Came in eearlt thoi morning and noticed another customer talking to the manager that her coffee had ground in it. The manager tried to show her that it was ok, but it wasn't. I got a decaf and after sipping a bit found ground in my coffee. I asked for the manager and she came out, but did not close it and went in the back. I tried a different pot and found grounds in it. Can't say I will be getting my coffee at this Panera in the future if it's not something they are concerned about. Too bad that I check my change and ask for a receipt and check it. Stopped in for a quick, early lunch on my way to work. The manager was called when I asked about the change that was incorrect. I had to wait and explain to him three times that what he was giving me was still not correct. This manager was clearly rude and not able to handle the issue. He had the change in his hand the entire time. I find it hard to believe as he stated that no one is complaining about incorrect change, etc. Too bad. Do your job and go to the bank. read more

This is about the same as any other Panera. By that, I mean it sucks. The only reason I'm here is because I have a couple hours to kill between meetings and this is one place where you can freely loiter for hours, using the WiFi and nursing a bottomless soft drink. I love Panera food and the layout of their cafes for a spot to get work done. I came in here to work for about an hour and was honestly shocked by the state of the dining room. There was food and trash all over the floor. No one was cleaning it up and I would say more than half the tables were dirty. I had to go to 4 different ones before I found one that had been wiped down. There was nobody taking orders at the counter, so you had to use their ipads for mobile ordering. I'm fine with that, but they were super close together so I was squished next to someone trying to order. My food itself came out quick. The man handing the food over was so friendly and I really enjoyed my grilled cheese and butternut squash soup. Both were fresh and piping hot. I hope the manager here improves the upkeep of this store. No one wants to sit in a dirty dining room and if I had more time, I would have just gone somewhere else yesterday after walking in and seeing the state of it. read more

Stopped here today for lunch since I had some time to kill before my hair appointment. The "express ordering" area needs revamping. It was 4 iPads Shoulder to Shoulder which makes it awkward to order if all are being used. I ordered the choose 2 and picked the Turkey Avocado BLT and the Fiji Apple salad. My order came out maybe 10 minutes after ordering. Even though it was lunch time, there was a decent amount of clean open tables. First time dining in at this Panera and most likely the last. The food was good hence the two stars. I got a you pick two with the chicken frontega sandwich and French onion soup. The taste was there for sure, however there was barely anything on the sandwich. I usually get this sandwich when I visit other locations and have never had this problem. My wife had some rogue ingredients in her green goddess salad that do not go in that salad. Strawberries? A sesame stick or something? I really can't comment on the service because no one was standing at the front counter so we didn't interact with anyone. There are little kiosks you can order on though so we just did that. My main issue with this location is that it is absolutely filthy. If I knew what I was walking into, I would have just ordered to go. Every single table had crumbs all over them but the floors and booth seats were really just unsanitary. There was smashed food all over the floors embedded in the carpet and pieces of peoples food in the booths. I'm so confused how there wasn't one person cleaning anything. Such a shame this place is so close and convenient but I don't think I'd go back. If I'm paying 34 dollars for two meals, I'd like the sandwich to have a bit more to it. read more

I ordered the you pick two. The half Mediterranean veggie sandwich was delicious but the half Greek salad was pathetic. Not even half full and their lettuce was not fresh. So much for the new "era"! This place continues to go from bad to worse. I just came here and saw all of my previous reviews and man, why did I even bother giving them chance after chance after chance??? They were dirty pretty much from the start so I guess I can't be surprised with my most recent experience. We placed an order online. It wouldn't link to my Panera account or my phone number despite having ordered this way before. That was annoying but I checked out as a guest and moved along. I did like the ease of ordering online. We got our food home. I open up my salad, ready to enjoy a nice, fresh salad outside on our deck and lo and behold there is a dark, thick, long, nasty black hair right in my salad. I (luckily) hadn't even taken one bite yet. I was disgusted and immediately threw EVERYTHING in the trash. I made my own salad from the fridge and had a hard time even eating salad, to be honest. My husband isn't usually as grossed out as I am but he agreed that it was completely atrocious. I complained to Panera, submitted a photo of our receipt and have been waiting two months for a refund....two months...TWO MONTHS!!!! First of all, they didn't even offer a full refund despite the fact that I had no desire to eat anything after that and threw everything in the trash. Then, every time I reached out they kept telling me to be patient and that it takes up to 30 days for a refund. We are now at TWO MONTHS (60 days...double the time they told me) so I reached out again this week and they apologized for the delay and told me they put a reward on my Panera card. No thanks! I will NEVER dine here again. It wasn't clean before the pandemic so I certainly don't trust that it is now...especially when they are serving hair in my salad. And the fact that their customer service has been so awful makes it a million times worse. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY! read more

Had a nice lunch here today with my daughter and everything was great. This location has only been open a few weeks, and the staff is doing a great job so far running the place. I hadn't been to a Panera in a while, because I had been feeling that they were raising the prices and serving skimpier portions. Yes, I still think the prices are a bit on the high side ($28 for two you pick two combos and two drinks - almost 15 bucks apiece!?!) because I know of plenty of other places I can get a real nice salad or sandwich and a drink for more like 10 or 12 bucks. But at least today, I felt like the size and quality of the food was more worth it. The place was packed with a line the entire time we were there and the staff handled it smoothly and didn't seem stressed at all. Kudos to them. Since it is on my route to work, I plan to stop in for breakfast sometime if I have a little extra time. I think this Panera is a great addition to the area and will do a good business here. read more

