I've been a customer of Pizza Time since 2016... I'm disappointed with their new management. Speaking strictly about the wings I ordered, and no other menu items, their value for the money paid has fallen tremendously. I've ordered twice recently and both times it's just been a disappointment. The food TASTES great. I love the ranch and the mild sauce/mix they use with the wings. In the past I would have ordered 16 of the jumbo sized wings, ate 14 and been full - yesterday I wanted to order enough wings for 2 meals and got 24. After getting home I ate all 24 and was still hungry, because they were so small! Taking the jumbo wings away and replacing them with the skimpiest little sticks of wings they could find, and still charging the same jumbo wings price is just a horrible mistake that will only drive long-time customers, like me, away from re-ordering. read more

Where they really shine is their wings. Sauces are flavorful, and there's not too little or too much. Definitely get them extra crispy. Their ranch sauce is like no other - I think it's made with ranch powder and sour cream - whatever it is, I have never dipped wings in anything as delicious in all of my life. Their pizza is fine. It's not bad, but in my humble opinion, it's definitely better reheated on a skillet or in the air fryer to get the crust crunchy. Delivery is fast, kind, and hot. Check their specials online - lots of great deals to help you gain your COVID-19 (19 pounds, that is). read more

Picked up a pizza to go on the way home in the midst of all the wind and rain from Tropical Storm Hanna. I placed my order for an extra large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, mushrooms, onions and green bell pepper. The guy told me it would be about 15 minutes. So I sat down to wait. There is one and a half booths here - so I am guessing no one really eats in here. And the interior is kind of run down. While I was waiting, there was some sort of shouting match taking place between the guy who took my order and a lady who was delivering some of the pizzas. There were two children hanging out behind the counter - the way they interacted with the lady involved in the shouting match - led me to believe that she is their mother - could be a family operation here. My pizza finally came up, I darted out into the rain, scrambled into the car, and headed home. When I got home, I got the TV going - ESPN HD to watch college football - and threw a couple of slices of pizza into the microwave to heat them up - then applied some hot sauce, pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese to the pizza. It was an ok pizza - a decent, serviceable pizza. Just not outstanding. Pizza Time delivers for folks within its delivery area in Manassas. read more

Pizza Time - Taco Pizza!! - Pizza Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

Disappointed, I ordered on GrubHub and for whatever reason they (Grubhub) changed the address because no one can ever find the actual address. Pizza time couldn't find it even though I had a note in there saying that I was at the end of the road on the left. My phone number was one number off so I will take responsibility for these things even though GrubHub is the one that changed the address in the system. What I will not take responsibility for is the way that I was treated on the telephone when I called to ask what was going on. I am used to people getting lost coming here even if the information is perfectly correct and the GPS works fantastic ...which it never does. The person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful, and then the delivery driver who showed up (I understand that he was frustrated) was also rude. If I called being a jerk then I would've deserved it but all I did was call and say hey I put in an order over an hour ago. What is happening? Again I am used to people getting lost coming here regardless of whatever information they have. Let us set aside all of those things and just focus on the food. I ordered chicken kebabs and it came with two skewers of chicken, green peppers, onions, rice and a small salad. The chicken is way too salty but not dry, the salad was slightly wilted and sitting in a puddle of water. I ordered fat-free Italian dressing and I got creamy Italian dressing. The rice is ok, basically just tastes like a Spanish rice. I have not yet tried the baklava. They did however bring me utensils which I appreciate. I will not order here again just because of the way that I was treated on the telephone. There are way too many restaurants in Manassas that have better food. read more

After ordering here for over a year we've had no problems but recently within the last 2 months we've had nothing but issues and today 11/9/24 was the last straw I ordered my Make your own stromboli like I usually do and my family orders what they order but when the food gets here the order is wrong and when I called back cause I wanted the correct food for me and my family a very rude Indian guy who I've never seen or heard at that location before answered the phone and when I told him that they sent the wrong stromboli he started to be Loud and disrespectful yelling at me through the phone telling me "listen to me" and "let me tell you something" stating that they don't do make your own strombolis then he carried on telling me the menu and reading the descriptions but I was looking at the menu telling him where it's at and he even read it back to me word for word and tells me that they don't do make your own and can make one of the ones on the menu and add what I want to it I argued for roughly 7 minutes on the phone before he took my order again to correct the mistake where I clearly stated multiple times "I want a make your own stromboli with Chicken, Cheese and steak only and I want the sauce on the side" he said ok and hung up the phone and when the food came it was the wrong order again they gave me another incorrect stromboli but with chicken and they put the sauce inside (which made the whole thing soggy) and 2 more things of sauce in the box so not only did I receive the wrong food twice but I also had to deal with the rudest person ever who shouldn't allowed to have customer contact I never got his name or anything but he was Indian so hopefully that'll help management or the owner or whoever sees this identify this guy. read more

