I stopped in with my one year-old grandson for lunch the other day. This location is a newer location and so the decor is new. I was able to walk right up to the counter to order or they have kiosks. A nice young lady took my order and I had a coupon for a free kids meal that she applied and she also told me about a salad coupon so the pricing for that day's meal was great. I do think typically Panera is overpriced, but I do like their food and it's usually consistently good and that was the case at this location as well. The food was made quickly and correctly and like I said, it was good. It was busy and the negative is the seating. I feel like they've made a big area for people to order, but then they scrunched up all the seating in a smaller area and it's extremely close together. I found one table that a highchair would fit at. The rest were taken, and the other ones were high tops that a highchair would not fit. So I'm giving it a four star for the dining room. I would go back to this location. read more

This is a long time fav for fresh, healthy food. One cannot go wrong with Panera. The conscientious ingredients and selection of how the food is sourced and purchased gives me great comfort when I dine here. I am confident that my food will be not only good to my palate, but good for my body altogether. These things keep me coming back and also advertising for them. They are good for adding to the menu and giving extra yumminess which is inspiring and never boring. Most times I don't know what to expect which makes returning mysterious and fun. I think 2 1/2 overall rating is generous. All I wanted was coffee (larger container) ordered at the kiosk as you enter the store. Supposed to be freshly brewed, all good! Eleven minutes later I'm told my order is ready up front. Well, the kiosk doesn't 'talk' with the staff (??), so they just then started brewing my coffee. Twenty five minutes later, I have my coffee (they forgot the cream, but I did get straws??). Asking what they could do to help, I asked for 20 one dollar bills for larger bills, as I was headed back to a craft fair. Should have been easy, and a quick fix, but they gave me 15 one's and a $5 bill. It felt like they were just playing a game at this point to annoy me! Ordered delivery and it never came. Email said order was delivered (it wasn't), text said order is arriving (it wasn't), and the app said order is still being prepared. Called the store and they said there was nothing they could do except have me call a third party. How do all four points of contact have different stories to tell? And in the past 3 visits I've ordered an iced cafe latte and have gotten a hot caffe latte the first time, an iced vanilla latte the second, and they got the drink right but forgot an item in my order the third. It would be faster to go to Rudy's across the parking lot than to get a meal at this Panera. I love the location, the atmosphere, and the employees here but I am so tired of waiting for 20-35 minutes for to-go orders here. This has gotten worse and worse over the past year, especially when using rapid pick up. I really wish the pickup times listed on the app were accurate. The past several times I've ordered rapid pick up, the time I waited was 15-20 minutes PAST the pick up time I was given. Maybe it's a problem with the app, but it's very frustrating. I haven't found this issue with other Panera locations. Moral of the story...order 30 minutes before you actually want to eat. read more

The only pro here is that it is almost never crowded for a Panera. Terrible service. It's supposedly "automated" and if you ask the staff for anything they are really annoyed you even exist or are at the store. This place won't be in business in a couple years. read more

The new store is incredibly small and the service is horrible. There was nobody in line with me and it took 15 mins just to get a bagel. I don't know how that could even happen but they make the unimaginable come to life for sure. Came back 2 other times just thinking it was a fluke. Sorry to say it wasn't. I will not be back to this location ever again! I went through the drive thru drive and the service was quick, but the food was awful! I ordered the pick 2. I will say the mac and cheese was good, but my Fuji Apple Salad was so awful I threw it away. The lettuce was old and brown, and the chicken was slimy. We placed an online order for "rapid pickup" the key word being rapid and guess what 40 minutes later our "rapid" pickup was ready. I ordered delivery with the expectation that it might be slow due to the weather. Initial deliver 6:21-6:36 which was perfect as I had a small window for coverage. Changed after order to 6:31-6:46...still gives me 15 minutes to eat.... At 6:35 - I call and am told they are 45 minutes delayed due to the weather. Not sure how that is my issue as the website clearly gives you an expectation. This store is 1.7 miles on the same street from where I work. Regardless - I am told that the driver is on the way and should be here any minute so I sign out for my 30 minute lunch. She arrived at 7:05. Food showed on the site as being prepared for over an hour (it was soup and a salad - they do not make soup on order and prep time for a salad is easily an hour...) - I have less than 5 minutes to eat and spend half of that time warming my soup...could have done Campbells for a buck without the wait, $3 delivery charge, and $11+ charge for the soup and salad! It sucks that this place is so convenient and yet cannot be counted on to deliver or prepare for the time needed. They get out phone number - just call and say it will be an hour. Had they not told me the driver was in route I could have planned on a later lunch (still short as my coverage left at 7:30) Let me finish this with the status of the dessert that I ordered - it was dropped into a bag and not even closed up - so when I got to eat at midnight (after work) it was already dried out. This is not my first (although it will be my last) disappointment from this location: My last order was for rapid pickup at 6pm - when I got there at 6:01...my order was waiting (Who knows for how long) - the soup was so cold that the cheese didn't even attempt to try to melt when I poured it into the bread bowl. The other order waiting had some smoothie type drinks that were already over half melted. I do not think they look at the time requested in the least - and tonight they simply lied to me. I ordered via app tonight for curbside pick-up (order #526276042) at 6:22pm and clicked 'I'm Here' at the end of placing the order as I was in the parking lot. I received an email at 06:35 PM "Please click I'm Here when you arrive and we'll meet you with your food shortly." I clicked it in the email and it said that I was already marked as there. I go inside at 6:50pm to see what the delay is, and there is my order on the pick-up shelf! The food and coffee were already cold, of course. I was told by the cashier that 'someone' didn't click something on the order screen to acknowledge that I had checked in online. I left the coffee there as I didn't feel like warming it up at home. I have been ordering from this location for some time. I use the Rapid Pick Up and love the service. I have never had to wait and my order is always right. Everything I've ordered has tasted good and been of good quality. I do think the pricing is a bit high for the quantity of food you receive. My only other issue is people that park in the "5 Minute" pickup spot and actually dine in. I've seen this happen time and time again. It's easy to spot a vehicle of 2 or 3 and one of them sits to save a table. Not sure they can fix this...but it's worth mentioning. read more
