Speaking strictly about the wings I ordered, and no other menu items, their value for the money paid has fallen tremendously. I've ordered twice recently and both times it's just been a disappointment. The food TASTES great. I love the ranch and the mild sauce/mix they use with the wings. In the past I would have ordered 16 of the jumbo sized wings, ate 14 and been full - yesterday I wanted to order enough wings for 2 meals and got 24. After getting home I ate all 24 and was still hungry, because they were so small! The manager said he was going to call me back the next day, but he didn't. Needless to say, they never replaced my order. The total order was $41. I would give them zero stars. After ordering here for over a year we've had no problems but recently within the last 2 months we've had nothing but issues and today 11/9/24 was the last straw I ordered my Make your own stromboli like I usually do and my family orders what they order but when the food gets here the order is wrong and when I called back cause I wanted the correct food for me and my family a very rude Indian guy who I've never seen or heard at that location before answered the phone and when I told him that they sent the wrong stromboli he started to be Loud and disrespectful yelling at me through the phone telling me "listen to me" and "let me tell you something" stating that they don't do make your own strombolis then he carried on telling me the menu and reading the descriptions but I was looking at the menu telling him where it's at and he even read it back to me word for word and tells me that they don't do make your own and can make one of the ones on the menu and add what I want to it I argued for roughly 7 minutes on the phone before he took my order again to correct the mistake where I clearly stated multiple times "I want a make your own stromboli with Chicken, Cheese and steak only and I want the sauce on the side" he said ok and hung up the phone and when the food came it was the wrong order again they gave me another incorrect stromboli but with chicken and they put the sauce inside (which made the whole thing soggy) and 2 more things of sauce in the box so not only did I receive the wrong food twice but I also had to deal with the rudest person ever who shouldn't allowed to have customer contact I never got his name or anything but he was Indian so hopefully that'll help management or the owner or whoever sees this identify this guy. read more

I placed my order for an extra large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, mushrooms, onions and green bell pepper. The guy told me it would be about 15 minutes. So I sat down to wait. There is one and a half booths here - so I am guessing no one really eats in here. And the interior is kind of run down. While I was waiting, there was some sort of shouting match taking place between the guy who took my order and a lady who was delivering some of the pizzas. There were two children hanging out behind the counter - the way they interacted with the lady involved in the shouting match - led me to believe that she is their mother - could be a family operation here. My pizza finally came up, I darted out into the rain, scrambled into the car, and headed home. When I got home, I got the TV going - ESPN HD to watch college football - and threw a couple of slices of pizza into the microwave to heat them up - then applied some hot sauce, pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese to the pizza. Disappointed, I ordered on GrubHub and for whatever reason they (Grubhub) changed the address because no one can ever find the actual address. Pizza time couldn't find it even though I had a note in there saying that I was at the end of the road on the left. My phone number was one number off so I will take responsibility for these things even though GrubHub is the one that changed the address in the system. What I will not take responsibility for is the way that I was treated on the telephone when I called to ask what was going on. I am used to people getting lost coming here even if the information is perfectly correct and the GPS works fantastic ...which it never does. The person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful, and then the delivery driver who showed up (I understand that he was frustrated) was also rude. If I called being a jerk then I would've deserved it but all I did was call and say hey I put in an order over an hour ago. What is happening? Again I am used to people getting lost coming here regardless of whatever information they have. Let us set aside all of those things and just focus on the food. I ordered chicken kebabs and it came with two skewers of chicken, green peppers, onions, rice and a small salad. The chicken is way too salty but not dry, the salad was slightly wilted and sitting in a puddle of water. I ordered fat-free Italian dressing and I got creamy Italian dressing. The rice is ok, basically just tastes like a Spanish rice. I have not yet tried the baklava. They did however bring me utensils which I appreciate. I will not order here again just because of the way that I was treated on the telephone. There are way too many restaurants in Manassas that have better food. read more

Placed an order on Wednesday. When it was delivered, the order was totally wrong. Called to get it corrected and "Teddy" hung up on me 3x. I was not mean or angry until the third time and he threatened to have me arrested if I called again. We paid for food and should have recieved what we ordered. We're new to the area and have been ordering domino's a lot, but decided to give this place a try when we got their menu in the mail. Soooo glad we did. We got 20 hot wings and a medium Hawaiian pizza. The wings were great! Nice and spicy, and came with blue cheese sauce. The pizza was pretty good too, I did not think it was too greasy like the other reviews did. It came with garlic sauce too, and that was great. The food came pretty fast, probably 25 mins. I wish I could give less than 1 star. My husband and I ordered a kabob, wings and pizza from them. The kabob had old wilted lettuce on it, was not tasty and it was cold. The pizza was cold as well. We called the owner that evening and complained and he stated that he would refund our money on a future order. He said he would write a note of the credit on your account. He told us to just call and give our address. However, a few weeks later when we called to use the credit, he refused to honor his promise. We have ordered Pizza here quite often and I have to say it's one of our favorites. The pizza always tastes fresh, the crust is great, and its not too greasy like other places. We also recently just tried the wings. There are phenomenal. We were reluctant at first, because we have yet to find any delivery place that has somewhat decent wings. At the 45 minute mark I received a rude phone call from the delivery driver who was frustrated that he couldn't find my house. He verified the house number, and asked if it was on ____? Ok, so after a long day at work I was in the mood for something at a place we haven't tried yet... Pizza Time was the only place besides Domino's that was still delivering. I ordered the shrimp basket and gyro salad- both of which were very fresh and yummy- I have plenty of leftovers for the weekend. :) GrubHub said that they wouldn't be here for an hour, but it only took about 25 minutes. I also asked for a side of the gyro "yogurt sauce" on the side... Which they added as well. Great for dipping fries in or as the dressing for the salad. We had one veggie minus the tomatoes and a plain cheese. Neither were greasy but the cheese was plentiful. The crust was soft and chewy but a good firmness.
