Ordered 2 Large Pizzas during their lunch special for 10.99 each for delivery. 15 mins after placing the order I got a call saying that they were going to charge me 10 extra because I raised 1 meat topping on each pizza when the website said I could choose any 3 toppings without saying anything about any additional charges. So 30 mins later I finally ordered pizza from somewhere else but that fact of the matter is that my children in my class will not be able to have pizza on time for their school party. Never again. Apparently their menu wasn't updated online. Any real business would have complied with what they stated online since it was their mistake. This place is obviously ran by mediocre owners. A real business would honor this. read more

I love their chicken wings! even though it's a little expensive, it's definitely worth it. I usually get the combos which usually saves me and my boyfriend a little bit of money read more

I had this place's pizza after my favorite pizza place shut down near my work. I felt like it was a sign because the day it closed I got the coupons 8.99 for a large which is a good deal (and why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 star) I ordered my usual pizza and when it had arrived I had no desire to eat it at all. The cheese looked old, and tasted well below my standards. I don't know who enjoys their pizzas here, but I certainly am not going to be ordering from here again. I could barely get past the first slice, but because I was starving I forced myself to eat about 2 and a half slices. Was nowhere near satisfied with the taste, the pizza crust is a a crusty as toast seconds before burning it. Anyways, I tried this place and was disappointed. Maybe other things are good here, but this is my experience of what I wanted. read more

Great subs, chicken tenders, wings, and fries. I have yet to try the pizza, but this has been our go to for subs when I'm too tired to cook. They deliver to us in a timely manner and only got our order wrong once but was quickly corrected and credited my account for the error. The food comes hot and has always been delicious! read more

Placed an order a couple days ago the food was absolutely horrible. I called them to place a refund and the OWNER said he wouldn't refund me. Had to get Police involved just to get my money back. Don't buy food from this DUMP. read more

This place is terrible there wings are drenched in sauce and undercooked and their mozzarella sticks taste like cardboard...just greasy with no seasoning. So nasty. Not to mention it cost me 30 dollars..WAY overpriced. I tried it for the first time and the last time today DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! There are you plenty of good pizza places in the area with better quality food, I'd pass on this place. read more

After reading a few good reviews I thought I'd try the pizza and I wish I just stuck with the place I usualy get pizza. The cheese tasted like imitation and the crust was chewy. I called to complain and nothing was done to refund my money. read more

Their pizza, specifically GOURMET Pizza, is delicious. However, only reason for not being a huge "Fan" of theirs is, it is too costly. E.g X-large pizza is $18.00 each. Better to get 2 Pizza hut or some others. Can never get two or three pizzas for family, gets wayyyyy over budget than anticipated. read more

Called in and used a special for large 3 topping. Food arrived by their own delivery driver (some places use Doordash or Uber Eats) and it was hot fresh and delicious. Great amount of cheese and the toppings weren't overly cooked(I like my veggies to still look and taste like veggies. ) So I was extremely impressed. Must admit I wish there was a way to order online directly thru them and not a 3rd party...but for their pizza and wings I'd gladly spend 5 mins on a phone call to place my order. read more

We've ordered puzza several times. Always on time, hot and delicious. Tonight we ordered lasagne and a cheese steak. The lasagne was inedible. Stouffers is better, by far! Cheesesteak was ok. Delivery was faster than expected and the food was hot. read more

I'm also surprised by how poorly this restaurant is rated, although I guess everyone has their own experiences. I got a menu in the mail and it had lots of coupons. I ordered a large one topping pizza and 20 wings for around $20. Not a bad deal at all. I was told that the wait was 45-50 minutes for delivery but the delivery guy was here in 30 minutes. He was smiling and friendly. I moved to the area in October and have been trying to find a good pizza place. So far Pizza Time is the best I've had. The crust was flavorful, the sauce was delicious, and there was a massive amount of cheese. Their menu claims they have both Canadian bacon and ham, but when I asked for Canadian bacon, the guy asked, "Ham?" So I don't know if they were out or they don't have Canadian bacon at all. Either way, their ham is incredibly yummy. If I'd only had the pizza, they probably would have had 5 stars, but their wings weren't that great. I ordered them in hot with both bleu cheese and ranch dressing. The wings were either overcooked or reheated. The hot sauce was pretty good, though. Their ranch and bleu cheese were okay - better than the prepacked grossness they have at the big chains, but not the best I've had. If you haven't had Pizza Time, give it a shot. I will definitely be ordering again. I'd even be willing to give the wings a second try since every business has an off night now and then. read more

