When did "hot and ready" mean 15-20 minutes. This location is so much slower than other locations, plus the staff is always very snappy and act like they don't want to help or guide the customer. Between the high turnover, poor customer service, and no seating while you wait have left me not want to come to this location again. read more

I'm not originally from this area so when I saw one of my favorite pizza chains open from where I'm from I got very excited. Business was booming and the line was out the door. It took me just under 10 minutes to get to the counter and order a $5 hot and ready large pepperoni pizza. When they say hot and ready they mean it. Ever though they were so busy I was out the door with in 1 minute of paying and the pizza was still so hot when I got home that I burned my mouth. Pizza was cheesy and the pepperoni had a great flavor and wasn't spicy. The only downside is that this location doesn't offer the baby pan pan individual pizza or stuffed crust. Check Out the Wings I remember years ago my friend used to work in a bank next to a Little Caesars. She said that when they came in to make a deposit, they smelled of pizza. One time I got a pizza, and the next day you could still smell it in my car. Ah! That's a good smell. A unique feature that they have is the "Hot-n-Ready" pizza whereby at peak times they cook their best selling pizzas before they even get an order so like at a fast food joint you don't even have to call ahead. Pepperoni, cheese, sausage, deep dish, some type of Hawaiian pizza (always a winner!) and and a couple of others are in this category. You don't even have to call. Walk in. Order it. Walk out. You only have to wait the time it takes them to put it in a box. But what Precious found to be a pleasant surprise were the wings. She went in there to get us some pizza, and she noticed that they also have wings. Precious has been on a wing binge for a few years now where every now and then she gets a strong craving for wings. The dude working there recommended a parmesan/garlic wing. It's not buffalo. It wasn't hot. Pizza is alright. There's better, there's worse. It's inexpensive, so we go here when there's a lot of mouths to feed. It's right next to Tony's tho, so if you have the grip to eat there instead, do it. Little Caesars has come a long way since I was a kid, but it's still the budget pie. Honestly I like it better than Paisano's and some other chain pizza places. Where it really falls flat for me is service. The handful of times we've come here, the staff aren't knowledgeable and aren't patient or helpful. When I ask if they had sauces "Other than red for the pizza, like garlic parmesan" the girl says, yeah, ranch is right here, and some other ones". Bruh.... Those are dipping sauces. Service is key in my mind, especially in a pizza market as crowded as NoVA. Honest up, if it wasn't for the pricing, I'd skip this place based on service. The ONLY thing good here is the price, but even it is deceiving. A large Pizza is 16 inches, but they give a medium. When I ordered a pick-up Pizza and asked when it would be done, they said it is ready now. I said NO, I want a freshly made pizza. I can tell the difference, and I "do not" like Pizza that has been sitting (even in heat) or rewarmed pizza. The pizza had definitely been sitting, despite me getting there 5 minutes after I called. It has literally been years since I've had Little Caesars Pizza. I remember the Pizza! Pizza! deals from my childhood ... going to K-Mart and picking up pizza .... but I really thought that this restaurant chain had disappeared into history. I'm glad it didn't. I really like the new business model - if you want cheese or pepperoni pizza, it's hot and ready to go when you get there - no calling ahead. And it's cheap! While not gourmet pizza, I do enjoy the taste. On top of all of that, the Manassas location is veteran owned and operated. I'm sold and will definitely be back. read more

This location is the same as any other Little Caesars location. Not the greatest pizza but how can you pass up pizza for $5. I really like the new pretzel crust pizza and it is only $6. I have never been when there is actually a hot and ready pizza ready but the wait has always been less than 10 minutes. I have learned to call as I am leaving the house and the pizza is hot and ready for me to pick up as soon as I get there. The only thing for me that would make it better is for the crust to be cooked a few minutes longer because the crust is not crisp. I usually throw it in the toaster oven for a few minutes if I am at home and it is much better. read more

I've been eating Little C's pizza since the 80s, way back in the time of their BOGO standard, flavored crusts, and crazy bread you'd kill for.. Sadly, it's quality has gone downhill over the years, and the menu has become more limited, but has still kept the most popular items so no big deal. I visited this location today for some cheap fast eats to bring home for the kiddos. I asked for the hot-n-ready deep dish pepperoni, but there wasn't any. I don't know what their schedule is as far as keeping the case filled, but figured the wait would be nominal, and it did take less than 10 minutes to get me on my way. I did confuse the cashier with a BOGO on crazy bread, but the manager promptly came over to help ring it up. The pizza was hot, pretty fast, and filling. The crazy bread was a disappointment though. I expected the fluffy golden greasy sticks that I have always gorged on. I got what's in the picture, which was some undercooked, pale, flatbread-type thing(?) that seemed more appropriately categorized as "was in oven when electricity went out". I thought surely I had mistakenly been given the other customer's Italian breadsticks by accident. I ripped open the second bag and found a repeat. I am going to put them in my oven here to see if they can be saved, but I fear all hope is lost. Another day, I may be in a hurry and I'll give this place another shot. read more

So glad they opened one in Manassas, it was tough to find any LC location in NoVA until about a year or so ago. Annandale and Springfield had locations that opened recently and after moving back to Manassas, I was happy to see one here too. Service was quick, and everything was cooked properly.
