My co-workers and I used to enjoy eating here all the time. We would always order from then although they always did have their hiccups. They tend to forget our drinks often,but didn't pay them no mind because they would go back and get them. Their prices are excellent and their service is okay. After years of ordering from here things had begin to change. New management. We used to order the lunch specials and replace the fries with onion rings, with an additional cost of course. Today when placing our usual order, they tell us they cannot do that. Not even if we pay extra. We would have to still get those middle school tasteless fries and add onion rings. I'm sorry, but running a business means keeping your customers happy. This completely changes our view from them especially all the business we have given them. As a culinary professional, these are my observations. Cheese fries are actually tossed in real cheese, not just topped with it! Calzones have a great balance of toppings, mozz, and ricotta, instead of being full of ricotta with a sprinkle of toppings. Spicy garlic wings... holy fresh chopped garlic! The heat comes from the fresh garlic itself rather than spice. Great food, and I haven't even gotten to the canoli yet. (Husband says they're awesome, though. ) read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a medium one topping for 12.00. When I went to pick it up they had a sign that said medium one topping pizza for 6.99. They would not sell me the special because I did not order the special, it's the same thing. Well I was told it was not. They make them differently. They put less toppings on their special. There's hardly any toppings on the regular pizza anyway I can't imagine there being less than that. Also, the pizza was not good. I just ordered from their delivery service and I've never had a problem with their service until tonight. I'm ordering from my work place, which is not even 5 minutes away, and I waited OVER 1 1/2 hours for my food!! When I demanded a refund, the manager was rude, unprofessional, told me he was busy and didn't want to help me, and said he would call the driver back to come back to the store. REALLY!?!?! So either no food and a refund, or a refund and no food. Extremely displeased. When the driver finally arrived, he LAUGHED at me when I told him it was unacceptable for his tardiness. I just ordered from here for the first time after receiving a menu in the mail. I was a bit hesitant since I drive by this location every day and had never noticed the place before or even heard of it, but I am pleasantly surprised. My food was delivered less than 15 minutes after calling and was still piping hot. I got the fettuccine alfredo with chicken, garlic knots and a piece of chocolate cake. The pasta was great, sauce was rich - the garlic knots were okay (I thought the garlic was a little overpowering and I LOVE garlic). Cake was to die for and the reason why I actually ordered in the first place. The person who took my order on the phone and the delivery guy were both very friendly (wish I had gotten their names) and the prices are great for the portions received. All in all seems like a great place - I will definitely be ordering from here again! read more

I ate here with my daughter on Tuesday night, 10/16. The servers are great, but the meal was hugely disappointing. The fried oyster appetizer was way over-breaded (not sure there was much oyster in there) and over-fried. My margherita pizza had cool (as in temp) chunks of tomato on top. Very disappointing. I lived in New York City for many years and could never find NYC pizza in the Reston area as good -- until I tried the pizza margherita as J&S. The location was easy to find and had good parking. Once in side they were very welcoming, they were not pushy to get your order. It was a nice relaxing experience. Initially we said it would be to go they said ten minutes. When we walked back in to say we are going to eat here instead our pizza and cheese sticks were already boxed. They happily brought the pizza plates and high chair to a table and we're happy to have us dine in customers. My son tends to be on the shy side and he absolutely loved the woman working there. Throughout our quick meal, we were waited on several times. It was very good service. If we are in the area again we would love to stop in again for a bite. The food was tasty fresh and as leftovers the next day. The facility was clean. Don't skip by this place. read more
