I like the steak and cheese there with fries and a soda. Very delicious. You can dine in or eat outside when the weather is nice.

Their pizza is so good!! And Mohamad who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful and patient! Chicken barbecue pizza is top tier! read more

Did delivery. Great steak and cheese. Would order again. Online order a little misleading if you opt out of extra steak. read more

Zero stars if I could. Placed an order at 6:00 pm. Food arrived at 8:16 pm. Two hours from order placement to delivery. Two hours for 1 pizza and 1 rice bowl. After the first hour we called for an update and were told it was out for delivery and would arrive in about 15 minutes. After two hours, we called again and just kept getting apologies. The driver had 3 other orders and they thought they would be faster. This is the second time in a month they have screwed up. Never again. The food used to be hot and delicious and it didn't take two hours. We used to order more food than this and it would come in about an hour. I could have made the same meal at home in less time. read more

They delivered my order to the incorrect location 1hr & 40min late, left my $30 order in a plant pot outside the building on a 80+ degree day after I called them 3 times to confirm the delivery driver had the directions correctly, he didn't. He didn't even have to go in that building. I had to call Pizza Bolis in Manassas 10+ times from 4:30pm-9:00pm to get this corrected and they gave me the go-around every time, even arguing with me "to just go get the food where it was delivered (I can't I'm bed bound). The employees except for one were completely unwilling to correct their mistake and were downright rude. They never refunded me; I gave up trying to fix it with them because their customer service doesn't exist, so I had to submit a fraud claim with my bank smh. Save your time and money, this place is terrible! read more

-500.... seriously!! Do yourself a favor and never order from this location. SECOND time they have delivered to my neighbors house instead of mine. My neighbors have stolen the pizza each time. No refund. No accountability. Drained money. Each time ordered. They said they dropped it off to a door with a ring camera... I DONT EVEN HAVE A RING. THE NEIGHBORS THAT STEAL IT EACH TIME 3 DOORS DOWN DO. RIDICULOUS!! read more

I love me some pizza bolis. They are my favorite pizza franchise in this area. Everything's soooo tasty and they are halal!!! You can't even tell. I love their meatster pizza so so so Much, all the ingredients on it taste delicious especially the bacon. And the chicken Alfredo pizza is amazing. With this location; Their pizza always arrives in a timely manner usually less than 45-30 mins for me. And very hot and fresh. They've never gotten my order wrong. And I've ordered plenty of times over the phone or online. read more

The food is always on point, but it somehow gets twice as good when the owner, brother Mawal, is working. Maybe it's just the amazing customer service and positive attitude. The steak and cheese sub with everything on it and hot peppers is my go to, especially when I'm stressed out. I get one at least every other week. Everything is halal so I can actually get pepperoni on my pizza which isn't an option anywhere else I can think of. And they're open until 1 a.m. on weekdays which beats any fast food around. I'd like to give a huge thank you to Mawal for helping me out yesterday when I forgot my wallet. I was having a stressful week, and him allowing me to pay him back instead of going back home hungry completely turned my mood around. I was already a lifelong customer, but now I am brand loyal. God bless you, your family, and your business! read more

My boyfriend already shared this review but i'm posting it too because how upset we are. We could've ordered something else if they had been decent enough to just call us when they got the order but now an hour later everything is closed. Screw this place don't order here. - This place sucks. We ordered food on uber eats and waited 45 minutes when the expected time was 20-35 minutes and it still said prepping for delivery, so we called since it was taking forever and they looked up the order on their tablet and basically said they cancelled it and never made our order because they didnt want to deliver here even though they've delivered to us many times before. We asked why and they just insisted they didn't want to deliver it. It's now 12:48 am and i'm on hold and keep being transferred with uber support for a second time because the restaurant was supposed to be responsible for delivery and never actually cancelled the order in the uber eats app or even cared to call us and let us know. We still have yet to see the order actually be cancelled in the app, and the uber eats support is now literally having to call them so they'll give us a refund. This is the worst customer service i have ever had ordering online. Not that we really are that upset cause their pizza sucks anyways, but a little courtesy would've been nice. Skip pizza boli's for dinner and just go get a frozen pizza from 7-eleven like we're going to- it'll probably be faster and taste better. read more

Looked awesome until I took a bite; everything tasted off from the cheese, to the meats, and all the way to the dough & sauce. Would not recommend pizzas from there. read more

Love this place they always treat me very well and the food is great never disappointed.

It's rare that I eat here. I really have no complaints about the food. My only two complaints would be that. I wish they would package some napkins in a to go order and I also don't understand why the side of cheddar cheese sauce is served cold with your hot food they've always gotten my order correct my food has always been fresh and it's always available for pick up when it says it will be. read more

Excellent food, great service. Their subs are amazing and Gyro is amazing as well. They are far away from my house but they still available I'm a loyal customer read more

Ordered a steak and cheese sub that was more bread than anything. Meat was cold as well. Also got a cheese pizza with bacon. The pizza had more pieces of fat than actual bacon. Disgusting! I'm very disappointed because I've gotten food from here before and didn't have a problem. Even left a nice review before. Only rating 2 stars because delivery was pretty fast even though the delivery man was on the phone when I came to the door. Didn't as so much say two words to me. Kept on with his conversation. Handed me the food, took the money and ignored me when I said "thanks". Lost a customer here. read more

Pizza Boli's - Supposed to be a steak and cheese sub. - Pizza Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