I was hesitant to order based on these reviews but I am so glad I decided to give it a shot. - Incredibly polite and smooth phone staff. Patient, clear, accurate, professional, no trouble and great suggestions. - Got a Philly steak, a chicken finger sub, both with fries, two pizzas and ten mild wings. - The pizza was incredibly greasy but tasty. - The fries were amazing, the kind of crunchy salty overly fried deliciousness that you always hope fries will be but they rarely are. - The subs were so good. So good! The bacon so crispy, the ingredients balanced, the bread crusty and chewy, really hit the spot. - The wings disappeared fast. Meaty and so good we immediately agreed to get 30 next time. - Everything arrived piping hot and fast, and the driver was perfectly nice. Seriously, I'm sure the other reviews are legit, but possibly these guys have worked out the kinks. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We'll be back! read more

We're new to the area and have been ordering domino's a lot, but decided to give this place a try when we got their menu in the mail. Soooo glad we did. We got 20 hot wings and a medium Hawaiian pizza. The wings were great! Nice and spicy, and came with blue cheese sauce. The pizza was pretty good too, I did not think it was too greasy like the other reviews did. It came with garlic sauce too, and that was great. The food came pretty fast, probably 25 mins. Very hot and fresh. I did not experience any rudeness at all like the past reviews. Will definitely be ordering here often. read more

Placed an order on Wednesday. When it was delivered, the order was totally wrong. Called to get it corrected and "Teddy" hung up on me 3x. I was not mean or angry until the third time and he threatened to have me arrested if I called again. We paid for food and should have recieved what we ordered. After being threatened by "Teddy", I contacted the owner on Thursday. He informed me that he had planned to call me later in the day to straighten the problem out. He stated that "Teddy" was spoken to and that he would have a correct order sent to my house at 5:30 pm. It is now 7:52 pm and I have not seen nor heard anything else from Pizza Time. This is the second night that I depended on Pizza Time for dinner and have not recieved any food worth eating yet. Mark it up as a $40 mistake. We weren't going to order anymore food from there as long as "Teddy" worked there for fear of what may be included. But after being lied to by the owner, we will never order from there again and will encourage everyone we know not to order from there either. Apparently customer service is not a priority. The only thing that matters is that they get their money. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THERE. THERE ARE ALOT OF OTHER PIZZA/SUB SHOPS IN MANASSAS. read more

Didn't even get past ordering over the phone because the Manager would not remove the green peppers from a supreme pizza and replace with Kalamata olives. not to mention that the person taking my order had no clue what Kalamata olives are. How is that possible? they make greek salads, I don't understand. When they wouldn't honor my request, after they were very rude, I said nevermind and told them it was bad customer service and the Manager said, that's fine, have a nice night. They are obviously making millions of dollars and don't need my money. Will never call again and recommend. It's clearly not Pizza Time. read more

I wish I could give less than 1 star. My husband and I ordered a kabob, wings and pizza from them. The kabob had old wilted lettuce on it, was not tasty and it was cold. The pizza was cold as well. We called the owner that evening and complained and he stated that he would refund our money on a future order. He said he would write a note of the credit on your account. He told us to just call and give our address. However, a few weeks later when we called to use the credit, he refused to honor his promise. He literally said that we lied about the food being cold on the original order and that we were just trying to get free food. He said the best he could do is a $10 discount. Do not order from this place!!! read more

Ok, we moved here early summer and our neighbor (friend of a friend) suggested this place, when I called the man on the phone was like "HURRY UP! WAIT! SLOW DOWN! OK I GOT IT! NO SLOW DOWN!" I used a coupon and he said he had it...but the bill did not show the coupon, but anyway almost 3 months later I decided to give them a second chance. My dad ordered a sub, I got a pizza, and my bro got a gyro and jalepeno poppers... O.K, I should say we ORDERED poppers...but they never came, we asked for a 2 liter diet coke for my dad, and 2 cans of sprite. Well they brought TWO 2 liters (charged us for the 2 cans, so I guess that one went my way.) Even though the phone guy was nice this time, the delivery driver ran up the stairs and yelled "WOOOO!" at a high pitch (and I'm a fat guy and climb the 2 flights easily each day.) I called up and they said they never got the order for the poppers and wanted to charge $8 for them...on their mistake. I got to the point where I was angry, and said I am never ordering from them again... I was not just saying that. Also be VERY patient when calling. If say your # is 555-2412 they are usually like "8412? Oh sorry 4412...no? Oh 2442...what? 2412? Why didn't you say that in the first place???" read more

The Athens pizza is amazing, but we learned our lesson not to experiment with menu options we don't know. Food took a really long time to arrive (ok, it happens, that's cool), and by the time it arrived it was cold and soggy. But the slice of tiramisu was somehow still frozen solid. The sub was also super vinegary. Overall the experience was disappointing at best. read more

