The food was excellent. The service was exceptional. The establishment was very clean. I will come back again.

Food quality is great and plenty of variety and options, but takes a little to get your order Clean location and friendly staff. But making of the food took forever, it needs to be faster for folks dining inside read more

I really like this quick service concept. The noodles were cooked very well with a nice chewy texture and all the veggies and chicken were really tasty. Ordering at the kiosk is quick and easy and the food was out quickly. We will be back! read more

I need Honeygrow to have Artise teach other companies your secret to consistently hire outstanding Customer Service experts. From the quality of food to the attention to detail and recognition of what a customer forgets to convey in the initial order. Example.... I was having an early dinner date with my oldest child and I also ordered food for my 13 year old hermit.... Needless to say I negated to delineate which out of the 3 meals were a to-go order....Artise came to our table after we sat down and asked if we meant to order 3 meals.......... "OMGAWD" one of those is a to-go..... my eldest point out the to-go and seriously an inconvenient averted....Honeygrow THANK YOU for consistently hiring Customer Service savvy people..... I truly Love your company read more

I have visited many honey grows over the year and today was one of the most outstanding experiences. I have a significant shellfish allergy (no option really to note on the app or on kiosk when ordering, wish something would be done about this) and I tried to share with an employee when their colleague, Elijah said is your name **** and after confirmation, he said he was already on it and would make sure to ensure protection from cross contamination of shellfish. Then Elijah asked about the other order if shellfish allergy was needed to be noted. Highly recommend visiting this location to experience the quality of food and staff. read more

We had a great experience at honeygrow tonight! I tried the chicken shawarma bowl and it was delicious! It was a great balance of protein, veggies and noodles. My daughter said her buttered egg noodles with bacon was the best part of her day! . Customer service was top notch too. We were greeted and checked on throughout our meal which exceeded my expectations. We will be back! read more

everyone was so nice and loved my experience. I loved how welcoming they were and the food tasted perfect.

I ordered two salads on Uber Eats. Promptly delivered but one salad was missing 3 toppings. I immediately called restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do. read more

Great place to grab lunch, good vegan options. Aric and James provide great customer service at a busy location.

Food and service were great. I ordered to go, but sat and ate in and the employees came over to see if I needed anything.

honeygrow - Sorry I demolished my food before the review, but take me at my word it was amazing!!! - Salad Near Me - Wilmington, Delaware

I was greeted with a smile when I came in. Since it was my first time at Honeygrow, I wasn't familiar with the selections and needed assistance at the kiosk. Saniyah came from behind the counter to help me. She even gave me a teaspoon sample of sauce. I ordered the egg white noodles stir fry and it was delicious. In addition to the great customer service, the table area was nice and clean. I will be back. read more

service and food was both very good. they were also generous with the portion of shrimp they gave me

Music is obnoxiously loud. I mean really load. Presumably there is some district manager not doing their job here or has no clue the team here is trying to drive people out by blaring the music. read more

Actually better than thought! I used to visit the one in center city Philadelphia when it first opened doors and heard good reviews. Back then I was underwhelmed. But this one stands its ground! It was Saturday around noon. We both made our DIY order by the kiosk but staff was friendly enough to acknowledge and let us know we could ask them any questions. Pesto everything as an option, free toppings up to 3, and quick service wok style ! What more to ask for?? We happily ate by the tinted counter windows before shopping at Trader Joe's since it was conveniently located next door in the shopping plaza. Only took one star off because I didn't like my broccoli so al dente, and the cleanliness of the seating and table area could use a bit more improvement. read more

honeygrow - DIY noodle bowls - Salad Near Me - Wilmington, Delaware

Love the service. They were super kind and they smiled a lot upon giving me my food and were very quick to prepare it. There's plenty of seating indoors, and it seems pretty much self-serve. You order on a machine, then the order is prepared and they will call your name when it's ready. The food is pretty good and the portion it's pretty good. I was able to split it between two meals even though at first I did not seem like a lot. I like the options, and that you were able to customize the noodles. However, I wish that they would have given more protein. It was mostly carbs, but the food was good nonetheless. read more

I just had to leave a review because my experience at Honeygrow was amazing! The stir-fry I got was fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients -- everything felt clean and wholesome without losing that delicious kick. The staff were super friendly and got my order out quickly, even during a busy rush. The portions were generous, and the sauces hit the perfect balance of sweet and savory Big thanks to ijhan he helped me order and brought out my food read more

This store is absolutely disgusting. I went over to order my food and saw a young man serving food without any gloves on, chips on the floor, and the tables were not wiped down. Not to mention that the service here is even worse. The man in the front was very put-offish and rude. This store makes the whole plaza look horrible read more

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and polite. The place was also very clean which is big for me. Will definitely be back. read more

great service. love the vibe. really enjoy the food. Always a great meal. the deserts are amazing! Cherry punch is delicious.

The food was delicious- we arrived at the busiest time on a Saturday night. The line cooks were on fire- they were working with speed and efficiency. EVERYONE was smiling and greeting customers with kindness. Our wait wasn't long. Nevertheless, a manager came to our table and thanked us for our patience. It was a warm and friendly vibe throughout the restaurant. The person at the register was greeting customers and helping to get food out fast. It was a well oiled machine and seemed like staff enjoyed working even though it was busy. It was a great place to visit and I will definitely come back. Thank you. read more

The place was so loud with music like a night club. The people getting the orders out weren't even calling out peoples names (not that u could hear them) no coming back. Have a headache waiting on a pick up order. read more

First time and great experience. I was intimidated with order process (it is actually very user friendly) and staff noticed and quickly came to help. The food was very good and they offer customized options. The dessert choices are great and not huge or super sweet but very satisfying. Overall a very nice initial visit and I will definitely return. read more
