garlic, chili peppers, barbecue sauce, cilantro, scallions, red vinegar, and squeeze two slices of lime. The meat quality is not bad. They have meat combo platters as well if you want to order more meat on the side. I tried the blue jolly expecting it to taste sour like a blue jolly rancher, but it was more sweet and too strong for my liking. I tried the lychee green tea and it was not bad, a subtle taste of lychee. Aside from that the place is pretty big and they also have a separate bar room that you can eat in as well since this place was a tavern/club. Anyways I'm going again for the 3rd day in a row!

Everything for hot pot was wonderful. The night we went was a Thursday at 6pm, we were one of 4 tables there. Drinks were meh. We waited a really really long time to be greeted, choose drinks on their signature menu to make it quicker, then waited an equally long time for drinks. Then we waited well past the time we had finished our drinks to give our order. Waited for water. Never could ask for a refill of water or beverage. Our server mostly was back in the kitche Only one person there could make drinks and they also had tables they were waiting on. Despite those challenges people were very nice and kind. We'd go back to give it another try in hopes the wait wasn't quite so long and drinks weren't so blah.

Every dish I've ever tried was flavorful, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. You can tell a lot of heart goes into the cooking here. On top of that, the staff is wonderful -- friendly and genuinely welcoming, which always makes us feel valued as guests. Unfortunately, I have to rate my current experience four out of five stars due to an issue that significantly impacted our meal. While we were eating, there were cockroaches crawling on the wall near us, which was extremely unsettling and completely tainted the experience. It made it very difficult to continue enjoying our food, despite how delicious it was. I say this with sincerity: if the restaurant can fully address the cleanliness concerns, including any cockroach or rodent issues, I truly believe this place can return to being a solid five-star restaurant. The food and the people are already there -- it just needs that final, crucial piece to match the quality of everything else.
