This branch is so efficient with their drive thru. You get your order under 3 minutes (based on my experience today). There are 5 staffs standing by ready to take your order then another 2 for payments (credit card only for now) then once you get to the window your order is ready. Everyone of the staffs were wearing gloves and they had a box of gloves by the counter which is a good thing for customers like me knowing that they are very cautious handling orders. As for the food, their chicken nuggets tasted so good paired with the chick-fil-A sauce. The waffle fries were satisfyingly crispy and not greasy. In the seven years that I've lived here, I've never had a bad experience with this Chick Fil A! The drive thru is always super efficient, you'll more than likely be through in 10-15 minutes at the most (even when the line is wrapped around the building!). You know you can never go wrong at Chick-fil-A. I was having a long day at work. My daughter just got done with rehearsal for ballet. She was hungry yano? Got her the usual. They offered to do her school work while she played. It was late so I said yes. She played in the play place as I ordered. Beware of moldy bread I ordered a sandwich on a gluten-free bun. As if receiving half cooked cold fries wasn't bad enough, I also received a moldy bun. The manager apologized and got me a new sandwich and fries. The chicken was so cold that I'm now wondering if they simply recycled the insides and just tossed the bun. I didn't have the time to go back yet again, so I'm eating a stringy, ice cold chicken breast on, thankfully, non molded bread with not so limpy fries. Location is a bit difficult to access and drive around in a semi-circle to get to drive thru and dense traffic of customers. Did a drive thru on a busy, rainy, winter weekend with order for the common chicken-sandwich meals, and a seasonal peppermint shake, which were all good and up to the quality standards of the chain. Only minor issue with the waffle-fries being a bit greasier than usual. Efficient employees with hand-held order tablets & menus walked through double-line of cars to move everyone through. A police car pulls up behind me and someone from the store runs out to speak with them. I still wait and wait. The police man leaves I assume at this point there is something amiss. Man from the store pops back out and I yell out "what goes on here" he says "we are closed for renovations" you need a sign up I say. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the drive-thru line was packed. At any other drive-thru I would have been waiting for at least 10 minutes but not this one! As soon as I entered the queue, I was greeted by an employee standing outside equpped with an iPad and a menu ready to take my name and order. This Chick-fil-A location is perfect for most of my work days in the Manassas area. It's great to have the confidence that I can either swing inside or go through the drive thru and be taken care and on my way often in 5 minutes. My food has been delicious and they often send treats on the mobile One app that keep me coming back. I may be an addict haha. Also, the staff has been friendly and focused when handling my orders.
