I was in the area and wanted a healthy lunch, so I stopped in for a salad. They weren't very busy around 11AM'ish when I arrived, so I was quickly taken care of and served. Service was perfect, just like we're used to from a CFA. I opted for their Spicy Chicken Salad with their Creamy Salsa Dressing. I love that CFA's dressings are always sufficient for one of their salads, because they do include plenty of filling in their salads, which is great for those wanting to eat healthy, as they're very filling with the healthy stuff. There was also plenty chicken in it, which offered a decent spice level, but unfortunately was way too salty. The dressing was decent, but overall, I wasn't too keen on the entire experience. It might have been due to all the salt, but I didn't enjoy it as much as their Market Fresh Salad, which is great. The restaurant and restroom was nice and clean and orderly... No complaints there. I'd definitely return! read more

We stopped here while traveling because the website said open until 10pm. When we arrived at 8:52, the door says the dining room closes at 9pm. We just spent 3 hours driving and the drive thru was insane. Staff said we could still sit in the dining room for 25 minutes. We got our food right away, and ate while staff cleaned around us. We weren't going to linger anyway, and appreciated they let us stay. When we left at 9:20 the drive thru had 2 lines wrapped all the way around the building. read more

Its Chick-Fil-A what do you expect? I expected decent food, which I got, I then expected to not be sexually assaulted behind the dumpster by an "employee" named Robert. read more

This Chick-fil-A was so much nicer than the ones I usually go to. Very clean, they brought all the food to the tables, and there was a lot of seating. I got grilled nuggets and a side salad, and shared some waffle fries, and everything was good. We ordered on the app with no issues. Happy with our quick meal here. read more

Quick service, great food. Would highly recommend if in need of a quick bite when you're hungry.

Very confusing parking lot with directions and tight spaces. Seems like no one is encouraged to come inside. Not kept up as other places Tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was tasty. Fries were soggy. read more

A great place to have a wonderful meal. As of September 2021, there were over 2,800 Chick-fil-A restaurants in the United States. Chick-fil-A is known for its widespread popularity and has locations in almost every state. This is a fast-food restaurant chain that specializes in chicken-based menu items. Their menu typically includes classic chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and various side dishes such as mac and cheese and coleslaw. They offer breakfast options like chicken biscuits and chicken minis, as well as a variety of salads and wraps. They are well-known for their friendly customer service and clean, welcoming atmosphere. Most locations have a drive-thru for convenient ordering and pickup with staff often outside taking orders. This particular location is on the south side of Sudley Manor Drive and to the west of Sudley Road. It is a stand-alone structure with a drive-through and plenty of parking. There is a Starbucks right next to it so there may be a bit of fast-moving traffic even in the parking lot. We chose to eat inside. Seating is a mixture of tables and booths. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a nice place to have delicious food. read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a container of french fries - Fast Food Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

Very busy chick-fil-a, but fast and friendly service. Accurate order with hot yummy food. I placed a mobile order and picked up through the drive through, which was very fast. My main complaint is that the parking lot was so crowded I then could not leave. The lot is laid out in a very strange way where it is hard to get in and out, and took a very long time to do so, even by Chick-fil-a parking lot standards, which are always terrible. read more

few days ago I went to this branch and had my order, when I started eating, the chicken was not fresh. I asked the manager, Ashley, to change the order, but when she saw that I ate A bite, she told me not to do this again, as I student at school. Finally, she brought me another sandwich, which I immediately threw away in the trash. because she was not polite with me and does not deserve to be the manager of a Chick-fil-A branch like this I ask the management of the original Chick-fil-A to not hire in Chick-fil-A stores people dose not receipt the others because this will degrade the reputation of the restaurant, read more

they forgot my sauce and when i asked about it, the cashier just looked confused. come on, chick-fil-a, you're better than this.

pulled up to chick-fil-a at 2pm and the line was soooo long. good food but the wait? not worth it.

This branch is so efficient with their drive thru. You get your order under 3 minutes (based on my experience today). There are 5 staffs standing by ready to take your order then another 2 for payments (credit card only for now) then once you get to the window your order is ready. Everyone of the staffs were wearing gloves and they had a box of gloves by the counter which is a good thing for customers like me knowing that they are very cautious handling orders. As for the food, their chicken nuggets tasted so good paired with the chick-fil-A sauce. The waffle fries were satisfyingly crispy and not greasy. The chicken sandwich was also delicious with the buttery bun and the spicy deluxe sandwich was bursting with flavors. read more

In the seven years that I've lived here, I've never had a bad experience with this Chick Fil A! The drive thru is always super efficient, you'll more than likely be through in 10-15 minutes at the most (even when the line is wrapped around the building!). Food is fresh, tasty, and we will continue to eat here. Just don't block the drive thru exit. :) read more

Okay, so I generally don't write about chain restaurants, but this location deserves some praise. Definitely easy access from the main street. From the moment my friend and I entered the restaurant we were served with gracious kindness. The manager opened the door for us and the cashiers were polite when taking our orders. They brought our drinks and food to our table. As we were leaving, another employee opened our door for us again. Very great establishment with excellent service and employees! read more

No frosted coffee or ice coffee because they have a deal with the Starbucks next door.

