I am surprised by the other reviews. We have had nothing but good experiences with Pizza Time. Maybe the lady with the delivery had a driver with a bad day or on his way out. Who knows. I never had anything like that happen. They have always been very polite to me. As for the food, well we love their food. So much in fact, we have moved to Woodbridge but I still drive over there sometimes for pizza and wings. I can't find anyone in Woodbridge that makes wings as good. They put lots of sauce on them and make homemade blue cheese dressing. It is the best I've ever had. The pizza is great. This is the only place I get pizza where I don't have to order extra cheese. There is always lots of cheese. The crust is homemade and it is very good. They have good specials too. Try it yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Like I said, I think it's so good I drive from Woodbridge as I'm so tired of crappy Pizza Hut pizza and trying nasty places like Brothers Pizza in Woodbridge. (who advertise buffalo wings but serve nasty, tiny fried wings and call them buffalo wings.) Pizza Time's wings are real buffalo wings and they are delicious. Keep up the good work Pizza Time. Ordered 2 Large Pizzas during their lunch special for 10.99 each for delivery. 15 mins after placing the order I got a call saying that they were going to charge me 10 extra because I raised 1 meat topping on each pizza when the website said I could choose any 3 toppings without saying anything about any additional charges. So 30 mins later I finally ordered pizza from somewhere else but that fact of the matter is that my children in my class will not be able to have pizza on time for their school party. Never again. Apparently their menu wasn't updated online. Any real business would have complied with what they stated online since it was their mistake. This place is obviously ran by mediocre owners. Great subs, chicken tenders, wings, and fries. I have yet to try the pizza, but this has been our go to for subs when I'm too tired to cook. This place is terrible there wings are drenched in sauce and undercooked and their mozzarella sticks taste like cardboard...just greasy with no seasoning. So nasty. I had this place's pizza after my favorite pizza place shut down near my work. I felt like it was a sign because the day it closed I got the coupons 8.99 for a large which is a good deal (and why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 star) I ordered my usual pizza and when it had arrived I had no desire to eat it at all. The cheese looked old, and tasted well below my standards. I don't know who enjoys their pizzas here, but I certainly am not going to be ordering from here again. I could barely get past the first slice, but because I was starving I forced myself to eat about 2 and a half slices. Was nowhere near satisfied with the taste, the pizza crust is a a crusty as toast seconds before burning it. Anyways, I tried this place and was disappointed. Called in and used a special for large 3 topping. Food arrived by their own delivery driver (some places use Doordash or Uber Eats) and it was hot fresh and delicious. Great amount of cheese and the toppings weren't overly cooked(I like my veggies to still look and taste like veggies. ) So I was extremely impressed. Their pizza, specifically GOURMET Pizza, is delicious. However, only reason for not being a huge "Fan" of theirs is, it is too costly. E.g X-large pizza is $18.00 each. My husband and I used to regularly order from Pizza Time, 8-10 times per month (I know, but I'm not a good cook and my family shouldn't have to suffer because of it). We ordered some dinner on Friday, November 2, 2018. The total charge was $30.22. On Saturday, I noticed that we had been charged that same amount by Pizza Time THREE SEPARATE TIMES, so I was charged a total of $90.66, which did not include the tip we gave the delivery driver. When I called to determine why we were charged so many times (if there was an issue with the card, etc.) the man who answered the phone was rude and would not let me speak. Now, I'm not one of the "customer is always right" people. I work in the service industry and know some people are jerks. For this reason, I used my "customer service" voice. My husband and I like the food, and I wanted to be able to order from there in the future. Every time I attempted to explain myself, he interrupted me, talked over me, and talked down to me as though I am stupid, an exceptionally rude way of dealing with a customer from whom you have taken over $60. Pizza Time charged me 3 separate times for the same meal, but apparently I'm the stupid one for calling to ask why. He didn't ask my name or apologize, just told me that I was wrong, didn't know how to read the account, and that the additional charges would "go away". Since he didn't ask me anything about myself, I'm not sure how he knew who I was or the circumstances of why my card was charged 3 times unless this is a common practice or the restaurant was fully aware that something wrong happened. Well, here it is Wednesday, and the charges are still on my account. While $60 isn't going to break me, it is my money and Pizza Time is not entitled to have it. I'm currently disputing the charges with my bank, who I am confident will credit my account. However, I will NEVER order from Pizza Time ever again based solely on the treatment I received when I called on Saturday. read more

