I expressed how late it was, and it wasn't necessary, but we would just have it remade a different day. She said sure, I will credit your phone number for $2. I asked why only $2? The person then says it's the price of what the sauce would be. She also said their policy is the food needs to be returned, no matter the condition, in order to receive full credit or an exchange. I was absolutely shocked with disbelief! I told her you messed up my food, and I'm responsible for giving half eaten food back in order to make the situation right???? She confirmed yes! In this situation, policy didn't matter. Making sure a customer was made whole, is what mattered. I don't know many stores that want food, that was touched over back. It's unsanitary. To top it off, when I mentioned to the head bartender (who was acting as the manager) that I wouldn't be coming back, he pulled $40 cash out of his own wallet and offered it to me to "give them another chance."
