I always forget that this location exists because it's such an annoying location to get to, their parking lot is tiny, and that shopping center it's in is always so ridiculously crowded and busy, which I acknowledge isn't within Panera's control. I ordered a soup and salad for Rapid Pick-up. The system is flawed. I received an app notification and e-mail message saying my order is ready at the pickup shelf. It was not. Someone else's order was in the cubby. Most likely because of theft, they keep some of the orders elsewhere within reach of the staff. I asked about my order, and the employee rudely asked, "Well, what did you order?" I'd just much prefer to go to the other Laurel one on Laurel-Bowie Road, which has a huge lot with many shaded parking spots, faster and friendlier service, and a cleaner interior.

The go food is fine it's the drive thru line, you literally need to schedule time to sit. It's a little out of hand in the morning but I know they're actively hiring so if you're looking please apply .s/n I'm so glad the girl with the tude is gone I guess 'karma' does its job on its own time.

Finally decided to give Panera Bread a try! I was not disappointed. I went into the restaurant before to buy gift card for some wonderful teachers and was impressed by the aesthetics and great customer service I received. I even received a $10 gift card for myself for buying gift cards! I'm glad I've added another alternative fast food option to my list. The flatbread was fresh from pick and my caesar salad was portion just right. I am definitely looking forward to trying other items on Panera Bread menu.

Today was my first visit to this location. I really like the convenience of Panera Bread locations with the drive thru feature. There were only a few cars in the line. I ordered the You-pick-two meal, which on this visit consisted of the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. Since I earned a reward from my previous visits, I used it towards this purchase. I really like their rewards program. The sandwich was good as usual. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was soft. The soup is always amazing. On a side note, I purchased the Panera Bread soup at the grocery store and it was not as good. Nevertheless, the overall meal was tasty. The efficiency of the drive thru window was great. I placed the order and received it within a reasonable amount of time. It is impressive that the food is made-to-order and available in such a short period of time. I have experienced much longer wait times going inside.

Pick 2: Fuji Apple Salad w/ Chicken, Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and Potato Chips

I usually get their Pick 2 option! Fuji Apple Salad w/ Chicken 9/10 - fresh w/ lots of toppings -- chicken, grape tomatoes, red onions, pecans, gorgonzola, and apple chips - light white balsamic apple vinaigrette Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt 10/10 - bread is crispy and tasty fillings w/ chicken, avocado, gouda, peppadew peppers, cilantro, and chipotle sauce Service is usually good here when I come. This visit, my sandwich was missing from my order, but they were able to get it to me quickly.

Rotting salad! Don't bother coming to this location of Panera. Their quality is terrible. Seems like they're just trying to feed people anything. So disappointed! Not to mention DISGUSTED!

This location is close to my job. I often ordered lunch from here when I don't bring my lunch. I always order from my car outside of my job and my food is always ready by the time I make the short ten minute drive. The food is consistently good. I've never had an issue with the quality of the food at this location. I frequently order the pick two, with a salad and a sandwich. If you order through their app, you recent coupons for frequent visits.

    Where's the meat?!?
    Kimberly H.

Second time ordering through app and both times order was not right. First time they forgot my sandwich and my friends sandwich had one tablespoon of meat. This last time they forgot to put chicken on my salad and again only a tablespoon of meat. I'll be ordering from the corridor location going forward.

Black Forest/Gouda baguette we wanted to get....
    Amy P.

Gimme a break. The Buffalo chicken baguette.....with a ridiculously tiny amount of chicken. Even the onions are skimpy. I see 3 slivers. Husband's Black Forest/Gouda baguette had slightly more protein. Neither one is worth the price when I compare against the marketing photos. Once again disappointed by Panera. Fool me once....

Greek Salad with added egg, chicken, cucumber, and croutons.

Greek Salad with Added Chicken, Added Egg, Added Cucumber, Added Croutons, Extra Tomato, Extra Feta Cheese, Extra Onion. Baguette and dressing on the side. My favorite all time menu item to get from this location and has not failed me once. Getting it to go is good but eating it there is sooo much better.

This panera is always the most hospital. I like this one because of the quick drive-through. I have met friends and associates here over the years and it's a solid clean location.