Do NOT order from these guys. They didn't get ONE thing right in the entire order. Ask for no egg on the salad and ranch dressing, they put egg on and gave Thousand Island dressing. Minor? Sure, but then you order a Medium Meatlovers pizza and they deliver a Medium Supreme, not so minor anymore. Pizza was nearly cold. They don't care what you order. They'll make whatever they want and sling it to you at their leisure. The quality of the food is absolutely horrible. I'm also surprised by how poorly this restaurant is rated, although I guess everyone has their own experiences. I got a menu in the mail and it had lots of coupons. I ordered a large one topping pizza and 20 wings for around $20. Not a bad deal at all. I was told that the wait was 45-50 minutes for delivery but the delivery guy was here in 30 minutes. He was smiling and friendly. I moved to the area in October and have been trying to find a good pizza place. So far Pizza Time is the best I've had. The crust was flavorful, the sauce was delicious, and there was a massive amount of cheese. Their menu claims they have both Canadian bacon and ham, but when I asked for Canadian bacon, the guy asked, "Ham?" So I don't know if they were out or they don't have Canadian bacon at all. Either way, their ham is incredibly yummy. If I'd only had the pizza, they probably would have had 5 stars, but their wings weren't that great. I ordered them in hot with both bleu cheese and ranch dressing. The wings were either overcooked or reheated. The hot sauce was pretty good, though. Their ranch and bleu cheese were okay - better than the prepacked grossness they have at the big chains, but not the best I've had. If you haven't had Pizza Time, give it a shot. I will definitely be ordering again. I'd even be willing to give the wings a second try since every business has an off night now and then. read more

We got a flier in the mail last week and have ordered from them 2 times - so far. The delivery is quick, the drivers were very nice and my food was good and hot both times. We had just the steak and cheese and Italian subs so far and they are GOOD. Lots of steak and the meat doesn't fit on all the bread for the Italian. Horrible horrible horrible customer service! A manger took my order for a gyro pizza, when order arrived they sent a gyro pita. When I called to reorder the gyro pizza, I was told "we do not have such a thing". Yet there are two kinds of pizza on the menu with gyro meat on them. Manager got abrasive and argued with me. When I asked for them to just refund my order, he told me no. Then put me on hold, for 20 minutes. In which time we drove up there to give them back the order and demand a refund. I've just asked our sitter what she thought of the pizza and salads we had her order for her and the kids while we were out. She told me the pizza was ok, but the customer service was so poor, she would have hung up on them if it wasn't for the fact that she needed to feed the kids. The guy on the phone was so rude and impatient with her. When she asked if he had any specials today he said, "Of course we have specials." And when she asked him how many that size pizza would serve, he said, "How should I know?!" Not only this, the guy who delivered the pizza was grumpy too, she said. We wondered if it was the same guy and had a good laugh. But really, how DO these people stay in business?? It's not even a weekend night - it's a Wednesday - so it's not like they would have been inundated with customers and had no time to answer two simple questions. I'm giving them four stars instead of five because the only thing I've really tried from there is their Stromboli turnover. I get it quite often and it's very good. I was hesitant at first to try this place because of the other reviews but I didn't have any problems. The food and service were just fine. Placed an order online because I asked for ranch it removed the salsa from my fajita salad without warning me. Called to speak to the manager he was very rude then told me he was the owner. The cheese fries were pretty good. My wife likes them better than I do. The wings however, were excellent. Meaty, well cooked, and very saucy. I was pleased. We have used this restaurant for frequent home delivery for a year or so--boy is it good! Such a diverse menu, and all of it delicious. The delivery personnel have been courteous without exception. I order from here a couple days a week. Food is usually pretty good. Customer service needs some attention. Tonight, I ordered 4 subs for delivery. 3 subs come with the following on them; bacon, mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I called and told them I wanted those 3 subs with just bacon and mayo. All 3 subs that I ordered like that had cheese on them. I called and explained it and I was told by the manger I need to specify no cheese. I explained that when I ordered I told who ever took my order that the only thing I wanted on these subs was mayo and bacon. He told me I was trying to trick him?!?! What? I asked for someone above him and the next guy I spoke with said he will send me new subs this time but not again?! I said it's not my responsibility to take the order correctly! They're dicks about how they sell wings it's the only place i've ever heard of that forces you to pay for seperate orders for different levels of heat. If you go to hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings or anywhere that sells wings they allow you to put as many different sauces as you wish to your order I don't understand what their problem is. read more

I've only ever ordered pizza from here, but it's always been fantastic! The Neapolitan pizza is hands down my favorite. Pizza Time is definitely more expensive than the chains, but worth it for the quality. As for their customer service, I usually order online.