You know you can never go wrong at Chick-fil-A. I was having a long day at work. My daughter just got done with rehearsal for ballet. She was hungry yano? Got her the usual. Nuggets, fruit cup, chocolate milk. Not reviewing the food btw. They are always consistent and fresh. The second I got here an associate helped me out of my car and opened the door for my daughter. Walking toward the restaurant the red carpet rolled out. I was a bit overwhelmed. Entering the restaurant an associate escorted my daughter to the play place. They offered to do her school work while she played. It was late so I said yes. She played in the play place as I ordered. During my order the associate said he could change my oil and wash my car and have it all done before we finish eating. I didn't know they offered mechanical services here. I change my own oil so I just settled for the car wash. Car was immaculate inside and out! Wow! They even left a gift card in the cup holder for 10$. Great customer service right? I'm surprised they didn't offer to put me in a hotel close by since I was so drained. Either way this place is amazing. I got the spicy chicken sandwich! Consistent and delicious per usual. Definitely coming back! read more

Beware of moldy bread I ordered a sandwich on a gluten-free bun. As if receiving half cooked cold fries wasn't bad enough, I also received a moldy bun. The manager apologized and got me a new sandwich and fries. The chicken was so cold that I'm now wondering if they simply recycled the insides and just tossed the bun. I didn't have the time to go back yet again, so I'm eating a stringy, ice cold chicken breast on, thankfully, non molded bread with not so limpy fries. For all my trouble, I got nothing--no coupon, no comped sandwich--just lost another 15 mins on top of the time spent making and waiting for the first order. Disappointed. read more

This review is for the Chick-fil-A location on Sudley Drive in Manassas, VA near a grouping of strip-mall type businesses and fast food. Location is a bit difficult to access and drive around in a semi-circle to get to drive thru and dense traffic of customers. Did a drive thru on a busy, rainy, winter weekend with order for the common chicken-sandwich meals, and a seasonal peppermint shake, which were all good and up to the quality standards of the chain. Only minor issue with the waffle-fries being a bit greasier than usual. Efficient employees with hand-held order tablets & menus walked through double-line of cars to move everyone through. Well done. This location: (****) Yay! I am a fan. read more

Pulled in at 5:40am to await 6am chickeny goodness. 6am comes and I que up in the drive through and I sit and sit and sit. A police car pulls up behind me and someone from the store runs out to speak with them. I still wait and wait. The police man leaves I assume at this point there is something amiss. Man from the store pops back out and I yell out "what goes on here" he says "we are closed for renovations" you need a sign up I say. He gestures to the sign in his hand that he's about to apply to the door like it helps me any for the minutes I have wasted for the store to open. And so nice of you to run out and tell the police man you are closed and not me. Thanks for that. DearChick-fil-A, Closed for renovation signs go up before the store opens not after. read more

I was at this location for Free FryDay on March 4th and enjoyed my experiences here. The staff is friendly and professional and service here is amazing. The manager checked in with us and had a good conversation with me as well. Their food is always of high quality at a higher price but still appropriate. Their waffles fries are also really good. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the drive-thru line was packed. At any other drive-thru I would have been waiting for at least 10 minutes but not this one! As soon as I entered the queue, I was greeted by an employee standing outside equpped with an iPad and a menu ready to take my name and order. I pulled up to the next person(also standing outside) who swiped my card and ushered me ahead. At the window I was greeted by a person outside and inside the window. The whole personable friendly experience took less than 3 minutes. The food was delivered hot and fresh. It was an exceptional and unique drive thru experience. Now to the food: The food was on point. Fresh fries and fresh vegatables on my spicy chicken deluxe. It is clear that this location has quality checks in every step of the process. Chick-fil-A - So disappointed :( - Fast Food Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

Chick fil A is gong down hill. Still good service but they've changed their food portions. Superfood salad is now literally half the size. They changed to a smaller container. Same with the Cobb salad. It too has a new container and the salad is probably 25% smaller. Someone at corporate should be fired. Raise the prices to cover higher food costs if you must. But don't pull a bait and switch on your loyal customers. Very sneaky and dishonest how they did this. read more
