Dined with my daughter and son-in-law thinking it was just one of those hole in the wall midland restaurant in a strip mall. Boy, were we wrong! The highlight was their Italian sub. Not just any Italian sub but the best I've ever had and I would pretty much call the sub out of this world good. The other two people who did not order the Italian sub pretty much helped my daughter eat hers. We talked to the owner about why his food was so good. He's a young man who was so warm and welcoming to us. He and his father have purchased two separate franchisees. If you are ever in the Manassas/Nokesville area you won't regret it. I just wish there was one closer to me instead of 3000 miles away. I dream about that Italian sub. read more

Ledo Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

My grandparents called and needed dinner, and specifically requested Ledo's pizza. It was easy to order the pizza over the phone even though I'd never been there before and we had a special pizza order (half & half). I don't eat pizza. However, here's my husbands review: "The pizza had good flavor, although the honey wasn't super spicy which was both good and a little disappointing. The cheese had good coverage and 'pull factor' (apparently pizza people know what this means). However, the pizza dough was a little floppy and for how thin it is, I'd prefer it to be crispier. I also think there was too much flour used because it had flour coating on some of the pieces." "Cheese bread overall was great, again would like it crispier but reheating in the air fryer made it perfect - would get again" read more

Simply put, it took me a few years to return due to hair being under the cheese on two of my pizzas. Due to this, I was given a credit however I think management changed and I ended up finally visiting yesterday. Please save yourself the trouble. The pizza was absolutely disgusting. It does not taste like Ledos at all!!! Secondly I watched the cashier with no gloves and no hair net, leave the register and go to the back to handle my pizzas. Absolutely gross. She didn't wash her hands or put a hairnet on. I ordered and paid for pepperoni on one pizza but did not get it they only added the mushrooms and olives which tasted awful. However the pizza is being cooked is awful. It creates these bubbles and a very crispy crust that just does not taste good. I asked for extra sauce and did not get that either. Just don't visit this location. It's awful and disgusting. read more

I tried to order pizza here a few days ago since they are under new management.. Someone answered right away, mid order- I kid you not ... the girl started laughing and put me on hold... after about 8 minutes of being on hold, I finally hung up and ordered pizza from Paisanos. Just so extremely disappointing that even with new management... service still sucks. No, I'm not going online to give you my feedback. This review should suffice. read more

Customer service isnt dead! From the phone call i made on a to go order from the gentleman manager... To the eye contact and sincere thank you's from the young lady behind the counter!!!! I wouldn't even call this pizza; it's worse than buying frozen pizza at the local grocery sore. A 14" pie is really 14"x10" and is barely 1/4" thick. My pie was undercooked, cold and had no flavor, besides being undersized. VERY underwhelming. If I had to do it again I'd look for a pizzeria first, otherwise I'd consider pizza hut, follow d by papajohns, then dominos then little ceasars then frozen pizza and if all else wasn't available, consider other food choices before ordering from Ledos. read more

First time there. I was warmly greeted by the female employee behind the counter. I ordered a pizza . Everything was nicely packaged for carryout. All the food was delicious! I especially liked that bacon . Also the interior of the restaurant was really nice at this location. read more

I ordered carry-out 14" Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. I first had this down in Dahlgren, VA. Being a franchise, it's consistant, but not too exciting! FOOD - 4 stars...........................B+ SERVICE - 3.5 stars (online)......B- ATMOSPHERE - Not rated PRICE - 3.5 stars........................B- Overall, a C+ for take-out pizza. Not priced out of line. The Hot Honey is an experience not to be missed. Dine-in experience may be different. read more

We ordered a large pizza with ham and pineapple and the other half with pepperoni and mushroom. The pizza and service were fantastic. I would highly recommend this location. read more

The manager is the worst. Normally after soccer practice we would go to Ledos for dinner. We arrived there at 8:25 pm. The man called manager told us that we couldn't sit down for dinner because they closed at 9 pm for take out only. I love Ledos, it's my favorite pizza. Too bad they ruined it with that man, at least the Manassas location, which is the closest to me. I try again Then I called to order my pizza, which I had normally ordered since 1999, which is a large deluxe, no onions or mushrooms. The same person told me that they couldn't even make me a deluxe because those already have everything, which was a personalized pizza, and I told him, "Okay, I'll charge each topping." Today every time I think of Ledos I remember that man and I don't want to go back read more

We have always loved the food at Ledo and continued to go even though the former owner/manager was nasty to her workers and could make a visit inside the restaurant uncomfortable. I'm updating my review to say that this Ledo is under new ownership and the new general manager, Kevin, is a delight. We will make it more of a point to visit Ledo more often than we have in the past because it is nice to be able to visit the restaurant without having the manager talk down to the employees and act like it is a chore to serve you. If you have been avoiding this location because of previous ownership, definitely give them another shot. read more

