Early morning breakfast I found a lovely sunny morning spot, with comfy seats, and a 420 calorie breakfast sandwich, the chiabatta (think crusty but tender bread) ham, egg & cheese. I customize with added tomato and a shake of everything bagel seasoning. I usually do drive through but I had some time this morning. Plenty of parking and seating inside and on front patio. I usually get the iced coffee but today I mixed papaya green iced tea ( sweetened) with iced black tea (unsweetened). Ordering in person or at a stand with iPad ordering. Lovely staff in kitchen greeting you once you come to pick up order when called out or text to let you know order is ready. Clean and bright restaurant. read more

This Paneras lousy rating is well deserved. This location is closest to my current employer. 6:30 is when it is supposed to open. Very rarely is it ready to open at 6:30, if it does then it could mean the self kiosks aren't working, or the coffee isn't ready. After periodic visits over the course of a month, I'd rather readjust my schedule than stop here. That's on top of stopping here first thing on a Monday and seeing the bussing containers overloaded from Sunday. This location is poorly managed. Out of the three Paneras that are closest to my house I pretty much refuse to go here. Find other options! read more

You can clearly tell when a business no longer sells something versus when the manager working can't be bothered to serve their customers. Broccoli cheddar soup is a staple I've been banking on my entire pregnancy but okay guess they only sell regular Mac now. Ridiculous. The only place that didn't smell like sewerage was the bathroom, which smelled like industrial air freshener. The individual who was working at the counter was too busy scraping burned cookie trays to bother talking orders, until the kiosks stopped working and then they took orders. Our order had multiple mistakes, none of the correct sides and nothing was the correct temperature. On a positive note, we didn't get food poisoning. read more

Our to go, order was lacking, finesse, serving containers hardly even half full, and the overall quality is stale, leaving much to be desired. Save the money, save the aggravation, and go somewhere else. If I would have listen to my own advice, I wouldn't of wasted money at this Panera and then have to go to eat 'n Park to get a decent meal. I am confused on this one for the 1.9 score. It looks brand new and was very clean. Semi busy and the staff was fine. The pricing is misleading but that is not the staff's fault. The order half a sandwich and half soup special is no special just the full price of each so the cost was $14. I did question it. It is just telling you have an option to have smaller portions, but no savings. Cheaper to just order a whole sandwich or salad. Do not mix. $38 for two people. 2 half salads and two soups and two drinks. read more

Do not use this Panera for catering. This was my experience... I work for a large local nonprofit. I placed a Catering order by phone with the catering manager. I had placed a similar order a year ago for the same annual event. It's not a huge event, but lunch for15 - 17 people. This time I added in some of the passionfruit green tea, in addition to half sandwiches and salads, which comes with pickles, chips, baguettes, and cookies. When I placed the order, the catering manager double checked with me that we are a tax exempt organization. I confirmed that to her and said that our office manager would call with our tax exempt number when she called with our credit card number to pay for the order. She did call the same day and gave Panera both the credit card and the tax exempt ID. I had to stay on-site on the day of the event, so our office manager ran over to pick up the order. We are not even 10 minutes away. She arrived with the food and all looked good. After lunch, she mentioned to me that she had noticed that we were charged tax on the receipt. She said she would call Panera to get the tax removed. She called the same day and was told that they did not know how to remove it, and would call her back. Life goes on...We than ran into Thanksgiving break. In talking with my coworker on the Monday after Thanksgiving, she mentioned that she had not heard back from Panera and that also we were charged a $35 tip on the receipt. Now if we had had them deliver it, I would gladly pay for delivery. But we did not. I asked her to email me the receipt. I called Panera the next morning and spoke to the catering manager who said she had meant to get back to me about the tax. She said they could credit it back, could I give her the credit card information again. The way our organization works, only the office manager has the credit card. So, 1. Why was it charged if they had the tax exempt information from the start? 2. Why didn't they call the person back who inquired about the charge? I work from home. It's not like I can walk into the office next to mine and get the credit card. I expressed my frustration to the catering manager and she put the GM on the phone. I explained my concern with her and she said that they simply don't keep credit cards on file. I do understand that, from a security perspective. I explained that I am not in the office, so therefore I didn't have access to the credit card. I then expressed that I was not happy about being automatically charged a $35 gratuity when we picked up the order. The GM stated that the person who picked up the order had to sign for it and at that time added the tip. I said I was quite sure that we didn't add that tip, but she insisted that there's no other way the tip could've been added. ????? I reconfirmed with my office manager that she did NOT add a tip, because she is the one who raised the red flag about the tip in the first place. She said that she did NOT sign anything to pick up the order - the receipt was pre-printed and already in one of the 2 bags. The ineptitude about the tax exempt snafu is disappointing, but to blatantly add on a $35 tip? Very sketchy. So my small project budget lost $56 and I won't be using this Panera again. My best advice: Check your receipts carefully before you leave and watch your credit cards there. read more

