    Fraudulent charges

Be careful when ordering via the app for pickup. I NEVER signed up for this!! Butt apparently they will sign you up with a sip club and will not REFUND you money for charges except for the most recent charge. I NEVER signed up or even used this service and have been charging me for months!!!

It's 11:30 in the morning, and you'd think a brand-new Panera would be shining like a freshly baked baguette. Instead, the floors looked like someone had thrown a "crumbs & coffee sticks" party and forgot to invite the cleaning crew. Tables? Dirty. Chairs? Sticky. My group actually had to roll up our sleeves and wipe down our own eating area--basically DIY Panera housekeeping. On top of that, coffee drinkers beware: the refill station looked like it was running on fumes. Thermoses were playing hide-and-seek, and you have to hunt down a staff member just to keep the caffeine flowing. This place really needs a dedicated person just to keep the dining area clean and to keep an eye on the coffee station. It's a shame, because the food is solid Panera quality, but eating it while staring at tissues on the floor kills the vibe. Bottom line: brand-new place already looking tired. Someone get this location a broom, a mop, a coffee refill, and maybe a motivational speech.

Panera is a nice, relaxing atmosphere to hang out or get work done. The food is tasty and I like the healthy menu options. I leave feeling good, knowing that I ate something more nutritious than typical fast food. Service is usually pretty quick, but it depends on how busy they are. My order has been messed up before, but they will fix it if you let them know. It looks like they will be getting a drive-thru soon at the new location, so that will be nice too! *Note to corporate, please bring back the buffalo chicken melt!! This was my favorite sandwich and I hate to see it go! *

    Toasted. REALLY?

The upside is that they do have no-cost access to Internet. The food prep staff doesn't all have a command of the English language. If you can't tell the difference between butter and cream cheese (TWICE) you shouldn't be preparing food orders. I ordered AND PAID FOR a sesame bagel, sliced and toasted, with butter. I got an untoasted, sliced sesame bagel with cream cheese. When I brought the unopened cream cheese to their attention, the person didn't understand!

Always sending out gorgeous products lmao

Look at this sandwich. Would you say this is worth your money?? The cheese doesn't even look real.

I got their chicken teriyaki bowl and finished it in less than 5 bites. It was so disappointing. I paid nearly $14 for this bowl but it had 6 pieces of chicken and probably a few broccoli in there. I used to really like this location but every time I have been there, I have had a bad experience. I understand due to inflation prices are going up but to give me a kids size bowl and expect me to pay $14 is ridiculous.

***** Rapid Pick-up Review ***** I kid you not, as I pulled out of the line of the nearby Starbucks, I pulled up the Panera app on my phone and proceeded to order my oatmeal. By the time I got to the other end of the parking lot, parked, locked my vehicle and walked in the door, a young lady was bringing my bag to be placed on the rapid pick up shelf. If that is not rapid, then I may need to pull out a dictionary and reacquaint myself with the definition. Everything was in the bag already, my oatmeal of course, which was piping hot. To the point I had to blow it first in order to eat it. Napkins and a spoon were placed on top. I did not have to grab anything extra which was a huge plus. Looks like I reaped all the rewards of rapidness on this visit.

This locatins is the best, the staff work really hard even they re still short staff.thank you

Stopped by for lunch with a friend. Was sad to see no French onion soup option so I opted for Tomato soup. Got the tomato soup and tomorrow mozzarella sandwich. Food was good, also didn't see frontega chicken sandwich on the menu so my friend was disappointed about that too

There food and service is good but the portions are smaller than the Panera in woodbridge, other than that it is a good place to eat

They don't have a good customer service here. The food tastes different than Panera bread in Gainesville where I live

The pieces tasted bone-dry and unseasoned, like they'd never seen a buttermilk marinade. Worse, the oil situation was a mess: burnt crumbs clinging to every piece of chicken and the waffle fries, with that unmistakable smell of oil that's been pushed way past its lifespan. After a 20-minute wait, the chicken had an odd, stale towel funk that shouldn't exist anywhere near a fryer. For over $50 (eight pieces, two sides, three cornbreads, and a sandwich but no drinks), that's unacceptable. The mac and cheese tasted like it came from a Kraft box, and even the mashed potatoes were flat and underseasoned. It was Saturday at 8pm prime dinner rush, and the place had maybe four other customers while nearby restaurants were packed. That's not a coincidence. Only three months in and the kitchen's already cutting corners in ways that'll catch up fast. The cashier was genuinely helpful and the dining room was clean, but front-of-house can't save what's coming out of the back. When your chicken smells off and your fry oil's that far gone, you're not just disappointing people, but you're flirting with real problems. Takeaway: Skip it. There are too many better options in the area to settle for this. The empty dining room on a Saturday night should tell you everything you need to know.

Unfortunately, my second experience was even worse. It took over 30 minutes to prepare a burger and a chicken sandwich. Everything we received was overcooked. I could barely chew my chicken; it was so tough that it resembled jerky. Additionally, my fries were so over-fried that they made a crunching sound, similar to chips, when I ate them.

We all agree on 2 thumbs up across the board for decor and ambiance. It was giving industrial-NYC-Soho vibes. Quite impressive for Main Street Manassas. Timing was everything ... we were too early for the dinner crowd and just missed the lunch rush so the parking Gods were on our side ... we snagged a spot right in front of the restaurant. Stephen was a gracious server / bartender to our wee little party of 3. The beers were cold and the Cadillac Margarita was decent. The Rueben and bbq wings were raved about (especially the bbq sauce ... it was legendary)! Unfortunately, the salmon bites and the pork belly deviled egg appetizers were soooo salty and just not edible. Also $15 was diabolical for the portion size of the salmon bites. (Pic attached) I've paid that for a full bourbon glazed salmon meal with rice and veggies. Not a deal breaker. Would most def return to try other app / entree / summer cocktail options. Looking forward to hearing YOUR opinion. When you go, tell them you saw it on yelp.