Walked in I was greeted Nicely however when I asked the associate what where the ingredients in the salad because they were not listed it was a problem . Eventually she read them, I asked was their a menu so I could see what's he ingredients. The associate read two different selections off to me and I just went on and chose . I had the green Cobb salad , shredded chicken , red onion, avocado , cherry tomatoes bacon crumbles and a few other things . The dressing said ranch but it was a greenish color but it was great . The only concern I had was the the lettuce , before mixing the dressing . I noticed that a good portion of the lettuce was wilted and brown or some of the leafy green had black edges . I removed a good amount and was disappointed that this green salad wasn't as green as advertised . Outside of that my overall experience was fine , just wish the greens were a bit more fresh .

The table behind me said they saw something too. I told the server, Andrew and he offered to give us a discount and admitted to having a mouse issue lately. So I got up to get some cream puffs and as I about to sit down, the mouse came back and I told Andrew and he got the broom and dust pan and caught the mouse and killed it and proceeded to have us pay. This is what really ticked me off. I went to the front before we left and asked to speak to a manager. The girl looked and then looked over at her friend (who probably wasn't the manager) and said here she is. I told her what happened and she said "yeah sorry, we have someone coming next week and he didn't kill the mouse, he let the mouse go right outside". SERIOUSLY? That mouse is coming right back inside! This is a problem that pest control needs to come out IMMEDIATELY! I just watched a mouse get killed/caught while trying to eat! I stopped and lost my complete appetite. I will be informing the PG county health department immediately and I will never come back here if this is how they operate. Service: waitress was kind, but service was extremely slow. 2 beers took about 15 minutes to make it to our table; I ordered a mixed drink and was given the incorrect mixed drink, which I went to the bar and traded out for a beer instead because our server didn't come back to our table to check on us for a significant length of time. We ordered several menu items they were out of and we weren't told that they were out until about an hour and a half into waiting for our food. We ended up with three side salads, 1 app, and 1 meal for a group of people. We asked our server for the check, which she failed to bring after 15 minutes. Hungry and desperate to leave, a member of our group went up to the bar, had the bar tender remove the food we were never given, and paid. And usually I would get chicken and waffles but I was in the mood for a burger. So I thought because their name is "Mad Cow" the burger would be the bomb...but nope it was not good at all. So I prefer a beef burger cooked medium with blue cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onions. When I burger got tot the table it was dry as a board. No blue cheese that I paid extra for and the burger was not cooked correctly it was cooked well done. Smdh. So the waiter brought me my blue cheese apologized about it and also gave me a mayo bottle. Even with the burger still was not good and the patty was so thick with no flavor not even salt and pepper was in it!! I tried their punch drink which was really good but for $15 a pop in a regular water glass was ridiculous. Make sure you don't get too tipsy as they already have like a 20% gratuity added on each of our checks no matter how small or big your group is which again is ridiculous! Will I come back...maybe only because I would like to try some Jamaican food they offer. But for brunch...it's a no for me!

We were headed to Amber Spice for a late lunch, and fortunately, we made it in before the 2:45pm cutoff (I called ahead to check). Since it was almost lunch closing, they did request that we place our orders soon after being seated. We already knew what we wanted to order, so we didn't feel rushed otherwise. We started with the veggie samosas ($6, two pieces), which were served with the traditional tamarind sauce and spicy cilantro chutney. The samosas were packed with the potato and pea filling and had a lightly crisp exterior. They were as good as any. For my entree, I ordered the butter chicken ($20), which is served with a side of basmati rice. When ordering, the waiter didn't ask about spice level. I did find their butter chicken to have some heat to it, but it wasn't anything crazy - I'd say a 3/10 for spiciness - I felt the warmth. The chicken was super tender and moist. I would be happy getting this again. I also ordered the garlic naan ($5), because you have to have something to sop up the curry goodness. The naan was hot and fresh; you could also taste the garlic. One basket came with four pieces (one whole naan), which is perfect for sharing. I finished the meal with the gulab jamun ($6) for dessert which came with three pieces of the fried dough balls served in a sweet syrup. My friend ordered the mango kulfi and loved it! She described it as a mango lassi, but frozen, which made it that much more light and refreshing. Amber Spice is a casual dining spot and it has the service to match. We were brought a carafe of water for the table to start, so it was self-serve the rest of the way. Food was brought out quickly and plates were cleared at the end, but we weren't checked on during the meal. Perhaps since we arrived near lunch closing, service was winding down, but we got what we needed. I enjoyed the food here and would come again.