My husband called in a pizza tonight at 8:08pm and the girl told him 20 mins. I got here to pick up and they told me to pay and it'll be done soon. I am sitting here for like 10 mins and the girl comes to tell me they FORGOT to make my pizza. And it will be another 10 minutes. I am currently sitting here in your location still waiting. It's 8:45 and I still don't have my pizza. No offer to refund my pizza or anything. Crazy! read more

Go, go, go! Go check out this place if you haven't already and if you have before, but haven't been back in months or even years like me, you should definitely try it again. It is so much better now! After moving to VA 7 years ago and then trying out this place and having one year of decent/good service, we then ended up getting not-so-good service every single time (no matter the location), and that was with new management at that time. My last review was just over 5 years ago & for this specific location. The new management that took over now is just AMAZING!! After they reached out to us to give them another chance, we decided to go, because why not? Kevin, the GM, and the rest of the new management team, and the employees are just great! New management took over just a little over 4 weeks ago and let me tell you...it's never been better. Seating areas, walls, etc. are clean & updated, service is excellent, and food is probably the best it's ever been. Personally, I'm glad this new management has reached out to people who weren't happy with the previous management and quality of the items, etc, because that honestly, in my opinion, shows that they care. They truly want the customer to be happy and if they're not, then they will fix that. Overall, let me just say...my family and I are happy to be back. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. read more

Loved our recent visit! Food was very good and service its equal. The new manager, Kevin, a joyful man, took time to get to know us and thank us for our visit. My husband grew up with Ledo's in Maryland, but didn't come to dinner with us that night. The team had a fresh pizza ready just before we were ready to leave. Perfect timing! And my husband enjoyed it very much. I've seen negative comments on this platform; most seem to be more than six months ago. Seems those folks should give Kevin and his crew another shot! read more

I can't possibly understand why there are good reviews of this place. The service was decent, but the pizza was just awful. I would say hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. It's so greasy and so nasty that even my dog didn't want our leftovers. I have had some amazing pizza over the years, some good pizza and some okay pizza. Folks, this pizza is nasty! This is not what real pizza is supposed to taste like. Perhaps it was just 'this' Ledo Pizza...or maybe the entire chain. I couldn't stand it. And it takes a lot for me to say that about pizza. No. Just no. read more

Why are these people so rude when you call? Maybe it's because I called back after being left on hold for too long. They probably saw my caller ID and though I was being impatient. If that's the case I'm really sorry. I just wanted a pizza and since I'm old fashioned I prefer to call instead of ordering online read more

I love this Ledos. Especially since I've been coming here for 10 years and the owner usually takes my order. Today my husband called in an order to the wrong place. When I came to get the order, the girl at the desk didn't have it. What bothered the hell out of me was the stank attitude she gave me as she is telling me she doesn't have my order. I swear she was rolling her eyes too. I couldn't help but tell her that she could do with out the attitude. My husband was going to get cussed out and if she kept it up, she would get some too. I will return to their location because I respect the hustle that the owner gives to her business. But if the owner is not working, I'm going someplace else. read more

Food was terrible today. Taco salad a joke, hamburger meat in it hard. Took soup and one order of steak & cheese to come out 25 minutes after 5 other peoples orders. Waitress said cook had to use a diff grill on that sub. 3 people with steak & cheese subs sick after they got home. Used to be a great place but not anymore. Don't know if it was a new cook, old food or what. Won't be going back read more

My wife and I went to Ledo's Pizza in Manassas Va a few days ago for dinner. It was 8:00pm. The internet advertised hours of operation states that the restaurant closes at 9:00pm; as does the hours of operation posted on the door of the restaurant. However, when we entered we were told we could not eat there. We were told they would take our order to go but would not serve us. No explanation was provided. The counter person and waitress were sitting in a booth and appeared to be kidding around. The last time I drive across town to eat at Ledo's. And despite how much I like their pizza their unprofessionalism has just lost what was a very frequent customer. The last time I ate at their restaurant they forgot my order; I waited two hours. They apologized and comped the order. Unfortunately, their customer service appears to have gone from bad to worse! read more

