Not just any Italian sub but the best I've ever had and I would pretty much call the sub out of this world good. The other two people who did not order the Italian sub pretty much helped my daughter eat hers. We talked to the owner about why his food was so good. He's a young man who was so warm and welcoming to us. He and his father have purchased two separate franchisees. If you are ever in the Manassas/Nokesville area you won't regret it. It was easy to order the pizza over the phone even though I'd never been there before and we had a special pizza order (half & half). I don't eat pizza. However, here's my husbands review: "The pizza had good flavor, although the honey wasn't super spicy which was both good and a little disappointing. The cheese had good coverage and 'pull factor' (apparently pizza people know what this means). However, the pizza dough was a little floppy and for how thin it is, I'd prefer it to be crispier. Simply put, it took me a few years to return due to hair being under the cheese on two of my pizzas. Due to this, I was given a credit however I think management changed and I ended up finally visiting yesterday. Please save yourself the trouble. The pizza was absolutely disgusting. It does not taste like Ledos at all!!! Secondly I watched the cashier with no gloves and no hair net, leave the register and go to the back to handle my pizzas. Absolutely gross. She didn't wash her hands or put a hairnet on. I ordered and paid for pepperoni on one pizza but did not get it they only added the mushrooms and olives which tasted awful. However the pizza is being cooked is awful. It creates these bubbles and a very crispy crust that just does not taste good. I asked for extra sauce and did not get that either. I wouldn't even call this pizza; it's worse than buying frozen pizza at the local grocery sore. A 14" pie is really 14"x10" and is barely 1/4" thick. My pie was undercooked, cold and had no flavor, besides being undersized. VERY underwhelming. The manager is the worst. Normally after soccer practice we would go to Ledos for dinner. We arrived there at 8:25 pm. The man called manager told us that we couldn't sit down for dinner because they closed at 9 pm for take out only. I love Ledos, it's my favorite pizza. We have always loved the food at Ledo and continued to go even though the former owner/manager was nasty to her workers and could make a visit inside the restaurant uncomfortable. I'm updating my review to say that this Ledo is under new ownership and the new general manager, Kevin, is a delight. We will make it more of a point to visit Ledo more often than we have in the past because it is nice to be able to visit the restaurant without having the manager talk down to the employees and act like it is a chore to serve you. If you have been avoiding this location because of previous ownership, definitely give them another shot. read more

Go, go, go! Go check out this place if you haven't already and if you have before, but haven't been back in months or even years like me, you should definitely try it again. It is so much better now! After moving to VA 7 years ago and then trying out this place and having one year of decent/good service, we then ended up getting not-so-good service every single time (no matter the location), and that was with new management at that time. My last review was just over 5 years ago & for this specific location. The new management that took over now is just AMAZING!! After they reached out to us to give them another chance, we decided to go, because why not? Kevin, the GM, and the rest of the new management team, and the employees are just great! New management took over just a little over 4 weeks ago and let me tell you...it's never been better. Seating areas, walls, etc. are clean & updated, service is excellent, and food is probably the best it's ever been. Personally, I'm glad this new management has reached out to people who weren't happy with the previous management and quality of the items, etc, because that honestly, in my opinion, shows that they care. They truly want the customer to be happy and if they're not, then they will fix that. Overall, let me just say...my family and I are happy to be back. Loved our recent visit! Food was very good and service its equal. The new manager, Kevin, a joyful man, took time to get to know us and thank us for our visit. My husband grew up with Ledo's in Maryland, but didn't come to dinner with us that night. The team had a fresh pizza ready just before we were ready to leave. Perfect timing! My wife and I went to Ledo's Pizza in Manassas Va a few days ago for dinner. It was 8:00pm. The internet advertised hours of operation states that the restaurant closes at 9:00pm; as does the hours of operation posted on the door of the restaurant. However, when we entered we were told we could not eat there. We were told they would take our order to go but would not serve us. No explanation was provided. The counter person and waitress were sitting in a booth and appeared to be kidding around. The last time I drive across town to eat at Ledo's. And despite how much I like their pizza their unprofessionalism has just lost what was a very frequent customer. The last time I ate at their restaurant they forgot my order; I waited two hours. When I came to get the order, the girl at the desk didn't have it. What bothered the hell out of me was the stank attitude she gave me as she is telling me she doesn't have my order. I have been a loyal patron of this Ledo's since it opened. The staff is friendly, and the food delicious. When I heard that the original owners had sold the restaurant, I was curious as to whether there would be changes and what they would be. I stopped by a few days ago, and much to my surprise and dismay non of the staff were wearing masks. Even longterm staff had shed their face coverings. I saw the new manager leaning over a table talking boisterously to the customers. As I backed out I felt disheartened. With omicron covid exploding in Virginia, it was apparent that the new owners had little to no concern for the welfare of their customers. This was our first time to Ledo's in many years... We were actually headed to eat elsewhere in this plaza, saw the Ledo's and decided to give it a try. They have a much bigger menu than I expected, with pasta, subs, salads, etc. We tried their Buffalo Chicken Sub and their Buffalo Chicken Calzone. Both tasted nice and fresh and were very tasty. The fries that came with the sub were also very nice, although we're not used to getting fries at a pizza place. Service was great. The young lady was pleasant and very attentive. Her husband is the sweetest and like I said the staff is great. However she is not very helpful, and has an attitude. Needless to say we won't be back to this location. Also, the cost of 3 large pizzas cost us 65$..... we ordered two pepp & cheese and one veggie and be warned veggie does NOT mean supreme. It is extremely different. I had to call 3 times, lady hung up on me after I told her I had separate orders. I called again to place the second order an she said the phone died. Which is understandable but they were just rude about it. I went in to pay an get food which we ordered a meatlovers pizza, 3 other items. I walk out the door and get to car an check the order I didn't have 2 of the items. So I went back in an she was like oh yea here it is. The place was dead an 3 of the employees were just sitting around. Which I understand bc not body was in there but could have like came an got me outside with my order. I use to eat here all the time but recently this business has shifted in the wrong direction. When I use to come in to pick up food on a Friday for dinner, they were always so behind on everyone's order. I have watched the owner, Brenda, yell at a young cashier to the point where she was tearing up and I have heard her go in the back and scream at the workers. Not good - the only reason I didn't give this one star is because the service was good and the spicy fried ravioli wasn't bad.