We got a flier in the mail last week and have ordered from them 2 times - so far. The delivery is quick, the drivers were very nice and my food was good and hot both times. We had just the steak and cheese and Italian subs so far and they are GOOD. Lots of steak and the meat doesn't fit on all the bread for the Italian. I know 2x isn't really long enough to judge but I know for sure that we'll be ordering from Pizza Time again and soon! read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! A manger took my order for a gyro pizza, when order arrived they sent a gyro pita. When I called to reorder the gyro pizza, I was told "we do not have such a thing". Yet there are two kinds of pizza on the menu with gyro meat on them. Manager got abrasive and argued with me. When I asked for them to just refund my order, he told me no. Then put me on hold, for 20 minutes. In which time we drove up there to give them back the order and demand a refund. Will never ever order from here again! read more

Do NOT order from these guys. They didn't get ONE thing right in the entire order. Ask for no egg on the salad and ranch dressing, they put egg on and gave Thousand Island dressing. Minor? Sure, but then you order a Medium Meatlovers pizza and they deliver a Medium Supreme, not so minor anymore. Pizza was nearly cold. They don't care what you order. They'll make whatever they want and sling it to you at their leisure. The quality of the food is absolutely horrible. Everything was salty, the mozzarella was like a chew toy and the pizza was just about cold. The entire meal was overpriced. We will NEVER order from Pizza Time again. read more

My husband and I used to regularly order from Pizza Time, 8-10 times per month (I know, but I'm not a good cook and my family shouldn't have to suffer because of it). We ordered some dinner on Friday, November 2, 2018. The total charge was $30.22. On Saturday, I noticed that we had been charged that same amount by Pizza Time THREE SEPARATE TIMES, so I was charged a total of $90.66, which did not include the tip we gave the delivery driver. When I called to determine why we were charged so many times (if there was an issue with the card, etc.) the man who answered the phone was rude and would not let me speak. Now, I'm not one of the "customer is always right" people. I work in the service industry and know some people are jerks. For this reason, I used my "customer service" voice. My husband and I like the food, and I wanted to be able to order from there in the future. Every time I attempted to explain myself, he interrupted me, talked over me, and talked down to me as though I am stupid, an exceptionally rude way of dealing with a customer from whom you have taken over $60. Pizza Time charged me 3 separate times for the same meal, but apparently I'm the stupid one for calling to ask why. He didn't ask my name or apologize, just told me that I was wrong, didn't know how to read the account, and that the additional charges would "go away". Since he didn't ask me anything about myself, I'm not sure how he knew who I was or the circumstances of why my card was charged 3 times unless this is a common practice or the restaurant was fully aware that something wrong happened. Well, here it is Wednesday, and the charges are still on my account. While $60 isn't going to break me, it is my money and Pizza Time is not entitled to have it. I'm currently disputing the charges with my bank, who I am confident will credit my account. However, I will NEVER order from Pizza Time ever again based solely on the treatment I received when I called on Saturday. read more

food is good but i got my food delivered and the driver was bitching about his tip he said something under his voice and that really took me off and when i gave him the money he snatched it away from me this probe be the last time going there and this was my first time i ate here they really need to fix the place the food was good but the service was bad read more

Pizza Time - good food bad service - Pizza Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

Best wings ever! I drive here just to grab the wings. They pizza is pretty average. I always get the wings when we have parties, everyone wants to know where I got them. The regular mild wings are the best. read more

I've been doing business with Pizza Time for twenty years and the service has always been above average. Tonight the service was way below average. The delivery driver called me and said he was waiting outside the steel gates. I said," I don't have any gates". So I called the restaurant and got attitude from the order taker when I told him it had been longer than the promised 45 minutes. So now I'm eating cold pizza and I will never order from Pizza Time again. read more

Awesome food! We have never had an issue here and have been ordering for a very long time. Food is always spot on with flavor, temp, time...It's all perfect! Have had pizza, subs, kabobs, fries...haven't had anything bad. Favorite delivery place, hands down! read more

Great pizza! I didn't expect it to be as good as it was when my fiancé said let's order from "Pizza Time." How simple a name, but simply it's great! Their pizza has very flavorful sauce and is nice and cheesy. It also comes with garlic sauce, bonus! They also have convenient online ordering and coupons. read more

I've just asked our sitter what she thought of the pizza and salads we had her order for her and the kids while we were out. She told me the pizza was ok, but the customer service was so poor, she would have hung up on them if it wasn't for the fact that she needed to feed the kids. The guy on the phone was so rude and impatient with her. When she asked if he had any specials today he said, "Of course we have specials." And when she asked him how many that size pizza would serve, he said, "How should I know?!" Not only this, the guy who delivered the pizza was grumpy too, she said. We wondered if it was the same guy and had a good laugh. But really, how DO these people stay in business?? It's not even a weekend night - it's a Wednesday - so it's not like they would have been inundated with customers and had no time to answer two simple questions. Never again will I order from Pizza Time on Mathis Avenue. Ha ha - I've just read some of the other reviews and see this rudeness was noticed before - even 2 years ago! So how are they staying in business, especially with really GREAT pizza across the street at Tony's? I guess because they deliver? Well, no one should have to put up with rudeness. Vote with your wallets, folks. read more

