They delivered my order to the incorrect location 1hr & 40min late, left my $30 order in a plant pot outside the building on a 80+ degree day after I called them 3 times to confirm the delivery driver had the directions correctly, he didn't. He didn't even have to go in that building. I had to call Pizza Bolis in Manassas 10+ times from 4:30pm-9:00pm to get this corrected and they gave me the go-around every time, even arguing with me "to just go get the food where it was delivered (I can't I'm bed bound). The employees except for one were completely unwilling to correct their mistake and were downright rude. They never refunded me; I gave up trying to fix it with them because their customer service doesn't exist, so I had to submit a fraud claim with my bank smh. I love me some pizza bolis. They are my favorite pizza franchise in this area. Everything's soooo tasty and they are halal!!! You can't even tell. I love their meatster pizza so so so Much, all the ingredients on it taste delicious especially the bacon. And the chicken Alfredo pizza is amazing. The food is always on point, but it somehow gets twice as good when the owner, brother Mawal, is working. Maybe it's just the amazing customer service and positive attitude. The steak and cheese sub with everything on it and hot peppers is my go to, especially when I'm stressed out. I get one at least every other week. Everything is halal so I can actually get pepperoni on my pizza which isn't an option anywhere else I can think of. And they're open until 1 a.m. on weekdays which beats any fast food around. I'd like to give a huge thank you to Mawal for helping me out yesterday when I forgot my wallet. About a year ago I wrote "As much as I love it, I have to ding it one star for a pretty annoying reason: Pizza Boli's has a bad habit of substituting items without calling you." After half a dozen times of getting the wrong pizza, wrong ice cream, or other incorrect items I finally had to draw the line. I genuinely love Pizza Boli's food, but the customer service has left me frustrated. After writing a review on Grubhub I was called by the manager who apologized for me constantly getting the wrong items. He said sometimes they get too busy and don't always remember to call the customer to let them know they're out of an item. I understand you're busy, but too busy to call the customer to let them know you're out of something? Whenever I order from Pizza Boli I specifically list "If you're out of X, please substitute with Y or Z." in the comments field. I give them alternatives and they're ignored. I try not to be a fussy customer, but it's inexcusable to knowingly send a customer an item they may not want and still expect them to pay for it. I'm completely understanding if you're out of something. Just let me know, and we can either cancel that item or find an alternative. Why this follow-up review? After speaking to the manager he said he'd make a note in the system so that if I decided to order again he'd try to make it right. I decided, okay, I'll give them another chance. I appreciated that they reached out to me and tried to rectify the situation. Tonight I go to order and the system tells my address is banned from ordering again. Bread was dry and burned, I don't mine little extra toasted but this tasted actually burned bread. Meat was over cooked and had burned pieces in whole sandwich. There was barely any cheese. Their steak and cheese sub used to have melted cheese on top of it but I think new chef decided something else. I literally felt like I threw my $24.18 in trash. Pizza Boli's has really good tasing . We order a small pizza which came out to $12 and some change. Their pizza are made really well. It smells good, tastes good and their bread is really delicious. This place is a joke. This is my first and last experience here. My fiancee and I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery around 9:30pm on a Friday and were told a 45 minute wait. Well, we live 1.6 miles away, but it wasn't until 90 MINUTES later that the delivery driver finally arrived . . . but ONLY WITH THE WINGS, admitting he forgot the pizza. How the fuck? Not only did we wait an hour and a half for our food to be delivered, they forgot the biggest part of the order. Raging incompetence. Needless to say, my fiancee sent the driver on his way along with the wings, and we ended up just grabbing food from the McDonald's down the street. What really chaps my ass, though, is the fact that right after we sent the driver away, we called the restaurant, explained what happened, and asked to speak to a manager, but were told that'd be a 15 minute wait and were put on hold. Fucking REALLY? Unacceptable. So, we hung up, called right back, and were immediately hung up on. We called a third and fourth time immediately after and at this point no one even picked up the phone. Nice.