This place does NOT deserve NOT 1star!!!!! I just received the worst experience!!! I ordered my food on the direct line. I chose to pay and cash. The driver showed up with no change. One how do you show up on a delivery with no change at all. Too I feel like that it's a setup to having to pay tip..... I work in the industry where I also receive tips so I'll always bless as a tip. However give me the option Don't force me. So I checked her out of calling the company and ordering my fso I checked her out of calling the company and and paying over the phone with my card. Payment was successful. After sitting down opening my food enjoying it trying to at least I get a call from the driver telling me in my order was not paid for he's knocking on my door. Instead of them communicating between amongst each other. Now the driver and the person who's answering the phone at the company who took my car payment over the phone are now having a conversation on my speaker phone. YOU ALL JUST LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER! FAREWELL?... IT'S FORCING ME TO ADD A STAR I REALLY DON'T WANT TO EVEN GIVE IT ONE read more

I used to love them . Until my delievery driver was very rude . They just threw my food on the floor at my door and said it's on floor by apartment . They didn't knock or anything. The food was cold . No longer going there . read more

I find Pizza Boli's response, exceedingly "rich" with insincerity. Since I didn't receive any call back from store mgr. as originally requested;hence I wrote my review. Pizza Boli's respondence to my review , requested I responded by email to them; in lieu of such, I placed a phone call today to corporate explaining the situation and asked to talk to somebody about it. They refused to discuss it over the phone. They said I had to email, needless state this will be the first and last time I will ever do business w/ this franchise Pizza outlet. read more

Regretfully having to update my review. About a year ago I wrote "As much as I love it, I have to ding it one star for a pretty annoying reason: Pizza Boli's has a bad habit of substituting items without calling you." After half a dozen times of getting the wrong pizza, wrong ice cream, or other incorrect items I finally had to draw the line. I genuinely love Pizza Boli's food, but the customer service has left me frustrated. After writing a review on Grubhub I was called by the manager who apologized for me constantly getting the wrong items. He said sometimes they get too busy and don't always remember to call the customer to let them know they're out of an item. I understand you're busy, but too busy to call the customer to let them know you're out of something? Whenever I order from Pizza Boli I specifically list "If you're out of X, please substitute with Y or Z." in the comments field. I give them alternatives and they're ignored. I try not to be a fussy customer, but it's inexcusable to knowingly send a customer an item they may not want and still expect them to pay for it. I'm completely understanding if you're out of something. Just let me know, and we can either cancel that item or find an alternative. Why this follow-up review? After speaking to the manager he said he'd make a note in the system so that if I decided to order again he'd try to make it right. I decided, okay, I'll give them another chance. I appreciated that they reached out to me and tried to rectify the situation. Tonight I go to order and the system tells my address is banned from ordering again. I left a negative review, Pizza Boli's called to apologize, I accepted the apology... and still ended up having my address banned from ordering again via Grubhub. Uncool. read more

The food is amazing but it took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver a steak and cheese sub

Better watch out when you come to the Manassas location. They will try to overcharge you and hide the receipt from you. It happened to me today when I went inside and I ordered a combo 8 inch sub and they charge me for a 12 inch sub and separate fries and drink and when I confronted them about it, they didn't want to make it right read more

Extremely disappointed. I know their steak and cheese used to be really good, expensive but good. We ordered two whole steak and cheese subs last night, it was worst experience ever. Bread was dry and burned, I don't mine little extra toasted but this tasted actually burned bread. Meat was over cooked and had burned pieces in whole sandwich. There was barely any cheese. Their steak and cheese sub used to have melted cheese on top of it but I think new chef decided something else. I literally felt like I threw my $24.18 in trash. No point calling the store, I should have a got a hint from previous reviews. Clearly this is normal for this location. I will definitely be going to Chantilly location from now on. Avoid this place. Unless you like to waste money and go through hassle. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star. They left food on my driveway on the ground and said they "called". I gave instructions to leave on the chair by the front door. I found my pizza CRAWLING with slugs, poisonous slugs. Disgusting slugs. Inappropriate staff who told me to eat food tomorrow. Made me lose 2 hours of my night. See for yourself in the photo. Pizza Boli's has really good tasing . We order a small pizza which came out to $12 and some change. Their pizza are made really well. It smells good, tastes good and their bread is really delicious. First time trying today for delivery and the food was pretty good! I really enjoyed the Asian Zing wings!

This place is a joke. This is my first and last experience here. My fiancee and I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery around 9:30pm on a Friday and were told a 45 minute wait. Well, we live 1.6 miles away, but it wasn't until 90 MINUTES later that the delivery driver finally arrived . . . but ONLY WITH THE WINGS, admitting he forgot the pizza. How the fuck? Not only did we wait an hour and a half for our food to be delivered, they forgot the biggest part of the order. Raging incompetence. Needless to say, my fiancee sent the driver on his way along with the wings, and we ended up just grabbing food from the McDonald's down the street. What really chaps my ass, though, is the fact that right after we sent the driver away, we called the restaurant, explained what happened, and asked to speak to a manager, but were told that'd be a 15 minute wait and were put on hold. Fucking REALLY? Unacceptable. So, we hung up, called right back, and were immediately hung up on. We called a third and fourth time immediately after and at this point no one even picked up the phone. Nice. I've never dealt with a more useless, incompetent establishment, and will make damn sure to spread the word. read more