I'm giving them four stars instead of five because the only thing I've really tried from there is their Stromboli turnover. I get it quite often and it's very good. I was hesitant at first to try this place because of the other reviews but I didn't have any problems. The food and service were just fine. If I ever try anything else from there I will update my review. read more

Placed an order online because I asked for ranch it removed the salsa from my fajita salad without warning me. Called to speak to the manager he was very rude then told me he was the owner. All I asked for was if they have any orders in the area please bring my salsa. Absolutely awful customer service not to mention took 70 minutes just to get my food. Will never order from there again!!! read more

After seeing what everyone in the reviews has to say about their wings, I had to try them. We ordered a pizza, cheese fries, and wings. The pizza was decent. Not bad, but not anything special. The cheese fries were pretty good. My wife likes them better than I do. The wings however, were excellent. Meaty, well cooked, and very saucy. I was pleased. This is my new go to place for carry out wings. If nothing else, go for the wings. read more

OMG, their chicken gyro is the BEST! It's not that precooked process chicken in a bag. And their home made cucumber sauce is fantastic. Whenever I order delivery it's always fast! Their chocolate cake is awesome too!!! read more

We have used this restaurant for frequent home delivery for a year or so--boy is it good! Such a diverse menu, and all of it delicious. The delivery personnel have been courteous without exception. Our favorites: specialty pizzas, meatball pasta and all the ones with Italian sausage, all the salads, and the kabobs and gyros. We expect the rest to be just as good. read more

I am very picky about my wings. This is the only place in the past few years that I've found that has super saucey wings. Best I've had in a while! read more

Chicken wings were raw in the middle, and whoever answered the phone was rude when we called to get a replacement order. This isn't the first time we've had customer service issues with Pizza Time, but it will definitely be the LAST. Food quality has gone way down hill in the past few months. Taking our business, and money, elsewhere. read more

Best delivery joint in Manassas hands down. Love the pizza and halal choices. Best wing place I've found around here. Great service, never messed up an order, food always hot, and drivers always nice. Great fries and sauces! Ordered from here 10 + times and they are very consistent. read more

I order from here a couple days a week. Food is usually pretty good. Customer service needs some attention. Tonight, I ordered 4 subs for delivery. 3 subs come with the following on them; bacon, mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I called and told them I wanted those 3 subs with just bacon and mayo. All 3 subs that I ordered like that had cheese on them. I called and explained it and I was told by the manger I need to specify no cheese. I explained that when I ordered I told who ever took my order that the only thing I wanted on these subs was mayo and bacon. He told me I was trying to trick him?!?! What? I asked for someone above him and the next guy I spoke with said he will send me new subs this time but not again?! I said it's not my responsibility to take the order correctly! I will never order from them again. read more

They're dicks about how they sell wings it's the only place i've ever heard of that forces you to pay for seperate orders for different levels of heat. If you go to hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings or anywhere that sells wings they allow you to put as many different sauces as you wish to your order I don't understand what their problem is. read more

Larger menu for delivery but Tony's pizza across the street is pure NY style pizza and main dishes that will make you think ur in Brooklyn

I love this place. I have ordered at least a dozen different things off the menu over the past year and everything I have tried from them has been delicious. The food is great and the delivery is always speedy (I have ordered from multiple locations in the area and they are always prompt). Definitely a great value for the price, highly recommend! read more

Def our go-to for delivery in manassas. the napoleon pizza is incredible, as well as the kabob. We've ordered here at least 20 times and have been very satisfied each time. I remember when the prices were lower, but that's to be expected these days read more

I've only ever ordered pizza from here, but it's always been fantastic! The Neapolitan pizza is hands down my favorite. Pizza Time is definitely more expensive than the chains, but worth it for the quality. As for their customer service, I usually order online. The few times I have called, the people I've spoken to have been pleasant enough. The only downside to this place is the delivery. Last time I ordered, the pizza was only semi-warm by the time I got it. read more

Pizza was really good. Price was ridiculous. 2 medium pizza. 1 Veggie, 1 with just Pepperoni $26! Next time will be pizza Hut.

I don't know how it is now, but when I lived in Manassas back in the early to late 90's it was decent. They had a great deal for three pizzas, although I can't remember what it was. Sort of miss the good ole days of a Sunday with the pizza, beer and a ball game. Ug. read more