We stayed at the Pittsburgh AirportHilton and there was a Panera next door. Haven't been to a Panera in several years so lots of changes including ordering through touch screen kiosks. We had difficulty just ordering a capuchinno, only to find out they were out of espresso at the very end. Ordered a bagel but they had no margarine, peanut butter or jam. We were very excited when this Panera opened and went several times within a few weeks. Each time something was missing, once I got salad and they forgot the bread , another time my wife got a turkey and avocado club and they forgot the avocado. C'mon man .. those are pretty big things to forget. When they do remember the bread, they hand tear it off the loaf and just toss it in the bag, napkins and forks all mixed up with my bread man, wtf. Drive through is closed. Cashier said due to staffing issues, which is bizarre as they seem to have a full compliment of staff. No social distancing measures employed inside. If you're in the Moon area and you're wanting to get lunch/dinner, I highly recommend you avoid this location at all costs. They're extremely overpriced for the amount of food they give you and the quality of it. Everything you get tastes frozen. They don't give you enough food to feed the average person for the price so 9 times outta 10, you're going to leave still hungry. I've tried this place 3 times and all 3 times, they've messed up my order. The staff is extremely rude as well and makes you feel like you're imposing on them because you want to order lunch and they actually have to do their job. Management needs to hire new employees that actually want to work there and teach them how to treat customers, especially when the customer is nice and trying to be as friendly as possible. I wish I could give this less than 1 star. We are visiting Pittsburgh and after 6hrs of travel we were starving! We ordered using the app and selected the first option when we selected Pittsburgh as location. Note: the app didn't have location services working. I have screen shots of the error. So... we placed it and realized it was the wrong Panera (both had the word university in the location). We called, waited 15 minutes, and the manager said that Panera was 20 minutes away, so we canceled the order (he couldnt transfer). We reordered on the app and on checkout it said we can't have 2 orders at once! So... we walked to Panera from our hotel to place the order in person. We arrived at 8:02. I don't expect much from Panera. I know going in that I'm going to get mediocre over priced food. I stopped in at this new location, and dined anyway. I got half a tuna sandwich and tomato soup. While the tuna was tasty, my sandwich must have been part of some corporate cost cutting initiative. Bread, lettuce, tomato and a few scraggly onions with a wisp of tuna salad. Come on guys...you charges me 11 bucks. The same cost cutting must have been extended to the soup because it was warm at best. Absolutely one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. My gf and I both ordered sandwiches and her bread was moldy. By the time she found out that I already finished my sandwich. This place was absolutely amazing. There is a large selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, drinks, and many more. They also have a kid's menu. The music is not too loud, and the Tables are comfortable. The wait time is not too long, and the food is delicious. My only complaint is that it is in walking distance from the airport, and there is an airplane zooming over us every five minutes. Very good place. If you like grilled cheese or salad, I definitely recommend this place. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I tried ordering the strawberry poppyseed salad and they didn't have it. I tried ordering another salad and they didn't have that one either. Then I settle with a Greek salad and after I paid I was told that they did not have Greek dressing so I got balsamic dressings instead. I get my salad and Mac and cheese and the salad was absolutely disgusting due to it being drenched in dressing and was way smaller than it was supposed to be. In addition to this the Mac and cheese was still FROZEN when served!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Pretty sure they actually ran out of lettuce for my salad that's how small it was. we ordered from Panera this afternoon for delivery, we received our order how ever, the fruit cup had 4 pieces of fruit , we also ordered bread bowl , the bread was just tossed inside the bag randomly not in a plastic or paper bag. if this is the quality service that Panera Bread does now? i will no longer order anything else from this location or any Panera bread .also the sandwich that we ordered also not put in a container was basically wrapped in a napkin . She was refilling cup lids.. Baguette bread (supposedly) was like mush. Every Baguette I have has was hard and crispy. The place out and out has bad workers. When I questioned the bread a staff member in the back laughed at me. Also the Turkey on the sandwich was so cold almost frozen. I've been in many many Panera's and I have to say this one has some improving to do. I've been in here when it's empty and waited unusually long and today when it was crowded and thus a wait made more sense. The cafe itself is visually stunning and perfectly located. I have always felt Panera food to be overpriced but it's tasty so I indulge. Today, however, I was incredibly turned off by the young lady who was the manager or shift manager. Cedric who took my order was incredibly pleasant and welcoming and made me want to order more but my wallet said no. The young lady preparing orders however was obviously overwhelmed and sadly everyone in the cafe could here tell her employee multiple times in an elevated voice, "I don't care about the people in the drive through. We are 29 minutes behind. I don't care about them. They can walk in." We've all stressed before but in a position of service and especially from someone who obviously was "in charge" it was extremely disappointing. My Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich was delicious until I got to the awkwardly placed full size grape in it but other than that always a refreshing treat. Would I come to this Panera again? Only if time was tight and due to the convenient location. With two other Panera's at Robinson and Settlers who have always exhibited the utmost courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism, I would likely skip this one for the time being. read more

