So I was in Montgomery helping my friend move so we took a lunch break. I love Panera Bread but this spot was so beautiful vs the one I usually go to. This spot was well lit, lots of room, and the display of bakery goods just made you want to get one. My friend knows the staff very well so she was greeted and even asked how her move is coming along. We ordered the soup, cheddar broccoli, and it was so delicious. This place is great for lunch, breakfast, or just want to get some work done.

Turkey bacon avocado with one tiny slice of avocado on it

I would have LOVED my Turkey bacon avocado sandwich if there had been avocado on it... not only was there just one tiny slice, it was also not ripe and if you've ever tasted an unripe avocado, it's hard as a rock. (Picture). I've always loved Panera; and when I say "love", I mean everything from the ambiance being cozy coffee shop vibes and the food being so great. This was before the location moved from the location attached to five guys to the new build stand alone location across the street from the old. It quickly went from coffee shop vibes where you can sit for hours studying or just reading, to an open restaurant with no walls where it does feel socially acceptable to sit there for more than the time you're there to eat. Not only that, but seating is so limited that it feels like people are watching you eat so they can take your seat as soon as you get up. I can't comment on the service as I always order on the app

I love grabbing lunch at Panera. The food is typically very fresh and the atmosphere is perfect for a working lunch or meeting. Lots of fresh salads and breads and other goodies to choose from.

This place definitely deserves its 5 stars…read more Our server Lyle was very polite and took her time to find out the specials and review the menu with us. When we asked about drinks she brought over the bartender Josh, who was just as awesome! He made us a few bartender special beverages and you could taste the passion this man has for the job! Bravo to the staff, if we lived locally this would be a spot we would frequently regular at! The inside of the restaurant felt very grounded and well put together, and the patio looked just as cozy! We were recommended the Caesar salad from a server we ran into outside the restaurant which is what brought us into the restaurant. They make an in house dressing which had great flavor notes! The croutons were nice and airy, and the lettuce was perfectly crispy, a great Caesar salad. We ordered the cowboy burger and the steak sandwhich as our entrees with a side of Brussel sprouts and green beans. The burger was fantastic! Great balance of ingredients and a good size burger, very filling. The steak on my sandwich was so tender but it was a bit salty for my taste. My brussel sprouts also felt a little undercooked, but I still believe this restaurant deserves five stars because of the service they provide and the menu they curated

Fried green tomatoes was ordered for the appetizer... (which i couldn't get to try, allergies')... everyone seemed to have enjoyed them... Everything was great until two of our staff tasted their pineapples that were ontop of their glazed chicken. The fruit didn't taste right so they had to reorder..

The service here was a little slow, but it looked like one man was doing everything with one woman helping with bringing out food and cleaning plates. The man was very attentive and brought everything we needed and got every order perfect, there were just really long wait times between appearances. We ordered sweet and spicy rice cakes as an appetizer, dumpling soup (for the kids), kimchi soup for me, and soybean paste soup for my husband. The banchan came out first. I'm used to all cold dishes, but the fish cakes and one other one came out warm. They were all good, but the cucumbers were a hit for me and my husband, the broccoli/apple/carrot salad was my girls' favorite. We had never tried the rice cakes before, but super glad we did because I'm pretty sure they were our actual favorite item of the evening. The soups all came out still bubbling. The kimchi soup was exactly what I wanted, and exactly what you'd expect for a steaming hot juicy bowl of kimchi soup. So good! I didn't care for my husband's soy bean paste soup, but he ate it over steamed rice and ate the rice cakes on the side and loved it. Both girls liked the dumplings and rice cakes in the dumpling soup, but they liked the broth the most. They didn't care for the egg noodles very much though. The kids did get a kick out of the curtains on the booth. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but we ordered three dishes that I'm pretty sure could have been shared by 2 people each, and we all have leftover for tomorrow now.

Food & service were excellent! We were shocked to stumble upon this gem! Limited options posted…read morefor local restaurants online instead of chains in Montgomery. We didn't know what to expect with the name. But it was delicious!!

Parking is a little odd. There is a paid parking garage next to the Greyhound bus line, but no validation provided by the Thai resturant. There are some Railroad Thai-specifically labeled parking spots behind the resturant under the large covered platform building, but make sure you park in a labeled Thai parking spot and there are only a handfull of them. The Basil roll was good and fresh, but could have used more Basil in it and it would have been nice if the Tofu had been seasoned. The chicken Pad (Pud) Thai was good, and had a surprising amount of chicken and egg and beansprouts in it (a plus), but it was quite odd to be served alongside white rice. Not something I commonly see done and I eat a LOT of Thai food all across the USA. This must be their 'thing' though and I will say it was welcome because the dish itself was really soupy. Traditionally I see this when insufficient time is taken in the Wok to develop the sauce completely. I ordered the top spice level, extra hot, and it did indeed have spice within it; but native Thai nor experienced Thai-food eaters need concern themselves with it being close to 'too spicy'. Overall, it was a good place and I will probably consider returing again in the future.

My go-to at a Panera Bread is usually one of their bagels with cream cheese. Growing up in New Jersey, I am an extreme fan of the breakfast wonder of a bagel with cream cheese. Are the bagels at Panera Bread every bit as good as the bagels in the New Jersey and New York area? Not even close. However, to paraphrase Dorothy from the classic movie "The Wizard of Oz," I am not in New Jersey (riffing off of her line "I have a feeling we are not in Kansas.") and if I want a bagel, I have to choose a bagel shop that the area has. Panera Bread does not have terrible bagels, but they're decent enough to satiate the urge for a bagel and a bagel here is significantly better priced can an airplane flight back to New Jersey. This particular Panera Bread also has a drive-thru, which is pretty cool. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time. Panera Bread does maintain a decent level of consistency throughout their stores and I really have not had an issue ever at any of their locations. Well not the best bagels, they are pretty good and pretty good is the best that I'm going to get outside of New York and New Jersey with the exception of a few isolated bagel shops and there were none around here that I known of so he never bred it was and it did the job.
