I am a customer from years back when they had different owners. I started frequenting again since im working back in the area, and it is not the same. this is the second time I got a chicken wrap with hardly any chicken and a quesadilla with nothing at all. when I called and asked to speak to the manager, the person on the phone lied and said they were the manager then gave the phone to the actual manager after my complaint. I them I do not live close and could not return tonight, but I would be in tomorrow for a refund for my inconvenience as this was my fami dinner tonight. I was told I had to bring the food back tonight for refund. After a few minutes of getting nowhere, I decided that I won't be giving them anymore of my money. The pizza, the worst I have ever had, I'm from NY. Their wings however, AMAZING!!!!!! I just wish they were more accurate with the order details. I always ask for extra well done, and most of the time they come, barely done. They forget extras that we order like rolls, cornbread, extra celery which of course they charged us for. One time I called to complain because I didn't get something that the receipt said I clearly paid for. The owner showed up annoyed with me!!!!!! Can somebody read a ticket and be an expediter? I must say the people who answer the phone and work behind the counter are extremely nice. I just wish they would pay more attention to detail. My wife previously used one of the lunch specials and ate the chef salad which she brags on how good it was. I also used the lunch special based on her recommendation and got the mango habanero wings with fries and it was great. They have a list of lunch specials when you go in and if you call and ask the representative will tell you just like she patient enough to explain them to me. I also signed up for the rewards program so take the time to so that also it will be worth it. P.S. I don't know. Good/very good. A toasted Liscio's roll, you know I love that. The meat had a good flavor. I think this is one of those if it had a shorter roll so it looked like a lot more meat, I'd be a lot happier with this cheesesteak. I think the menu said they use 13 inch rolls. When I unwrapped The Cheesesteak it looked really long and lean. The cheese is almost non-existent, I cover that in the video. I wish the mushrooms spent more time on the grill. They did have tables, a bathroom and they were nice people. So, good roll, good tasting meat, tables, bathroom and nice people versus nonexistent cheese and mushrooms that could have been left on the grill longer. Mr. Wings are my go to spot for the best grilled chicken garden salad period! You'll need to order extra dressing but outside of that they've got you covered! Always fresh. Always on time & always good! Their salads are so good I order 1 each week when I'm at my job in the erea. Really wish they had a location like this in NE Philly. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The pizza was great before the pandemic. But post pandemic...this is the worst pizza I ever had...if you can call it pizza...more like bread and cheese. Be forewarned, I've only ever had one thing from this place but I've had it many many times and I love it and I'm making the assumption that their other items live up to the same quality. I wish Yelp had a category called "fried things" but I guess "Chicken Wings" is a nicer way of putting it and at least in this case wings are the focus. I've never had 'em. My favorite (well... you get it) thing here is the char-broiled boneless chicken breast platter. Two large chicken breasts, two sides (they have lots of choices, I usually go for carrots and mac n' cheese), dipping sauce of choice (I like their BBQ), salad, and roll. All this for $8 and change. It's delicious, filling, and affordable. Mr.Wings is in the shopping center with the Pep Boys and Save-A-Lot between Wing Hing and.. something else. They've got another location on Baltimore Ave on the far edge of W. Philly but I've only driven past it. I imagine it must not be any different from the Brookhaven location. If you're lucky there will be a near accident in the parking lot resulting in vehicular jousting, spitting and purse throwing to entertain you while you wait for your order... but that's only happened once so far. 2 things I love about this place: Their char broiled chicken breast is to die for. And they havea Grilled Shrimp meal that comes with 2 tasty skewers of shrimp (10 small on each). Their meals come with 2 sides, and a side salad. My favorite sides are their fresh cut fried potatoes (kind of like quartered fried potatoes, but they're not crispy), their broccoli, mac and cheese, even the creamed spinach is good. It's a good place if you can't make up your mind what you want. They have a huge variety of food on the menu. The best thing they have is their grilled chicken. It's juicy, well chared, and well seasoned. You can get it with salads, on sandwiches, in pastas, as platters, etc. One of the reasons I return here. I recently had their cheesesteaks, and I was pleasantly surprised how flavorful it was. I'd have to say one of the better ones in the area. Their pastas are overcooked, so try to avoid that. I have been getting my hot wings from here for over 6 years now and I can say they have some of the best wings around! I eat wings, a lot of wings, to the point that I can I say I'm a wing expert ;) and that I've never been disappointed ordering from here. They also have a large variety of sauce's..