Wow! The soup was absolutely delicious! We had their chicken and rice plus broccoli and cheeses, also comes with a fresh artisan roll. The atmosphere was cozy, as we sat next to the fire place. Cozy not romantic! It's a lunch spot! Anyway, coffee is always fresh and it's a great place to get some work done or catch up on emails with your iPad! Panera is in a great location with lots of parking. There are a ton of great shops around there so you can spend your day at the Granite Run shopping center and then stop in for a bite to eat. We love to come in for a chat about how we can improve our business and sip on a glass of iced tea, coffee, espresso or whatever else fancies us at that moment. No rush,just sit back and relax. Try a new sandwich such as the amazing Chicken Avocado Melt or the Hearty Club sandwich! There are many new potions all for under $10 with unlit that can't be beat! Service was excellent! Update: Got curbside today. It's been like 2 years since my last review. This time I checked in and it was quite a while until they came out with my food. When I got home I noticed they forgot all of the sandwiches! I called them back and it took 5 minutes to get a manager. Eventually they said they'd refund my order, but they weren't even busy at the time. Still a one star place. Old Review: Went in to get some food to go. Sadly, I wasn't able to get any. It didn't seem busy, and there was only one person in line. I ordered and the cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I then waited for my food. I noticed many people asking to speak with a manager because their food was taking 40 minutes. I checked the wait list, and I was #14. Somehow, in asking for a manager, another patron ticked off one of the cooks. That finally got the manager out of the back. There was lots of yelling and some pushing, but the guy left without his food and the cook bailed. I asked for a refund at that point. I was #12 after 20 minutes. It's amazing that this restaurant is continously out of ingredients used for items currently on their menu. One time they were out of ciabatta bread, another time they were out of mozzarella cheese and a third time they were out of the bread used to make their panini. You're lucky if someone is at the counter to take your order and if you place an order through the app it is hit or miss if the food will be ready when they say it will. They are constantly forgetting items in mobile orders and then give you attitude if you ask for what you paid for. A negative star review would be too kind for this location! read more

They screw up orders here alot so be specific and be careful to check your order before you leave (if you are doing take out). That said, they always fix it if they mess up but time is money and I need to go, go, GO! We ordered a few items for 2 diners (to go) and it was accidentally entered as dine-in so we had to wait (additionally) while they packed it. My kid is a vegan so there are always specifics like "no cheese" and switching of the bread. Another time they got a few items flat out wrong. Again, check, check, check your order. Front desk clerks/cashiers - please be diligent in your order entry. Again - this is fast food run by teens so do not expect "the Ritz". Moderately clean restrooms. Dining room was fine. Second visit to this store, Looked like a whole new kitchen crew, but same manager and same quality control issues: Ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich which is advertised as coming with avocado on both sides-- I did get it on one side, on the other side they substituted a slice of lemon instead of the avocado. To be fair, once I removed the lemon it was tasty. Recommendation: check your order very carefully, particularly if it's take out or delivery. read more

If you're ordering to go, always check the bag before you leave. This particular Panera has abysmal quality oversight and a staff that literally couldn't care less. I cannot recall a time when something wasn't missing from the bag. Sometimes it's something small like a spoon, other times they will run out of items and simply not inform you, or make your order completely wrong. Once my sandwich was not wrapped correctly and when I took it out of the bag it fell everywhere. The only reason I continue to order from here is because of the convenience of the location, but remember that you'll need to be the quality control person because they skip over that part of the order process every time. read more

The front door is nasty, something was spilled on it and it is there day after day. You guys really need to clean up your act. As a neighbor, we really want to enjoy our local Panera, but our 3 visits all are met with slow, incompetent service. Seems the front cashiers do not understand how to use the order application. They don't have a basic knowledge of what is offered or even basic food. When we asked for Lox with a bagel the cashier had no idea what lox was, let alone not offered. I have been a long time customer at Panera and always thought the food was good...a little more expensive but it was worth it. Well that has changed...my wife and I visited this location and there was not a clean table in the place. I got my pager and waited about 10 minutes which isn't to bad but the quantity of the food was a joke. My wife's bowl of soup had the same quantity as my small soup that I got with a pick two. The salad was so small it could have been served in a small soup bowl. My utensils were dirty and when I got replacements they were not better. If your looking for a place to hang out and not getting food it would be great because that was about 50% of the people at the tables. Goodbye Panera! This Panera bread has ruined Panera for me. I have ordered 3 times from this place. The first even was fine. The last two times my order had to be canceled and I missed my chance to eat lunch COMPLETELY during a 12 hour shift. The first time I ordered for rapid pick up almost 30 minutes before I went over to pick up. Showed up and there was no food on the rapid pick up shelves. I asked a manager what was going on was told. "Oh we are really behind it will be awhile". That was it. I asked another customer who had been waiting how long she had been there and was told almost an hour for her food. I have a 30 minute lunch break, if I'm lucky. I ran next door to chipotle but I only had time to get my food, not actually eat it since I spent so much time at Panera figuring out their issues. The last time I ordered food for delivery across the street, I called an hour later to see when it would be delivered (I was told 30 minutes initially), was then informed "oh we don't have a driver. Can you pick it up?" I ordered delivery because I COULDN'T GO PICK UP MY FOOD. I won't ever trust my lunch time to this place again. read more
