The person then says it's the price of what the sauce would be. She also said their policy is the food needs to be returned, no matter the condition, in order to receive full credit or an exchange. I was absolutely shocked with disbelief! I told her you messed up my food, and I'm responsible for giving half eaten food back in order to make the situation right???? She confirmed yes! In this situation, policy didn't matter. Making sure a customer was made whole, is what mattered. I don't know many stores that want food, that was touched over back. It's unsanitary.
