I called thinking maybe they forgot to put them on but quickly realized I had forgotten to add them on the online order When I acknowledged it teh manger Jeremy sarcastically said OOPS! It wasn't very nice to say that. I would just not go to that location anymore but it's convenient and teh pizza is good. He could have said I'm sorry you forgot, something a little more nice. The staff does a better job when their jerk of a district manager isnt there. The quality is horrible when CHARLES III is there. When I called I started by saying normally their staff and food is great. Today I complained about the quality he said he didnt care bc that doesn't change the taste. Im not paying just for the taste of the food. No cheese on the Hawaiian and the pepperoni was already pulled apart and laying on top of one another. The onsite manager at the Hastings location does not lead by example when servicing customers. I arrived at the location to order and he turned his back to me and walked away and began to tease and laugh with his female crewmembers. I decided to walk out because that behavior doesn't represent good customer service. No attempt was made to ask me if I need help. I have ordered here for years! I especially love their mix and match deal. There is an extensive menu for $5.99 and up. I typically get their medium pizzas, wings, chicken Alfredo and a brookie. The staff does a very good job at following my special notes and it's always delivered hot and fresh. The staff is always super friendly over the phone and even with contactless delivery which I appreciate during covid. I tend to create my own pizzas like: Philly steak with Alfredo sauce and cheese yummm! Their chicken Alfredo is really good in my opinion, I was surprised and am constantly ordering it. Update: the manager contacted me first this this morning and spoke to me and made it right. He was genuinely concerned over the incident, assured me it would never happen again, and was very helpful. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WE ORDER ALL THE TIME AND WE PUT IN A BIG ORDER TONIGHT AND THE PIZZA WAS BASICALLY RAW. I called in to tell them. Ordered delivery last night and was actually amazed when I saw the notification that the delivery driver was on her way after maybe, 15 minutes from ordering? The food was so hot when we received it! We actually had to blow on the garlic knots to cool them down. Lava cakes are my favorite, those didn't disappoint. Toppings were aplenty and all of our ordered items were there. After ordering pizzas for months from this location (since March 2014) we learn that today via a voicemail after placing our order 20 minutes prior that we are no longer in range for service. Upon calling the location and having a long and very rude conversation with the "new manager" that they will no longer service our neighborhood. We've always tipped very well understanding we were a longer drive than most customers. I guess this is what you get with "franchise" locations that hire new managers and have to cut costs. First delivery charges then shrinking service area. I bet their franchise owner Daventures Ltd. will love to have a conversation with us. read more

As a marketing professional (and from Detroit where they were founded and invented home delivery), I was very impressed when a year or two back they began a new campaign basically saying -- "We heard you. Our pizzas have gotten crappy and taste like cheap pizza. We're remaking our brand and upping our pizza with much higher quality ingredients." To my surprise, they actually did! I always order my pizza from here. I use the Dominos app on my iPhone where I can be as picky as I want. The Pizza tracker let's me know when my pizza is on the way and I'm usually waiting out front when the driver arrives! I tried the same through Pizza Hut one night (they don't have a pizza tracker) and I kid you not, after waiting 45 minutes they called me to tell me they didn't have pepperoni! This place is awesome. We usually order delivery and they are always on point. When I've ordered carry out, everyone there is very friendly and my order has always been ready. I'm not sure about the pasta or chicken or salads. It's Domino's, not an Italian restaurant for crying out loud, but the pizza is awesome. Not the nasty, greasy humongous slices where the cheese is one gelatinous blob and slides off the too- thin, chewy crust. Here, the crust is crispy with the perfect amount of herbs and the cheese is perfectly layered. The quality is always consistent and I will always order from them. read more

I remember when Domino's was the last on the list of good pizza. Things have changed and Domino's has manage to come a long way to a place that rivals any of their competition. I find the pizza to be very American and very good given the takeout or delivery nature of this restaurant. When compared to Pizza Hut and all the other delivery pizza companies offerings Domino's is on their game. The skin needed more crispness b/c they were a tad mushy. Their blue cheese is gross and I love blue cheese. The wing sauce was good. We got fire which is like medium to hot everywhere else. This was very disappointing though: I paid for two coke zeros. They showed up with 2 dollars instead. They could've called to see if I wanted something else. The cokes cost more than 2 dollars anyway. Also, I paid for garlic sauce and asked for side of red pepper flakes. I got neither. I ordered online, so they had an itemized list in print. i just bought 40 pieces chicken wings from Dominos, Hastings Drive, Manassas. when we got home, i found out that there's only 32 pieces in the box. 8 chicken wings is equivalent to one order that they have nicked from me. that is worth $5.99. if they did that everyday, say for 10 customers, that's worth $60 that they nick from their customers. sad to think that they resort to this kind of scheme. do they think we do not know how to count? does dominos management even know this? when i called them, they kind of anticipated it was a "complaint" because suddenly i was talking to a guy with an accent, perhaps the "fall guy"!! he did not even offer to give back the 8 pieces he nicked! he just kept quiet the whole time. that is NOT the kind of service i expect from Dominos. it's blatant, insulting, and downright degrading. read more