I have been a loyal patron of this Ledo's since it opened. The staff is friendly, and the food delicious. When I heard that the original owners had sold the restaurant, I was curious as to whether there would be changes and what they would be. I stopped by a few days ago, and much to my surprise and dismay non of the staff were wearing masks. Even longterm staff had shed their face coverings. I saw the new manager leaning over a table talking boisterously to the customers. As I backed out I felt disheartened. With omicron covid exploding in Virginia, it was apparent that the new owners had little to no concern for the welfare of their customers. I have no doubt that this lack of care will translate into all of the organization's decisions. So sad.. I will miss this place. read more

This was our first time to Ledo's in many years... We were actually headed to eat elsewhere in this plaza, saw the Ledo's and decided to give it a try. They have a much bigger menu than I expected, with pasta, subs, salads, etc. We tried their Buffalo Chicken Sub and their Buffalo Chicken Calzone. Both tasted nice and fresh and were very tasty. The fries that came with the sub were also very nice, although we're not used to getting fries at a pizza place. Service was great. The young lady was pleasant and very attentive. We enjoyed this visit and will definitely return! read more

Terrible management as mentioned many times below & high prices!!.... We love Ledo's pizza and all the staff here, however the owner is extremely rude. Her husband is the sweetest and like I said the staff is great. However she is not very helpful, and has an attitude. Needless to say we won't be back to this location. Also, the cost of 3 large pizzas cost us 65$..... we ordered two pepp & cheese and one veggie and be warned veggie does NOT mean supreme. It is extremely different. And when asked if there was anything we could do to get the supreme and not veggie she insisted there was nothing they could do and we had to pay 27$ for a large supreme! 27 dollars!!!!!! read more

Ledo's is a decent but not great pizza, the too much sauce they put on is super sweet... I like sweet but not THAT sweet or maybe it was just too much sauce, and not enough cheese, dunno, either way I'd go back occasionally as it is ok and location is convenient, and staff is nice. read more

Had Ledo's in Manassas for dinner tonight. Someone mentioned they had a new owner and Manager and we should give it a try. They definitely lived up to my friends recommendation. So freaking upset in the service here. I normally go to Warrenton location. But I was visiting my sister saying all good things about Ledo's an this was the worst. I had to call 3 times, lady hung up on me after I told her I had separate orders. I called again to place the second order an she said the phone died. Which is understandable but they were just rude about it. I went in to pay an get food which we ordered a meatlovers pizza, 3 other items. I walk out the door and get to car an check the order I didn't have 2 of the items. So I went back in an she was like oh yea here it is. The place was dead an 3 of the employees were just sitting around. Which I understand bc not body was in there but could have like came an got me outside with my order. Bc it's not like they were slammed with service. Iv been a customer for ever, my parents had like all my bday parties at the Culpeper location when it was there. Please don't let me down hopefully it's just this location an not the company. Hopefully the pizza is still great even tho the service sucked. I will update this. UPDATE - pizza was great as always read more

Was on hold for 25 minutes no one ever picked up called back and they did the same shit.

Used to be a great experience but not sure what is happening. I'm trying to be fair to the owner/management however, your business is slipping. Could take a lesson from Restaurant Impossible or Bar Rescue. Why would you even present the Stromboli to a customer that looks like this? Get back to the Ledo's that I used to give five stars to. Seems like you are getting ready to throw in the towel :-( read more

I use to eat here all the time but recently this business has shifted in the wrong direction. When I use to come in to pick up food on a Friday for dinner, they were always so behind on everyone's order. I have watched the owner, Brenda, yell at a young cashier to the point where she was tearing up and I have heard her go in the back and scream at the workers. Love the food but she is evil and only cares about money and not the welfare of her workers. Don't go and order food here when it supports her horrible management. read more

Not gassed up on $5 calzones. Our server was a sweetheart, but the food wasn't what I was hoping for. Lots of meat, but the sauce INSIDE the calzone was pretty much just tomato paste. Not much happening there, and I was surprised it was in it rather than on the side. I was curious why a calzone would only be $5, and the size explains that. I'd stick to pizza here. Then pie isn't bad at all, more than I can say for the calzones. Particularly when you have Tony's right up the street. read more

Clean location, but the owner is extremely disrespectful. I ordered a salad, but didn't eat it because it was unpleasant. The waiter was someone I knew in high school who was very nice and said he would take the food back. The owner (older female) wasn't happy about that. She came to the table and asked me why I didn't like it, but it was hard to get past her attitude. She charged the meal along with my boyfriend's meal, which he ate. She called me a bitch while she was printing out the bill..classy! Didn't end there, her daughter knew my boyfriend and Facebook messaged him and myself. She went off about how classless & unprofessional I was. She even went as far to talk about my looks and said racial slurs. I wouldn't go back, I've never been treated like that before. Very disappointed in the owner and how she chose to handle things. read more