I had seen the Pizza Time cars in our neighborhood and finally got an menu in the mail (we just moved here). I placed a delivery order for a medium veggie pizza. At the 45 minute mark I received a rude phone call from the delivery driver who was frustrated that he couldn't find my house. He verified the house number, and asked if it was on ____? Off of Liberia? No, I explained, it was up off of Manassas Drive. They must have misunderstood me. 20 minutes later he arrived and was still rude and presumably unhappy. I opened the door with a smile and I got nothing in return. I get that delivering pizzas isn't the best job on earth but I wasn't asking for an apology or anything. I took my pizza in and opened the box and was sorely disappointed at the look of it. It looked like the veggies hadn't been cooked at all. And biting into it, everything was pretty crunchy as if it hadn't been cooked at all. There was also hardly any sauce. I guess I can safely throw this menu in the trash now. read more

We have ordered Pizza here quite often and I have to say it's one of our favorites. The pizza always tastes fresh, the crust is great, and its not too greasy like other places. We also recently just tried the wings. There are phenomenal. We were reluctant at first, because we have yet to find any delivery place that has somewhat decent wings. So we were pleasantly surprised when we got these!! We normally get the spicy and extra spicy :) Delivery is always timely. No problems or complaints from us thus far. We have also tried some of their wraps. I like the chicken fajita wrap... the flavor of the chicken is great! read more

Absolute favorite, and best, take-out food. They are priced a little higher than others, but I believe that's due to the quality of the food. You won't find a better chicken quesadilla. It's a meal in itself! Pizzas, subs, & salads are all great! My go to is the chicken Caesar salad. read more

This is my favorite go to delivery restaurant! Everything tastes awesome, I haven't had anything I don't like. High quality food and ingredients. I used to order from here about once a month when I wanted a "cheat meal". I've only ordered pizza here so I can't speak on their wings or anything else. Like most people have said, it's decent at best but I liked the way they made pizzas if that makes sense. I stopped ordering from here after I found a fly in one of my pizzas... I didn't notice it until the delivery person had left...I didn't even bother complaining. I just won't order from here again. read more

Ok, so after a long day at work I was in the mood for something at a place we haven't tried yet... Pizza Time was the only place besides Domino's that was still delivering. I ordered the shrimp basket and gyro salad- both of which were very fresh and yummy- I have plenty of leftovers for the weekend. :) GrubHub said that they wouldn't be here for an hour, but it only took about 25 minutes. I also asked for a side of the gyro "yogurt sauce" on the side... Which they added as well. Great for dipping fries in or as the dressing for the salad. I can't say anything about their pizza just yet, maybe next time. Thanks for the great service tonight! Will definitely order from again in the future. read more

I've been trying to order via the website (multiple times), and I get an error "my internet dropped" I called the SCLICE customer service number that continues to tell me it's on my end, cleared my cache, cookies, etc. (yet if I pay via pay pal, it goes through). I called the store today to complain and let them know they are losing money, however, a manager was too busy to come and speak with me. Thanks anyways, guess I'll give my business to someone else. read more

So I ordered an italian stramboli and an order of lamb kabobs. Both the stramboli and the kabobs were underwhelming. Very little cheese and meat on the stramboli, and WAY too much bread. As for the kabobs, the meat was bland and it came with side of salad and rice which both looked stale. Overall i wouldnt care about my experience, but i did pay 13.99 for the kabobs and 9.99 for the stramboli which i feel i payed WAY to much for the little food i received and the lack of satisfaction. read more

One word... RUDE. We've ordered from here a couple times because they deliver to our house. Food is super greasy. However, this evening will be the last time we deal with the attitudes. I am surprised by the other reviews. We have had nothing but good experiences with Pizza Time. Maybe the lady with the delivery had a driver with a bad day or on his way out. Who knows. I never had anything like that happen. They have always been very polite to me. As for the food, well we love their food. So much in fact, we have moved to Woodbridge but I still drive over there sometimes for pizza and wings. I can't find anyone in Woodbridge that makes wings as good. They put lots of sauce on them and make homemade blue cheese dressing. It is the best I've ever had. The pizza is great. This is the only place I get pizza where I don't have to order extra cheese. There is always lots of cheese. The crust is homemade and it is very good. They have good specials too. Try it yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Like I said, I think it's so good I drive from Woodbridge as I'm so tired of crappy Pizza Hut pizza and trying nasty places like Brothers Pizza in Woodbridge. (who advertise buffalo wings but serve nasty, tiny fried wings and call them buffalo wings.) Pizza Time's wings are real buffalo wings and they are delicious. Keep up the good work Pizza Time. I'll be back soon. read more

Did a search for NY Style pizza on Yelp and this place was the 2nd one listed. It is nowhere near NY Style pizza but the pizza was really good. We had one veggie minus the tomatoes and a plain cheese. Neither were greasy but the cheese was plentiful. The crust was soft and chewy but a good firmness. Ordered the XL pizza but it did not seem much bigger than a large from other places. Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. We would not hesitate to order again. read more