I am obsessed with Panera. OBSESSED. Me and my husband stopped buying groceries a long time ago and we started just getting dinners from Panera because they have a really good veggie sandwich and salads and soups. But there has literally not been a single time that I have gone to this Panera without there being something wrong with our order. 90% of the time it's that they completely forget some thing, whether it's the soup itself that my husband gets or the cookie we get for our son or the baguettes that come on the side. There has never once not been some thing forgotten in our order and then when we tell them that something is missing we get a huge attitude. We have literally gotten home and been missing our veggie sandwich and received a half empty cup of soup instead of the bowl that we ordered. It's insane. I don't know if the people working there just don't give a shit or if they genuinely have ADD but we have gone to this Panera at least 40 times and I can honestly say that there has not been a single time that we've had to correct some thing. read more

I had ordered at 9:00 pm online. They said it would be ready by 9:18. I live about 15 minutes away. When I got there the doors were locked. I could see about 7 or 8 employees there. After about 6 minutes of waving, knocking, and them staring at me a mqnager comes out,unlocks the door and asked rudely what I wanted. I told him I had an online order and he told me i didnt and they closed at 9. I stated it says 10 online and on their door. He told me I was wrong again. I asked the manager for my money back, he walked to the cash register and back in less than 10 seconds without knowing how to spell my long name and said it was done before shutting and locking the door. There was no sorry, no explanation,or anything. The manager that night was rude, did not know what he was talking about, and should be fired. I called the corporate offices when I figured out the manager did not give me a refund. The lady on the phone confirmed that he did not process the refund, that the store is supposed to be open until 10, and that they did not report they needed to close early. She kept apologizing. I will not be back at the Moon twp location anytime soon. They need better management. read more

This is the worst location. I've ordered rapid pick up multiple times and my order is never ready. So much for "rapid". My order was supposed to be ready at 1pm when it was ordered nearly an hour in advance. 35 mins later, it still not ready. Prior to that my last pick up order was taken by another customer & they acted like they didn't want to make it again.
